JOB SUMMARY: Report to AD Support Supervisor’s assigned personnel, primarily the Events Facility Scheduler and/or the Assistant AD Support Supervisor. Receive both written and verbal instructions from the AD Support Team, primarily the Events Facility Scheduler. Will at times provide assistance in other areas within AD Support and Cadet Services. Responsible for general task execution of event set-up and tear-down and monitoring of facilities. Ensure work assignments are complete as required by the AD Support Events Facility Scheduler. Confirm proper quality of work with AD Support Events Facility Scheduler. Replace ceiling tile and lights as needed. Conduct cleaning and general housekeeping duties in the performance of normal activities associated with event set-up and tear-down. Work closely with USAFA/ADS, coaches, and instructors in support of AD activities; always polite. Uniform compliance and excellent customer service skills are critical in task execution as AD Support is a key part of the success of each athletic event scheduled.
PRIMARY DUTY: Responsible for event set-up and tear-down of multiple event venues, both inside and out, in support of PE classes, club teams, intramural sports and Academy NCAA teams. This includes setting up fields/facilities for intramural sports and monitoring of events such as soccer, lacrosse, swim meets and tennis. Ensure work assignments are complete and standard operating procedures meet all safety compliance requirements. Check quality of work. Open and close facilities as required by AD’s standard operating opening and closing times and for those holiday hours as set by AD; may also include Dean of Faculty facilities (Fairchild Hall/CETF). Monitor and secure facilities for unauthorized users in support of AD. Keep the Events Facility Scheduler informed of all work-related problems, challenges, repair requests and customer concerns at all times. Replace lights and ceiling tiles as needed. Conduct cleaning and housekeeping required in the performance of normal activities associated with event set-up and tear-down. Responsible for safe and proper storage of equipment used for events as well as equipment used by AD Support in the execution of task assignments. Move and/or hang signs as needed, move equipment/furniture as assigned, shut and/or open gates as needed, turn off and on light-alls when required. Support and monitor Academy intercollegiate events such as basketball during evenings/ weekends as required by PWS manning requirements. Monitor parking lots for unauthorized users. Post force protection signage as directed by AD Support Supervisor and/or Events Facility Scheduler. Ensure AD Support storage areas are kept clean and properly organized at all times. Keep the Events Facility Scheduler and the senior supply clerk advised at all times of supply materials needed for task execution. Fill out required logs or records and safety paperwork as directed.
Work schedule will be evaluated bi-annually and possibly changed to 1 of 5 different shifts to include days, late nights, early mornings and/or weekends. The first two weeks will vary between shifts for training purposes. Full-time (40 hrs) is guaranteed and overtime is also possible on short term notice. You must be able to work any of the 5 shifts and be flexible to deviate from the set hours with little to no notice. Ample notice will be given for a bi-annual shift change.

Functional Responsibility: Supports and maintains end-user devices and related technology equipment and IT assets to include installation, configuration, diagnosis, repair, movement, relocation, upgrade, and replacement of USSOCOM Distributed Computing hardware and software. Troubleshoots problem areas and performs on-site or in-house service, repair, and installation on desktops, laptops, printers, and other related peripheral devices. Provides technical support in activities associated with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for computers and associated networks.
- Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair personal computers, network "thin client" terminals related PC software, VoIP telephones, cables, and connectors across multiple networks.
- Provide support for video teleconferencing suites.
- Install and maintain baseline software configurations.
- Connect personal computers, terminals, printers and mobile devices to existing data networks.

Requirements:

This mechanic performs 100-hour, progressive, isochronal, phase, periodic, and other hourly or calendar inspections, examines reciprocating engines for cracked cylinders and oil leaks, and listens to operating engine to detect and diagnose malfunctions, such as sticking or burnt valves, inspects jet engines and components for cracks, corrosion, foreign object damage, burned areas, distortions, security, warping, wear, and missing segments. Inspect jet engine turbine blades to detect cracks, distortion, corrosion, burn-out, security, or breaks, tests engine operation, using testing equipment, such as ignition analyzer, compression checker, distributor timer, ammeter, and jet calibration (Jetcal) tester, to locate source of malfunction.

Essential Responsibilities:
1. Drives trucks up to 14,000 lbs to destination for pick up and delivery based on instructions or directions received and by using maps.
2. Inspects truck for defects before and after trips.
3. Monitors vehicle during operation and reports maintenance/repair requirements to Dispatcher.
4. Secures loads being transported to ensure safe and undamaged arrival at destination.
5. Reports and receives direction via radio or cellular phone.
6. Assists in loading and unloading of material transported.
7. Must have valid operator’s license.
8. Perform daily preventive maintenance adjustments to truck.

