Compliance Responsibilities:
• Continuing compliance with Federal Acquisition Requirement (FAR)
• Sustaining the approved Certified Procurement System Review (CPSR)
• Leading MMAS compliance efforts
• Improving ITAR / Import / Export Compliance
Procurement Responsibilities:
• Lead Procurement talent development efforts
• Directs the acquisition of goods and/or services for the operation of the Company,
• Create a high performing negotiations team and implement supporting processes
• Provide additional support necessary to achieve cost out objectives
• Collaborate with Procurement personnel to reduce critical supplier lead times
• Co-lead existing initiative to improve cash management via process improvement
• Lead ISC finance / metric management
• Responsible for continuing programs of exploration for new materials, suppliers, and processes to achieve the best possible quality, delivery and cost
• Collaborate with IT to create clear performance monitoring and measuring system
• Furnishes purchase analyses and cost data for use in scheduling, planning, budgeting and other functional activities
Planning Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Engineering and Program Management to improve the Production Readiness / Transition to Production processes
• Improve and Expand the existing “Sales and Operations Planning”
• Reduce the cycle time (via waste elimination) between contract award and demand load
• Oversees and ensures proper production control planning and scheduling
• Lead efforts to implement “point of use” and pull based replenishment
• Lead Make / Buy activities
Overarching ISC Responsibilities
• Safety – Work with the Plant Services team to launch root cause / corrective action on biggest safety drivers at the weekly “Injury Illness Prevention Plan"
• Quality – Collaborate with Quality team to expand and improve the “Quality Improvement Process” designed to pro-actively identify and address the biggest quality issues
• Delivery – Coach and mentor the 3 manufacturing sites (Maryland, Texas, South Carolina) to implement one piece flow, TAKT and pull systems in order to improve product flow
• Inventory – Expand and improve the existing “Sales and Operations Planning” process
• Productivity – Drive cost out progress in the “Plan for Competitiveness” process by reviewing projects, collaborating with Finance to validate savings and raising accountability by defining owner / actions and deadlines
Qualifications
Typically requires a minimum of 10 years experience, with at least three years experience in a leadership role within Purchasing. Experience in a DoD environment is required.
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. A Masters Degree is preferred.
Ability to implement advanced Lean solution across multiple functions (ISC, Engineering, Program Management, etc).
Demonstrated ability to lead a global cross-functional team in the development and implementation of initiatives in a highly diverse and matrixed environment.
Highly advanced analytical and cognitive skills.
Practical and advanced understanding of SIOP driven Materials Management including forecasting, scheduling, capacity analysis and inventory management.
Practical and advanced understanding of Purchasing strategies and tactics for strategic sourcing and commodity management.
Expertise in driving business process improvement initiatives.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Must be able to take a leadership role in driving change in the organization.

A-T Solutions is actively seeking an Senior Operational Advisor for Ft, Meade, MD to support the Asymmetric Warfare Group, AWG.
Job Summary: The Headquarters Senior Operational Advisor will support Asymmetric Warfare Group (AWG) by serving as a key member of the AWAC Advisement Team and will manage assigned A-T Solutions contract support personnel to the AWG Headquarters to ensure that full compliance of the Statement of Work (SOW) is carried out as specified. They synchronize all AWG current and future operations across staff sections and squadrons while coordinating and prioritizing the advisory and assistance support.
Responsibilities: The Headquarters Senior Operational Advisor is responsible for the overall management of their assigned personnel including training, operational utilization planning, and deployment of personnel as well as their administrative and financial management. They are primarily the key advisor to the AWAC Senior Military Leadership and assists in strategic planning and long term goals and functions for the unit. The Senior Squadron Operational Advisor is able to provide reliable and frequent expert advice on virtually any matter pertaining to relevant operations and overall mission of the AWG through their extensive experience gained in similar type units within the DOD. They will be knowledgeable in HUMINT and SIGINT collections techniques in order to follow intelligence collections guidance and priority intelligence requirements. The Headquarters Senior Operational Advisor manages and prioritizes field observations and capability gaps from embedded teams and Global Scouts while tracking the development of potential solutions in Dog Squadron, and coordinating ‘cradle to grave’ solution development support from Able and Baker Squadrons. They will manage and assist in development of Warning Orders (WARNOS), Operations Orders (OPORDS) and Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOS) and manages concurrent deployments, Global Scout missions, CONUS TDY, and support to BCTs in the ARFORGEN cycle through Pre-Deployment Advisory Support (PDAS). In addition, they manage organic and non-organic pre-deployment training requirements and ensures that working Lines of Communication with Forward Operating Cells and forward-deployed LNOs are fully functional. The Headquarters Senior Operational Advisor manages the synchronizing and coordinating support of the AWAC to the AWG mission set like that of a Brigade-level Operations section. They will report directly to the AWG PM and manage all assigned contractors ICW AWG based on their experience and capabilities. He ensures all assigned contractors are in compliance with all mandatory training ICW AR 350-1, that all pre-deployment required training and documentation to travel CONUS/OCONUS.
Qualifications/Experience: Must have a minimum of ten (10) years relevant experience in a U.S. Special Operations or equivalent environment. Ten (10) years of relevant senior leadership and management experience with either the U.S. military or other federal government agency that includes at least six (6) years of experience in the management and control of budgets, personnel, and material resources in complex organizational environments as a Government contractor in the DOD environment. Must maintain physical fitness and pass the APFT on a semiannual basis. Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and must possess the ability to communicate effectively with customers, executive management, and support staff leadership. The Headquarters Senior Operational Advisor must have great people skills and be experienced at performance management, conflict resolution, and personnel retention and is a mentor who willingly teaches those under their supervision. Must be a team builder and team player and works well with other members of the leadership team.
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Master’s degree preferred.
Clearance: DOD issued TOP SECRET SENSITIVE COMPARTMENTED INFORMATION (SCI) or eligible to obtain a TOP SECRET/SCI clearance.

