Duties/Responsibilities include:
-Design, plan, implement and maintain a systemic architecture to facilitate the discovery, organizing, processing and dissemination of Security Force Assistance-related knowledge.
-Work closely with the IT Specialist to establish and maintain Knowledge Manager (KM) tools that facilitate rapid and effective collaborationand sharing of knowledge between CAAT HQs and RC teams.

Minimum Experience/Qualifications:
-Experience equivalent to a field grade officer or senior non-commissionedofficer in the KM field and have previously deployed and maintained a technology-based KM program in a military or other governmental agency environment.

-Experience in web design and webmaster functions is required.
-Possess a sufficient technical background and skills (software-hardware) to construct, deploy and maintain KM networks via web and other dissemination/sharing platforms or media.

Position Overview:
The Technical Writer serves on a COMISAF Advisory and Assistant Team (CAAT) Headquarters (HQ) Team located in Kabul, Afghanistan, providing subject matter expertise to the Senior SFA Advisor to support CAAT HQ. The Department of State (DOS) and the Department of Defense (DOD) will complete a transition from DOD-led U.S. presence in Afghanistan to a DOS-led U.S. presence under the The Afghanistan Life Support Services (AliSS) contract. The ALiSS establishes a clinically safe and professionally managed healthcare environment and provides primary health care as well as resuscitative surgical care in accordance with U.S. or equivalent medical standards on a 24-hour basis, 365 days of the year to Chief of Mission (COM) personnel in Afghanistan.
This position is notional to contract award.
SCOPE:
The Biomedical Equipment Technician reports to and is supervised by the AliSS Program Manager or a designated Project Management Office (PMO) official and coordinates their work with the site medical director or other primary medical equipment users (Radiologist, Physicians, Surgeons, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physician's Assistants, Medical Technologists) on the work site
The Biomedical Equipment Technician will be assigned to repair or maintain equipment in one of three settings: (1) Large medical/trauma hospitals, (2) Small medical/trauma hospital and assists in examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a physician, (3) Non-surgical field Health units.
In these settings, Medical Maintenance Specialists install, repair and maintain medical equipment to ensure it is clean, safe and functioning properly. This includes Biomedical equipment that requires use of computers with specialized software, hand tools and other repair shop equipment to diagnose and fix problems with a wide variety of healthcare technology. Work on X-ray and ultrasound machines, respirators and heart defibrillators, electric wheelchairs and hospital beds, or medical laboratory equipment is also required. Biomedical Equipment Technician will assist with Medical equipment set up and disinfect laboratory and healthcare equipment so it is safe and ready to use.

Position Overview:
The Benefits Administrator reports to the Director, Benefits and is responsible for providing extraordinary service to our 35,000 staff members working in over 180 locations nationwide. A typical day would include explaining our generous benefit package to our staff members, assisting them with their benefits enrollments and helping resolve any issues they may have with their health and welfare and 401(k) plan. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Respond to employee Inquiries and requests on health & welfare and retirement plans by phone and email.
* Administer employee Leave of Absences (LOA) per federal and state regulations.
* Create effective written and verbal communication to staff members and managers related to benefit plan administration, wellness program and LOA matters.
* Enter transactions into the benefit administration system, HRIS for LOA and benefit plans.
* Review and respond to benefit and LOA appeals.
* Review and respond to Disability Claims and file life insurance claims.
* Process Child Support Orders (QMCSO).
* Coordinate with vendors on wellness plan administration.
* Coordinate with payroll on benefit premiums adjustments/corrections.
* Communicate with benefits vendors on eligibility corrections and updates.
* Perform other tasks as required.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role or human resources (Benefits experience preferred).

Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software to support the secure operation of the network infrastructure. Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. Develop network documentation and status reports. Develop Network configuration diagrams using Visio. Supports the Configuration Management (CM) program, to include the preparation and creation of technical drawings and documentation, evaluation and auditing of all modifications to network systems, the generation of change requests to improve operability, reliability, maintainability, and ensuring that applicable CM processes are followed in support of maintaining up-to-date equipment and software inventories, and up-to-date network drawings
Manages IT support for:
- Software maintenance, testing, troubleshooting and installation of upgrades and new applications in accordance with Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG).
- Daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs.
- Active Directory User Account and GPO management.
- Network and System Vulnerability Assessment and Remediation, Backups and Disaster Recovery.
- Appling OS and application patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure or add new services as necessary.
- Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required .

Basic Qualifications:
