AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking a retired or former U.S. Army Special Forces Medic (18D) or U.S. Army Ranger Special Operations Combat Medic (68W with ASI W1), SSG to SFC, to serve as a Team Medical Instructor on a Security Assistance Team (SAT) that will provide tactical sustainment training for the 1st Iraqi Special Operations Force (ISOF) Brigade and subordinate units, staff sustainment training for the 1st ISOF Brigade and subordinate battalions, logistics and maintenance training for the maintenance facilities, and sustainment training for initial and advanced skill instructor cadre at the Academia Training Institution. This SAT is being provided as part of a Security Assistance Training Program that directly supports U.S. Foreign Policy and the execution of Department of Defense Security Cooperation Plans and Programs
Duties and Responsibilities:
• As a SOF Instructor, the candidate will serve on a training team that will deploy to Baghdad, Iraq to provide instruction and training to Iraqi SOF personnel.

Minimum Requirements:
URS Corporation is hiring a qualified Supply Technician in support of USMC Logistic Base - Barstow, CA.
High school graduate or equivalent with a minimum of three (3) years of supply functions, either in the military services or in commercial applications is required. Must be excellent in Microsoft Excel/ Access/SharePoint. Knowledge of the MDMC Albany's ILSMIS, MTO, FEDLOG, MCPAS, MCPLMS, OCIE, CONCERTO, DFMS and inner relationships is a must.
Candidates with prior U.S. Marines Corps Supply background will be preferred. Shift work may be required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Inventory management: Responsible for inventory management of decentralized and decontrolled items, including supplies, and equipment. Items managed typically are of low unit or annual demand value, involve short procurement lead time (less than 9 months), are obtained from standard or other readily available sources of supply, and reflect relatively stable patterns of demand. Items usually are of a general, common-use type, non repairable and seldom require intensive investigation of atypical variations in their supply and demand patterns. Positions are located in local, regional, or headquarters offices for which the military supply management organization has overall inventory management responsibility. The work includes requirements determination and forecasting, distribution or redistribution of material, procurement authorization, limited funds management, or other related work.
2. Material coordination: Performs material coordination duties for special programs, maintenance, or production shops. Duties are performed on the basis of practical experience in processing and expediting supply transactions related to the particular organizations serviced.
3. Cataloging: Writes item descriptions for a range of new items entering the supply channels of a particular agency or field establishment. Applies requirements selecting the appropriate description pattern and answering the requirements contained in the pattern. Reviews existing stock catalogs, manufacturers' catalogs, drawings, or other resource materials, for the purpose of matching characteristics or part numbers to identify duplicate items already catalogued or otherwise recorded in the supply system.
Level of Responsibility:
Works within a framework of established supply regulations, policies, and procedures, or other governing supply management guidelines. Deals with a variety of operating officials regarding limited aspects of program needs of the organization serviced. Contacts may relate to inventory requirements in a stable or standardized organization and to the adequate description or identification of less complex items which are new to the system. Primary Task: Conduct tactical-level battle staff training that will facilitate successful brigade and battalion operations.
Essential Functions: TechWise is conducting a Battle Staff and Training Program for brigade- and battalion-level elements. The team creates increasingly complex scenarios, provides instruction on decision-focused actions, and mentors participating client personnel. While doing so, each trainer will incorporate lessons learned from contemporary combat operations and applicable military doctrine from the UAE, U.S., and other nations.
These trainers must be proficient in military decision-making processes and related staff and command functions. • Provide door guard security for normal access to ERB exclusion areas.
• Oversee loading of pallets of energetic waste onto transportation vehicles for off-site disposal. Sort energetic parts and palletize for removal from energetics service magazine (ESM) for off-site disposal.
• Load pallets of energetic waste onto transportation vehicles for off-site disposal. Sort energetic parts and palletize for removal from ESM for off-site disposal.
• Unpack boxed, palletized munitions, score the fiber tube tape, stage individual munitions and handle the dunnage. Fiber tube will be fed onto the conveyor line.
• Two personnel will break munitions outer tube open and sample multiple units. If no agent readings are detected, munitions are sent to the Reconfiguration Room by conveyor.
• Reconfiguration is performed by removing propellant components from munitions and segregating into containers for disposal. Munitions bodies are then placed onto the transfer fixture to be taken to the ECR feed area.
• Fuze is loaded onto the Defuze machine to be removed. Wastes are segregated and munitions are staged for repack and readied for enhanced reconfiguration.
APB PROCESSING:
• Stage loaded munitions transport pallets for Munitions Washout System (MWS) feed and perform all forklift movements within the Agent Processing Building (APB) area. Ensure empty munitions transport pallets are removed from the loading area and properly positioned for the AGV to pick up for return to ERB. Leads ensure throughput for the MWS is maintained and ensures personnel are performing in accordance to applicable operating procedures. Maintains the shift activity log for the APB feed area.
• Stage loaded munitions transport pallets for MWS feed and perform all forklift movements within the APB area. Ensure empty munitions transport pallets are removed from the loading area and properly positioned for the AGV to pick up for return for AGV to return to ERB.
• Provide door guard security for normal exclusion area access to APB feed area. Ensure personnel are limitations are not exceeded.
• Load munitions, using lift assist if required, from munitions transport pallets onto the APB feed conveyor.