Position Details:
• Responsible for all aspects of design, administration, and support of local area network (Gigabit) and wide area network (MOE).
• Management of corporate security (firewalls and VPN), Internet connectivity, inter-office connectivity, B2B, modality connectivity, and network redundancy/contingency.
• Evaluate, analyze and coordinate network technology implementations.
• Provide technical guidance and network design solutions to meet the needs of the enterprise.
• Function as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for organization with respect to enterprise networking.
• Some/minimal travel to off-site locations, networked facilities (corporate and co-location), and other facilities.

• Coordinate the installation and maintenance of Metro Optical Ethernet (MOE) data connections and circuit.
• Develop detailed project implementation plans to accommodate network growth, security, and enhancements
• Maximize functionality of network equipment (i.e. Cisco routers, gateways, switches, etc.)
• Monitor network for optimal performance and security
• Develop and present network performance reports detailing network status for management
• Analyze data traffic patterns within network infrastructure; detecting operational problems and recommending improvements to ensure optimal performance
• Identify symptoms and instabilities in a timely and accurate manner to include performing analysis, capacity planning, and testing for organizations network environment;
• Make recommendations to management on enhancements to network that will improve the quality and reliability of the networks performance;
• Provide recommendations of the most cost-effective solution to management, including all cost, procedural, and contractual considerations necessary to make decisions;
• Research and identify new technologies available that offer business advancements;
• Provide written documentation to support the recommendation and benefits of implementing new technology.
• Provide network security by configuring routers, switches, firewalls etc. according to company security standards and risk mitigation strategies
• Monitor security measures in place within network perimeter, ensuring security breaches do not occur and information is safeguarded from unauthorized users, etc.
• Ensure information (PHI, company-confidential) is properly protected by assisting the IT team in developing secure architectures within corporate network environment.
• Oversee resolution of complex technical issues
• Coordinate with broader team to determine solutions that increase end user satisfaction
• Monitor trends in documented incidents and determine appropriate actions
• Respond to 24x7 service needs as required. Some on-call responsibilities will be required.
Experience Profile:
• 7+ years experience performing networking and computer information systems administration
• 5-10 years network engineer experience.
• Valid Cisco certification(s).
• Networking concepts including bridges, routers, and local and wide area networking protocols:
• Expertise in reading, analyzing, and interpreting routing tables, network diagrams, technical procedures, and security logs.
• Ability to write detailed technical reports and procedure manuals;

Complete Description:
Duties include technology research, trade studies/analysis, design, configuration, installation, and test of IT network firewall and intrusion detection systems. Minimum Requirements:

Complete Description:
Systems Administrator specializing in the managing and operating of a virtualized environment using Windows and Linux Systems Management in support of the JRDC program at Schriever AFB, CO. Primary duties include running through a daily battle-rhythm of checks on the virtualized environment, viewing and responding to events reflected in the various management tools, server patch management, attending various meetings (team, staff, change, configuration, etc.), participating in forward thinking activities and automating. Daily reviews of systems to ensure normal maintenance functions are performing properly as well as execution of daily/weekly system health checks. System audit log reviews as required. The Systems Administrator will be required to coordinate efforts with other work centers and personnel to resolve Remedy Incidents related to systems and supporting infrastructure. Primary duty hours fall between 0700 and 1700 with shift work required to assist with after-hours maintenance activities and staffing of the IT Operations Center. Other System Administrator duties may be required.
Minimum Requirements:
A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related technical field and 5 years of experience. Must have strong relevant skills in a large virtualized environment. Must have a strong networking background with an emphasis on security. Must have a strong analytical background with accompanying troubleshooting skills. Strong communication skills also required. Per DoD 8570 candidate must be certified Security+ on or before date of hire. Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain.
Preferred Requirements:
Previous work experience in a virtualized environment (specifically, VMware) as a Windows/Linux System Administrator supporting a large Enterprise with knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows 2003/2008, Linux/UNIX Operating Systems, EMC Storage, Symantec Netbackup and SCCM Patch Management solutions.
