Primary Role: Redeem annual booking plan at company-approved pricing levels. Survey assigned accounts and expand business volume by utilizing energy conservation measures (ECMs) and other financial (including ROI) strategies to show point of differentiation and added value.
The Project Sales Engineer acts as the technical expert that will work with the sales team, assisting in closing sales. Must be able to work with $800K-$1 million in projected sales per year. Position: Production Supervisor
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Job Description:
Direct and lead a shift of 15 - 20 hourly employees. Projects will include capital improvements on production lines and support systems, new product runs, packaging or container changes to existing products, consumer complaint issue investigations, line issue investigations including six sigma tool uses.
Qualifications:
* 4yr degree required
* Strong electrical and mechanical systems background
* Strong leadership skills
Duties/Responsibilities:
* Drive production/manufacturing results through ownership and accountability.
* Work with Maintenance to ensure appropriate operations/maintenance interaction
* Develop and implement systems to improve production efficiencies that are sustainable and repeatable.
* Manage hourly employees to ensure all are performing to expectations and optimizing their contributions.
Compensation:
* $55,000 to $65,000

Successful candidate will perform work of moderate difficulty in advanced clerical, technical
and office work and manage subordinate clerks assigned to receive, process, maintain and
Retrieve files and records.
The applicant will also be able to coordinate work assignments in a fast paced office environment and have daily contact with all levels of law enforcement Personnel, other agencies and the general public. This candidate will be able to utilize discretion and independent judgment in applying rules, policies and procedures to work and/or case situations.
Required Skills
To be successful, the candidate should possess excellent written and verbal Communication skills. Also, demonstrate working knowledge of the Tri Tech system (or equivalent) and should have knowledge of principles of office management, supervisors and standard record of maintenance procedures.
Required Experience
The qualified applicant will have completion of a High School diploma or general education
Degree (GED), a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role and 2 years of experience in clerical work at the level of Principal Clerk (or equivalent).
