1. Marketing and Communications Manager – Reston, VA
SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team in Reston, VA. The Marketing and Communications Manager leads the company’s marketing and communications efforts, in close collaboration with corporate leadership, developing and executing marketing and strategic communications campaigns from concept to completion. This critical position fulfills a range of marketing responsibilities including conducting and structuring market research, formulating competitive analysis and interpretive reports, creating leading market relevant messaging and conceptualizing new value propositions for the purpose of driving revenue goals and identifying new prospects. Essential Job Duties:
• Draft and administer the company’s Marketing Action Plan and budget
• Develop and execute the company’s strategic communications plan
• Develop metrics to measure success / levels of influence of the company’s marketing efforts
• Manage the company’s “brand,” including content on the company’s website and social media
• Identify and work with relevant subject matter experts to develop creative messaging for advertisements and marketing collateral in collaboration with corporate leadership (including point of view articles, sales brochures and other printed product/service information, visual aids used in BD presentations, etc.)
• Lead and Manage the activities of internal resources to enable multiple, simultaneous Integrated Media Campaigns. Creatively design, launch, administer and track email broadcasts, video production, print media advertising, trade shows, and social media campaigns.
• Working with BD managers, plan, develop and execute B-to-G marketing strategies and tactics that build awareness, credibility and generate new client prospects
• Manage marketing events (i.e. Tradeshows, Workshops/breakfast briefings/seminars, Webinars, Government Collaborative Learning Conference, etc.)
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field and at least five years of marketing experience with government customers
• Superior communications skills, written and verbal; strength, speed and creativity as a writer / editor. Writing samples required.
• Demonstrated ability to research, conceive, plan, execute, and report on multimedia marketing campaigns. Proven success with a variety of marketing media, including trade shows, events, collateral, email, and public relations, social media, web design, and SEO/PPC.
• Knowledge of Web-publishing platforms and social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr, etc.)

• Maintain, and review the backlog, of no more than 100 files, of all SCI personnel security files for the entire customer base estimated between (2000 - 2800)
• Maintain and track all items under AR 380-5, Department of the Army Information Security Program, including properly completed 701/702 forms and maintaining a tracker for the forms. Conduct Security classification reviews of submitted documents. Conduct briefings on classification, security awareness, and security violations
• Track security incidents and violations in the INSCOM KM Portal daily
• Update Memoranda of Agreement and Memoranda of Understanding annually
• Create Courier Cards and Air Courier Orders annually
• Submit SF 311 Quarterly Report OIP for Information Security within one week of quarter’s end
• Conduct Entry and Exit Inspections monthly for two hours
• Update Information Security briefs as new information is released on regulations and compliance within one working week of changes being received

JOB SUMMARY: Performs duties as snow desk clerk controller during winter snow operations.
PRIMARY DUTY: Position requires employee to be available during the winter snow months of the year. Employee will be placed on standby when snow is forecast for the United States Air Force Academy. When on standby, the employee must be able to report for duty within one hour of call out. During snow events, employee will work 12-hours shifts until snow removal operations on the United States Air Force Academy are complete. The employee will be physically located at the snow control desk in Building 8116. Employee will remain at the work station coordinating and tracking all shift personnel, snow control materials, and equipment, and identify locations and status of snow removal operations in various sectors of the base through the use of telephones and radios. Employee will answer the snow control phone line, relay current snow removal status, and receive requirements from base personnel. Employee will work with the shift supervisor to ensure efficient use of snow control resources. Snow control shifts are rotated from day shift to night shift in monthly cycles.
SECONDARY DUTY: Operate motor vehicles and office equipment. Comply with required safety, environmental and quality standards.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES: Additional duties in direct support of departmental mission requirements.
EXPERIENCE: Regular Driver’s License. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Be available to work shifts during the winter months and be able to respond to the job site within one hour of callout. Must have a positive customer service attitude. Must have analytical skills that enable them to prioritize work in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Must be able to work independently and as a team. . Applicant must have two (2) years experience in computer software applications with preferred focus on work scheduling. Must be willing to work in an office environment in front of a computer for the majority of the work day.
EDUCATION: Must possess high school diploma or equivalent. Microsoft Office experience required. Computer skills must be current.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: Must possess and maintain a valid Colorado Driver’s License. Must provide an official DMV report. Able to receive and maintain a favorable Local Background Check (LBC) and National Agency Check (NAC) as applicable to the position requirements, current and future.

