The Center Manager, Development is responsible for managing the overall center operation, including supervision of team members and the administration of center sales performance and profitability objectives.
(This is a representative list of the general duties the position may be asked to perform, and is not intended to be all-inclusive).
•Contribute to center network objectives for sales and profit performance.
•Direct supervision of team members, including responsibility for hiring of all team members and monitoring new hire orientation procedures.

About the Opportunity
The Principal Engineer’s role is to design, develop and direct the implementation of in-house information systems and networked software architectures that support core organizational functions, and assure their high availability. The Mortgage Sales Manager leads, coordinates and directs the daily management of Mortgage Loan Originators [MLOs]. This leadership position is responsible for establishing and monitoring goals to achieve production objectives, recruiting top originators, training MLOs, as well as recommending and/or making decisions in personnel-related matters.
Responsibilities:
1.Daily Management of the following metrics: volume, quality, margin, product mix and loan purpose.

Joint Expeditionary Team Member
K2 Solutions, Inc. is seeking Senior Operational Specialists to provide direct support to the Army, Marine and other US Joint Forces. These specialists serve as members of a multi-discipline team performing tasks directly related to the Global War on Terrorism, focused on countering improvised explosive devices.
Interested personnel must possess a TS/SCI Clearance and be capable of performing missions in a small unit accompanying US and Coalition forces in various remote locations, including high threat environments worldwide. The JET Operator is issued full equipment to include weapons, so as to blend unobtrusively with the assigned unit.
These positions are best suited for broadly-gauged experts who have recent in-theater experience in all areas and levels of counterinsurgency operations from team member through SF BN/Group (SOF) or Company through Division/MEF level (Conventional).
Personnel in these positions perform missions in various remote locations, including high threat environments such as Iraq and Afghanistan.
Candidates are not required to relocate and can live anywhere in the continental United States. Deployments are 4 months in-theater, 4 months CONUS, 4 months in-theater.
Experience and Education:
Recent in-theater experience with a Combat arms unit is required. Multiple tours at various operational levels that include a mix of direct combat, operational planning, training development and Ops-Intel fusion is preferred.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Combat Arms and a minimum of two (2) years’ experience deployed to either Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom or Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Time deployed to either location as a member of the military (vice contractor) is preferred.

JOB SUMMARY: Performs Duties as Lead Instructor for Unit Armorer Staff of (20) personnel responsible for training staff in the repairs of small arms and establishing unit operating procedures. This is a one year position located in Lima Peru (Spanish Language skills is considered an enhancement but not mandatory). Personnel accepting this position will be required to live and work in Peru for a base period of one year.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Personnel accepting this position will be responsible for the care and maintenance of equipment and the instruction on how to maintain or repair the weapons systems. Individuals will also be responsible for the establishment of management and quality control procedures as well as logistical support requirements. The repair system must be fully operational under the management of the Peruvian Army upon contract completion. Personnel assigned to this position must also be able to repair and maintain Night Vision equipment. Instructors for this position will set the doctrine for shop management and the requirements from supply to annual budgeting. The Primary language for instruction will be Spanish. Train a minimum of 25 armor’s to 10-20 maintenance level standards and develops the POI and training standards for all PSOF Weapons. Develop a standardized arms room for all PDF forces to follow, mentor PSOF armors through-out the contracted year and develop a yearlong training calendar for the armors courses.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates will be a certified U.S. Military Armorer (Preferably with a SOF Background), a certified NVG Repairman, the Team Leader/Senior Armor- must have attended a US Army Armor’s course and a civilian armor’s course with 15 years’ experience, Senior Armor must have Special Operations experience, Team member/ Assistant Armor- must have attended a US Army Armor’s course and a civilian armor’s course with 10 years’ experience. Candidates will be able to perform maintenance and instruct on small arms weapons to include but not limited to M-16, M-4, 60mm, 81 mm, 60 Cal, 50 Cal, night vision goggles and any other small arms in the PDF arsenal, pass a background check, be able to lift Up to 45Lbs and operate in a field conditions with temperature and climate changes.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The preferred candidate will be able to speak, read and write both English and Spanish Fluently, translate technical documents from English to Spanish correctly, be a former SOF Operator, be a former SOF Weapons armorer familiar with Warsaw block weapons, possess experience in Peru, be a former Instructor at USAJFKSWCS, possess familiarity with and ability to conduct oneself in accordance with the local culture and customs and have the ability to function effectively and efficiently during extended periods of high pressure and stress.

This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization OCONUS in Afghanistan. This position is required to travel OCONUS for a minimum of one year.

The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both client managers and system users and will report directly to the Systems Lead. Specifically the candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of all databases on multiple DoD networks. L3 NSS has an excellent opportunity for a Secret cleared, experienced, self-directed, Portal Administrator with an expertise in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007 and SharePoint Server 2010. This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization OCONUS in Afghanistan. This position is required to travel OCONUS for a minimum of one year.

The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both client managers and system users and will report directly to the Task Order Lead.
Specifically, the Portal Administrator will be responsible for designing and maintaining web / portal pages for government proprietary networks (JWICS, SIPRNET, CENTRIX and NIPRNET). The Portal Administrator will be responsible for developing and managing interfaces for web based database access. The candidate will also support MS and Sun based operating systems, SharePoint, XML, WSDL, UDDI (to include installation and configuration of UDDI servers), and SOAP. The Portal Administrator will be responsible for providing recommendations to government management on the implementation of new web technologies to assist the organization with its intelligence dissemination. The Portal Administrator will be responsible for assisting in the development of the content management SOP and assist users in the operation of content management software. The Portal Administrator duties will be three fold; Administration, Development and Training. The specifics of these areas are broken out separately below:
Administration Duties:
- Develop and/or redesign SharePoint based portal architecture.
- Install and configure SharePoint infrastructure and any infrastructure-related computer programs.
- As directed by the Contracting Officer Representative/Performance Monitor, install, configure and maintain computer programs designed to enhance SharePoint functionality, including but not limited to security, search and retrieval, data protection, backup and recovery.
- Integrate SharePoint into existing IT infrastructure.
- Plan, design and implement SharePoint security including, but not limited to, authentication, security roles, user groups, audiences, and item level security.
- Plan, design and implement SharePoint data protection, backup and recovery.
- Plan and design improvements to SharePoint performance as directed by the Performance Monitor.
- Perform corrective SharePoint administration, configuration and maintenance as required.
- Create documentation for any function performed under any competency as directed by the Task Manager.
Development Duties:
- Plan, design, implement and modify navigational and aesthetic changes to SharePoint pages as directed by the Performance Monitor.
- Modify SharePoint administrative/configuration settings in support of development efforts, including, but not limited to, taxonomy, site columns, content types and metadata.
- Install and configure SharePoint add-ons and third party software and develop applications using these tools as directed.
- Design applications using moderately complex requirements analysis, including use cases, object diagrams, flow charts, technical specifications, interface mock-ups and test plans, including simulated data and unit tests.
- Develop applications. These applications may interface with add-ons, third party software and systems and equipment external to SharePoint and require use of programming techniques and development environments external to SharePoint.
- Resolve moderately complex questions of program intent, input data acquisition, synchronization, output requirements and scalability.
- Participate in the Organization’s Knowledge Management Working Group and provide technical feasibility assessments of proposed requirements.
- Ensure solutions require minimal training to the end user while maintaining high reliability and usability.
Training Duties:
- Plan and execute SharePoint end user training.
- Train designated personnel in SharePoint portal administration and website configuration.
- Train end users on developed SharePoint applications.
Required:
- Six years (6) experience supporting SharePoint Services in an Enterprise Environment.
