Job Description:
• Provides advice and assistance to AWG Operational Squadron and Troop HQs as asymmetric warfare advisor

• Oversees deploying contractors to ensure that training and administrative requirements are completed
• Provides expertise on conventional and asymmetric threats, enemy vulnerabilities, and friendly capability gaps

Requirements:

Summary:The Senior Java Web Developer will work within the Application

Specialized experience is described as experience working in Security at the Federal, State or local level. Responsibilities
• Maintain and operate the U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) active and archived databases using the most current CJCS approved software in support of USCENTCOM exercises and operations. • Collect, analyze, write, and promulgate government approved lessons learned, observations, and issues arising from operations and exercises.

Produce POE briefings for SMC program offices. Create the initial PEO briefing if it has not already been created, and edit the interim and final POE briefings. POE briefings and documentation will be generated lAW 65-508. Briefings may need to be changed or updated to include any updates or changes to the POE directed by program or cost leads.
Develop defendable and replicable estimates within the negotiated suspense and shall be prepared to brief the documented results within one (1) hour of the original submission of the estimates for the Program Lead. This includes excursions, "What-if' drills, sensitivity analysis and Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROM) estimates. Document the results in a PowerPoint format, place the electronic file in the program's Electronic Library, which shall be immediately accessible, and email a notification of such postings to the Program Lead.
Conduct financial market research and historical fact finding for existing and new programs, and provide an independent assessment of trade study results for SMC program offices. This shall include Cost Benefit Analysis, Analysis of Alternatives, and Business Case Analysis to determine if an alternate acquisition approach provides better value or is more economical.
Review all cost policies and provide an impact analysis at least once when the policy is issued and then when policies change within the negotiated suspense time issue by the COR for SMC program offices. The contractor shall also be prepared to brief the impact analysis upon request. The results of the analysis shall be documented, placed in the program's Electronic Library, which shall be immediately accessible, and email a notification of such postings to the program's FM Lead.
On a case by case basis, evaluate the reasonableness of Program estimates and special study cost estimates for SMC program offices. The contractor's evaluation shall be presented to the Program Lead in briefing format and brief the results upon request.
Review the basis of estimate (BOE) in the Comprehensive Cost .and Requirement System (CCaR) for all new Program efforts and ECPs in support of program change boards. After a thorough review, the contractor shall recommend acceptance or rejection of the BOE including all supporting rationale.
Coordinate all cost products with Project Officers, Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) personnel, and other DoD organizational and/or contractor personnel for SMC program offices.
Develop, maintain, and update Program Office Estimates (POEs) lAW applicable documentation/guidance for SMC/SL programs.
Develop a disciplined program management cost estimate process for SMC program offices.
Ggenerate an estimating model for SMC program offices.
Establish and finalize a training package, and identify, document and capture complete project costs for SMC program offices.

Primary Responsibilities:
They are looking for an individual who will be responsible for selling Respiratory (home oxygen, concentrators etc), all types of power mobility products (wheel chairs, walkers, chair elevators etc.) and pressure products (such as beds, surfaces for wounds etc.). The company currently has 40 sales reps nationally, and the average rep makes $130,000 with the top reps making $180,000.
Responsibilities:
1. Call on HME dealers, Distributors, Training their sales reps and building business through them 2. Will be responsible for teaching the distributors how to sell retail and increase cash flow 3. Call on LTC Providers 4. Call on Retail Surgical Outlets and consumer stores, Walgreens, CVS and others already that already carry their products. There will be some price negotiation at Consumer and Outlet stores.
5. This is a buy and resell sales process for the consumer stores.
6. Managing the distributors and their sales force
Qualifications:
1. Must rank in top 15% of sales force and have “Brag Book” of accomplishments.
2. Must have experience with the Transactional Sales cycle of Product/Purchase order with price negotiation skills.
3. 3+ years selling any type of durable medical product, or 4. 3+ years of B2B experience of any type 5. They will look at Pharma candidates if you have less than 3 years in pharma
Travel will be approximately: 50%
Base Salary: $36K + Guaranteed Draw (DOE)
OTE: 120k - 140k first year uncapped
Auto: $500.00 month + gas card + all expenses + lap top and cell phone.
They prefer Rep to lease or own a van for demo equipment They pay 60% of the medical insurance.