All internal/external strategic communications shall be coordinated/cleared for release with appropriate bodies, as appropriate, to include leadership and the GCMC Public Affairs Division.
• Write corresponding communications plans and provide estimated strategic communication budgetary recommendations to leadership for consideration in organizational annual budget plans. Budgets will be identified annually by organizational staffing collaboration with DSCA/Defense Security Cooperation Agency, leadership, and strategic communications needs.

• Identify and write engaging, newsworthy feature articles, reports, and media releases about customer activities for dissemination in various media outlets in coordination with Public Affairs and leadership/working group program managers.
• Collaborate and coordinate with public affairs before the release of any information to media outlets. Frequency of press releases, public affairs stories, reports is event-driven and related to directed organizational needs and identified priority strategic engagements. This will be monthly or weekly, as directed by leadership in coordination with the Operations Staff. Estimated number of strategic events is annually is approximately 90; not all events will be newsworthy.
• Post stories and associated photos on PFPC websites and social media accounts with approval of Government. Take photos at PFPC events as appropriate for stories, documentation, historical use, etc, as directed by Operations Staff/Government and by GCMC PA.
• Provide coordinated coverage of PFPC and GCMC internal and external communications to ensure timely coverage of events.
• Protect and enhance the profile and reputation of the customer through targeted strategic communication planning, products and execution. Use of cross-spectrum communication tools and coordination with Operations Staff is required.
• Identify possible communications issues or risks to leadership/operations staff where appropriate and develop necessary communications plans and key messaging.
• Manage the multiple and varied communications goals and needs of the working groups, Senior Advisory Committee and Consortium Steering Committee in order to foster clear, consistent and coordinated communications internally and externally. This task shall be conducted in coordination with the operations staff and leadership, and public affairs as necessary.
• Implement a system for measuring, evaluating, and disseminating the outcomes of communications strategies to be identified and agreed upon by the Strategic Communications Specialist/Director of Communications and leadership as appropriate. Measures of effectiveness initially will be identified/developed within first six months and then monitored quarterly for continued feedback related to strategic communication goals and activities.
• Align all communications activities with best practices in strategic communications while staying alert to the evolution of these practices.
• Serve as the principal communications strategist, but not without prior Government approval, proactively developing guidelines, messages and protocols for communications engagement involving stakeholders. Ensure leadership, government agencies/public affairs clear as necessary.

Detailed Responsibilities:
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will assist in developing processes that focus on developing SOF Situational Understanding of threat networks and enabling DOD, IA, and IC communities of action focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks. The Intelligence Integrator will prioritize and categorize requests for support, conduct near- and long-term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, fusing multiple intelligence disciplines to support the application of operational capabilities in order to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate IEDs.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration and the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source data) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations, identify trends, patterns and key nodes and highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. The Integrator must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. The Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.

• In-depth knowledge of Joint/Service EW doctrine and Electronic Attack (EA) systems
• Planning experience with JOPES or service equivalent.
• USCENTCOM, Joint Staff, OSD-related experience in functional area of expertise.
• Strategic/Joint planning and targeting: extensive joint military planning in area of expertise
• Experience working with one or more of the following: Joint/Coalition/SOF integration and de-confliction; Irregular Warfare; Special Access Programs; COIN; C-IED.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Additional Preferred Skills/Experience:
• Network Warfare Operations; Special Technical Operations; Combined Air and Space Operations Center (CAOC) integration; Instructor Qualification; Joint Tactical Air Request/Electronic Attack Request Form (JTAR/EARF) familiarity; CREW familiarity.
• Service School or SAMS preferred.

POSITION: Strategic Analyst
COMPANY: ResRei.

Responsibilities
• Provide expertise and participate in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of analytical processes. Some tasks involve the use of models and simulation to enable analysis across a wide range of areas
• Provide special operations data, subject matter expertise and build data sets as required to support analysis
• Provide update, reconciliation and management recommendations for the special operations portions of data products and repositories
• Identify analysis of raw data modifications required, accurate, and available in time to support analytical initiatives.
• Provide special operations data and subject matter expertise for the development of near-term to long-term scenarios, strategic and operational concepts of operation
• Support database development and modeling of data cases and excursions in the Support to Strategic Analysis process.
• Support work groups and conferences through travel and/or via secure video teleconferencing to the DOD sponsored site.
• Coordinate meetings, and provide read-ahead material as required.
• Report actions at work groups and conferences.
• Review, provide, track, and adjust comments during product staffing to facilitate integrations inputs
• Conduct analysis representing component equity and write component-specific narratives
• Participate in meetings/conferences with joint staff personnel coordinate and augment hardware and system administrator support as necessary.
Requirements
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
• MBA or MS in business or technical discipline or BA/BS in SOW-related field plus four years related experience
• Five years’ experience in DOD processes, policy, operations research, special operations, or analysis experience in Support for Strategic Analysis with proven Government/industry management experience