The Medical Services Support in Iraq (MSSI) Program Manager establishes a clinically safe and professionally managed healthcare environment and provides primary health care as well as resuscitative surgical care in accordance with U.S. or equivalent medical standards on a 24-hour basis, 365 days of the year to Chief of Mission (COM) personnel U.S. Embassy Baghdad, serving a population of approximately 14,000 adults.
SCOPE:
The Radiology Technician reports to and will be supervised by the site medical director or other primary medical provider (Radiologist, Physicians, Surgeons, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physician’s Assistants) on the work site.
The Radiology Technician will be assigned to treat patients in one of two settings: (1) Small medical/trauma hospitals, (2) Large medical/trauma hospital and assists in examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a physician.
In these settings, Radiology Technician performs diagnostic imaging examinations like x-rays, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, and mammography. Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records. In addition, Radiology Technician prepares patient for radiological procedure by positioning patient; adjusting immobilization devices, moving equipment into specified position; adjustment equipment controls to set exposure factors. Radiology technicians must follow physicians' orders precisely and conform to regulations concerning the use of radiation to protect themselves, their patients, and their co-workers from unnecessary exposure.
In addition to preparing patients and operating equipment, radiology technicians keep patient records and adjust and maintain equipment. They also may prepare work schedules, evaluate purchases of equipment, or manage a radiology department.
All services shall be provided in accordance with established standards, principles and ethics of the profession, applicable professional specialty organizations, and the high-quality standard for which CHS is recognized.
All health care providers and medical support staff must have recent clinical experience in patient care for at least 6 months out of the past year
This position is notional and will be filled upon future openings.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE:
Must have completed an approved Radiology Technician program leading to a Diploma, Certificate or Associate’s degree.
Must have an unrestricted state license or be American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certified.
Minimum of 5-years’ experience as a Radiology Technician including 1 year with ultrasound in a clinical setting.
U.S. Military Radiology Technician technical school training certification (4R0X1, 68P, HM-8451) will also fulfill this requirement.
Must be experienced in performing CT procedures, including contrast exams.
Must have and maintain current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Performs diagnostic imaging examinations like X-rays, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, mammography and ultrasound. Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
•Prepares patient for radiological procedure by positioning patient; adjusting immobilization devices, moving equipment into specified position; adjustment equipment controls to set exposure factors.
•Gains patient cooperation by reducing anxieties, providing explanations of treatment; answering questions.
•Minimizes radiation to patient and staff by practicing radiation protection techniques, using beam restrictive devices, patient shielding, and knowledge of exposure factors.
•Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols; following drug protocols in case of reactions to drugs, such as contrast media, administering first aid, and using the emergency cart.
•Maintains production and quality of radiographs or other media by following established standards and procedures; developing radiographs; observing radiographic results; making necessary adjustments.
•Ensures operation of radiology equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
•Maintains radiology supplies and inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
•Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
OTHER DUTIES:
•All Health Care Providers (HCPs) will document care delivered and follow up care required.
•Attends and participates in a variety of meetings and task force groups to improve quality and outcomes, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, new task efforts, and new policy requirements.
•Maintains the highest regard for patient dignity and observe the precepts of the American Hospital Associations Bill of Rights for patients.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
•Radiology Technician will require a favorably adjudicated Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) investigation conducted by the Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security.
•Radiology Technician will sign a CHS MSSI Foreign Service Agreement (FSA) and is bound to the terms and conditions of the FSA.
•The normal workweek is established by the DoS Chief of Mission.
The following requirements apply to all Radiology Technicians:
•Shall be licensed in the United States
•Must complete a Foreign Affairs Counter Terrorism training course prior to deployment to Iraq for work on the MSSI contract. Training will include: Combat First Aid, Weapons Familiarization, Defensive Tactics/Driving, IED recognition, Surveillance Detection and Hostage Survival and Personnel Recovery
•Participate in training, (including HIPAA training) that may be required by DoS or CHS prior to deployment to Iraq.

50. Position: Subject Matter Expert Level III (Junior Data Analyst with Biometrics Background) Crystal City, VA
Hiring Date: Immediate
Duty Description: The contractor shall assist in the establishment and maintenance of biometrics enterprise standards essential for DoD mission requirements, to include common standards for all aspects of biometrics technology. The candidate will coordinate with the DoD Components, U.S. Government agencies, and international organizations to develop national and international biometric XML based data standards; ensure standards compliance, and ensure that interoperable and extensible processes are adaptive to joint, interagency, and allied tasks and missions. Support the identification of data needs, provide subject matter expertise in developing standards-based logical data models, data dictionaries, taxonomies, XML schemas, standards-based web Services, data base development and administration.
Education: BS
Basic Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience with data base administration and development
• 1-3 years’ experience with enterprise architecture and data standards
• Experience producing technical documentation, particularly documentation suitable for standardization.
• 1-3 years of experience architecting and developing SOA architecture and web services using XML technologies (SOAP,REST,WSDL,XSD,XPATH,XSLT,WSDL,UDDI)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to create and present briefings to senior leadership
• Ability to work with aggressive timeline for deliverable
• Secret clearance required

• Experience with web applications
