Imagery Analyst / AGI Analyst - TS/SCI (Darmstadt Germany) Intelligence support consisting of AGI requirements, processing, exploitation, dissemination, analysis, operations and planning, and collection. Upon contract award, SSU, Inc. shall provide personnel, management necessary to provide the AGI support to the 66th MI Brigade, at locations in the European Command (EUCOM)/Africa Command (AFRICOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR).
Duties: Support the processing, exploitation and dissemination (PED) of AGI products that support theater war fighter requirements; perform mission management, requirement management, processing, exploitation, analysis and dissemination of reports to theater and national consumers using established intelligence data dissemination systems.

Background: The Contractor Team shall provide strategic direction, develop, train, and advise the MoD Intelligence and GSG2 Staff, the Department for Intelligence Policy, the Intelligence Training Center (ITC), and the Defense Security Service (DSS) in the following functional areas: Staff Development, Program and Budget Management, All Source Intelligence, HUMINT, CI, SIGINT, Information and Requirements Management, and GEOINT.
Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Advise, mentor, and train the Afghan National Army (ANA) General Staff (GS) Deputy G2 for Programs and Budget and his division’s personnel to development and implement a budget; spending controls; and strategic plans.
Understand and execute the Program Budget Accountability Committee (PBAC) process.
The implementation of programs and processes to ensure compliance with the Ministry of Defense (MoD) policies; integrate process-mapping, quality control evaluation, variation analysis, bench-marking, best business practices, and process efficiency measurements or metrics.
The establishment of systems that results in the proper distribution, accountability, and management of equipment and expendable supplies IAW established Decrees.
The establishment and implementation of programs for periodic reviews of resource distribution.
The submission of ANA required reports through established channels and in approved formats.
Minimum Qualifications:
This is a senior position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting and budget; experience in intelligence organizations; as well as Division G2 Staff experience and above. The ideal candidate is a former military O4 / O5; CW3/4/5 or Senior NCO.
Candidate must meet all physical, medical and other requirements for overseas deployment in accordance with current DoD regulations. Candidate must possess a fitness level appropriate to performing work in a field environment and current medical exam completed within the past 12 months. Candidate must have been tested and present proof of a negative HIV test result performed within six months of deployment. Dental and medical readiness must be up to date and candidate must maintain a current US Passport. Candidate must have a current SECRET Level Security Clearance (Previously granted and never revoked or suspended).

Position Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:
* MS required doctorate preferred. If master’s degree is not in
nursing then either a baccalaureate or doctoral degree must be in nursing.
* CA Nursing License required.
* Seven (7) to ten (10) years of executive level experience
required.
* Extensive acute care hospital operations experience.
* Successful Magnet Designation experience preferred.
* Dynamic individual with an inspirational and motivational
leadership.
PHYSICIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Two to four hours per day sitting at desk or computer terminal. Two to four
