Brief Description of Role:

person will be expected to serve as the ambassador to identify and create
new business opportunities for annuities and insurance. The Business
Development Consultant (BDC) will be required to consult on sales
strategies, position and evaluate risk management solutions and meet with
select clients to deliver market overview and educational seminars on the
annuities and insurance market and products in order to develop new
business. Additionally, the BDC will be responsible for building and

Items managed typically are of low unit or annual demand value, involve short procurement lead time (less than 9 months), are obtained from standard or other readily available sources of supply, and reflect relatively stable patterns of demand. Items usually are of a general, common-use type, non repairable and seldom require intensive investigation of atypical variations in their supply and demand patterns. Positions are located in local, regional, or headquarters offices for which the military supply management organization has overall inventory management responsibility. The work includes requirements determination and forecasting, distribution or redistribution of material, procurement authorization, limited funds management, or other related work.
2. Material coordination: Performs material coordination duties for special programs, maintenance, or production shops. Duties are performed on the basis of practical experience in processing and expediting supply transactions related to the particular organizations serviced.
3. Cataloging: Writes item descriptions for a range of new items entering the supply channels of a particular agency or field establishment. Applies requirements selecting the appropriate description pattern and answering the requirements contained in the pattern. Reviews existing stock catalogs, manufacturers' catalogs, drawings, or other resource materials, for the purpose of matching characteristics or part numbers to identify duplicate items already catalogued or otherwise recorded in the supply system.
Level of Responsibility:
Works within a framework of established supply regulations, policies, and procedures, or other governing supply management guidelines. Deals with a variety of operating officials regarding limited aspects of program needs of the organization serviced. Contacts may relate to inventory requirements in a stable or standardized organization and to the adequate description or identification of less complex items which are new to the system. The Principal Development Engineer (PDE) designs and implements hardware, software, and embedded firmware to create products that meet Sagetech market objectives. Description: The Operational Advisor provides support to the Asymmetric Warfare Group (AWG) and Joint Force Commanders to enhance Soldier survivability, combat effectiveness, and defeat current and emerging threats. They also provide operational advice or assistance to DoD organizations globally in support of Unified Land Operations.

Duties:
• Conduct Pre-Deployment Advisory Support (PDAS) to supported organization, assisting in planning, execution and AAR of training conducted at home station Analyze the intelligence, operational TTPs, training, and materiel solution interrelationships to articulate an overarching strategy to combat irregular warfare. Analyses are constantly on going in order to provide updates in each area to ensure the strategy and JCOP remain relevant.
• Anticipate and prioritize follow-on force training requirements for Pre-Deployment Advisory Support (PDASS).
• Initiate coordination to deploying unit senior leaders (General/Flag Officer level) for visits PDAS.
• Initiate coordination and prepare correspondence to redeploying unit senior leaders (General/Flag Officer level) for post operation debriefings from the Task Unit (TU). Facilitate new and emerging asymmetric threat TTP dissemination.
• Assist DA Staff Link to FORSCOM/TRADOC to tie together training solutions within a larger tactical/operational environment.
• Assist command group in developing training programs for AWG Soldiers and members of the U.S. Armed Forces. Interact with the concepts integration cell and intelligence exploitation cell in order to operate as a "red cell" team to develop counter asymmetric TTPs before the threats are realized.
• Provide updates in each area to ensure the strategy and JCOP remain relevant.
Qualifications/ General Experience: The candidate should have sufficient relevant experience (11-13 years) with either the U.S. military or other federal government agency(ies) that demonstrates the ability to meet the duties described above. Ideally but not required- demonstrated experience should include over twenty (20) years of relevant experience in land warfare component combat arms organizations but MUST have a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience with U.S. Special Operations Forces or U.S. Special Mission Units. Expertise in terrorist, guerrilla and other asymmetric operations in order to advise the AWG on planning, training and equipping with experience in red force planning and special operations forces. Demonstrated knowledge of current operations and emerging military organizations, capabilities, and doctrine is desired. Demonstrated experience should also illustrate the ability to analyze current combat operations in order to identify causes of pre-deployment training gaps; possession of interpersonal skills and tactical expertise to communicate with U.S. Army and U.S. Marine Corps MACOM and unit level senior leaders preparing their organizations for deployment; and the ability to change and adapt established methods in order to meet new unit requirements. Demonstrated experience should illustrate ability to work independently (versus merely following established processes) and in small groups while possessing excellent oral and written skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills in to engage audiences ranging from junior enlisted Soldiers to General/Flag Officers. Demonstrate ability to anticipate requirements and obstacles, adapt quickly, follow through, and make corrections or create alternatives when needed to meet new circumstances or situations. Job Description:
The Principal Development Engineer (PDE) designs and implements hardware, software, and embedded firmware to create products that meet Sagetech market objectives. In this role you will be focusing on the Salesforce.com application

. Excellent knowledge of page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules,
triggers, etc.
. Demonstrated use of SDLC processes. Licenses or Certifications:

SUMMARY
The Contracts and Pricing Analyst will prepare various pricing, margin,
impact, sales analyses, etc. and take the lead in proposal preparation for
pricing requests, RFI, RFPs, contract administration, pricing validation,
and will interact with various departments and Customers (Hospitals, Sales
Agents, Stocking Agents, etc.).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
. Carries out routine proposal, contract and pricing activities under
minimal supervision.
. Manages the flow of requests and approvals as required by SOX and
Company's standard operation procedures to insure that all contracts and/or
pricing documents are promptly and accurately documented and established.
. Independently completes proposals and analyses associated with all
types of requests for pricing and gathers information from various
departments. Manages time efficiently to adhere to RFP deadlines,
communicates any relevant developments to Distributors and Sales Management.
. Generates various data driven analyses and projections using sound
analytic skills and business judgment such as margin analysis, impact
report, and ad hoc pricing analysis to support decision-making process for
executives.
. Responds to questions from the Sales Field regarding contracts and
pricing questions.
. Prepares various reports such as GPO Admin Fee and Rebate reports as
contractually required.
. Works closely with Finance and provides audit support, provide monthly
accruals to Finance for GPO Admin Fee and Rebates with backup information,
and performs credit memos, commission reductions and provides pricing
research and information as requested.
. Works closely with Marketing teams to main the master published price
list. Follows new product launch dates and FDA approvals, ensuring new
products are added to the price list.
. Collaborates with the Legal Department in review and redlining of legal
documents and provides the Corporate Accounts team with status on
executed/expired/terminated Sales and Stocking Agreements with Region and
Surgeon specifics.
. Continually evaluates best practices and implements process
improvement to enhance workflow to refine pricing analysis and processes.
. Administers contract maintenance in the ERP system, contract
management tool, and electronic data management files ensuring all master
documents, approvals, contracts, reference documents such as final price
files, activities, etc are organized consistently and systematically for
optimal information sharing.
. Conducts pricing audits on sales orders and effectively
communicates to the filed regarding price discrepancy notifications and is
during each month / quarter end to ensure all sales are processed according
to Company and SOX policy.
. Performs other duties as assigned.
