JOB FUNCTIONS & DUTIES
• Partner with Program Managers and Account Managers for best practices.
• Develop the plan to institute those best practices across multiple client
engagements.
• Monitor account status and initiate resolution. Interface as needed with
all levels of client representatives/managers.
• Establish priorities, show good decision making skills, meet
timelines/deadlines, and display good organizational skills, and
professional interpersonal skills.
• Facilitate issue resolution within client contacts to achieve an outcome
that is in PRO’s best interest.
• Provide project support and management of strategic initiatives directed
by the respective Regional Account Manager. These projects could include
subjects like Supplier. Management, Best Practices initiatives across
multiple programs, new service roll out plans and execution, WAND
enhancement/best practice support.
• Demonstrate a level of competence across all services required to manage a
large full service on-site program.
• Track service levels and initiate process improvement.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive mastery of all day-to-day and strategic
operational functions that are required to service the clients from the
on-site as well as an interactive knowledge of all site systems, including
WAND and YourSource Provide a gap analysis on SOP documentation to highlight
those procedures that are not represented in that desk’s SOP.
• Participate with all relevant training programs available internally for
business and professional development knowledge.
• Maintain an ongoing knowledge of PRO’s contractual obligations to each
applicable client.
• Initiate escalation and handle as appropriate both internal to PRO and
client issues demonstrating good decision making and client management
skills.
• Understand the details of PRO’s menu of services, operations procedures
and site-specific contracts. This includes: payroll, human resources,
accounts payable and receivable, operations budget and expense guidelines,
credit and collections, risk management, workers’ compensation etc.
• Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with primary
PRO On-site personnel and other PRO departments. Maintain a presence that
adds credibility and positive perception of CSM and on-site.
• Training and education of client contacts happens in various ways. CSM
should maintain a high level of knowledge regarding the different services
PRO provides to answer any client questions while covering a desk.
• Review Departmental Profiles for all new programs, understanding the
services PRO is contracted to provide. Understand the value proposition
that PRO offers clients for each service line.
• Maintain a clear line of communication with OPMs, RAMs and Director of
Client Services as needed to insure successful service delivery.
• Diligent note taking to ensure streamlined “hand off” at the beginning and
the end of the assigned visit to that site.
• CSM knows and can function in the absence of a CSC or PM as needed to
support the daily services to the client. In addition, will closely work
with immediate Supervisor, the Director of Client Services, as needed for
support and guidance.
• Reporting and analyzing data relevant to the on-going operation of on-site
services to existing clients.
• Manage PRO staff in the absence of their regular manager and in compliance
with all employment laws and PRO’s human resources policies/procedures.
• Job titles of PRO on-site staff managed by CSM will vary. Management of
CSC functions in either a payroll or/and staffing desk function is most
common. Manage the on-site staff through leading by example: show
leadership, professionalism, exemplary management principles, good judgment,
good attendance, punctuality, etc.
• Maintain and manage an on-site environment that is professional, best in
quality and with high standards of ethics and efficiency. Respect of the
client’s culture, environment, facilities, policies and employees is
foremost. Manage with continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain open
communication with supervisor to problem solve and to improve the levels of
service.
• Manage and interact with PRO payrolled workers at client site in
accordance with current labor laws: ADA, Age, Wage and Hour, FLSA, OSHA,
Workers’ Compensation, EEO, FMLA, Sexual Harassment, etc.
• Act in a liaison capacity to other field personnel regarding national
suppliers.

Summary:
The LPN Charge Nurse manages a designated group of nursing employees on a nursing unit and assures smooth operations of the unit for a designated shift under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Shall be proficient in warehouse and inventory procedures, Navy and MSC logistics procedures. Be physically able to lift and/or carry, for short distances, at least 50 lbs. of weight. Have the ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks in the performance of warehousing duties. May be assigned as local truck driver for delivery or pick-up of material. Possess the ability to identify materials from available stock numbers and/or part numbers and transcribing this information to appropriate documents in a neat, accurate and legible manner. Be proficient and knowledgeable in afloat supply procedures with emphasis on the operational process of material handling functions including inventory, packaging, consolidation, and stowage. Possess the necessary knowledge and skills required for the understanding, utilization and processing of related logistic support documents such as NavSup forms 1348-1, DOD form 1149 and other related forms.

Position Overview:
The Physician Assistant promotes and maintains health by providing medical services under the supervision of a physician. They help with all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatments and consultations. In addition, they educate patients about preventative care, prescribe treatments, conduct physicals, and order tests.
Responsibilities:
• Take health histories and provide complete physical examinations
o Diagnose and treat many common acute and chronic problems.
o Interpret laboratory results and x rays.
o Prescribe and manage medications and other therapies.
o Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and procedures.
• Maintain professional relationship with supervising physician.
o Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
o Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements by studying exiting and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
• Provide high-quality, cost effective, and individualized care for patients, families, and communities.
o Provide health teaching and counseling to support healthy lifestyle behaviors and prevent illness, and refer patients to other health professionals as needed.
o Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Is proficient with the EMR system.
o Documents patient care services by charting in the EMR system in a timely manner.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
o Performs related work as required.
Education / Skills and Requirements:
• Graduate of a Physician Assistant program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA)
• Possess a current, unrestricted PA license by the State of North Carolina
• Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
• 1-2 years’ experience in Family Practice/Urgent Care
• BCLS
• ACLS
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• EMR software systems
• HIPAA Training
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to communicate orally and in writing with employees, customers, and administration personnel. Must be able to physically perform the basic life operational functions of finger dexterity, kneeling, sitting, walking, stooping, reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling, talking, seeing, hearing, and repetitive motion.
