Our team is central to Redfin's growth strategy and we are looking for someone excited about our mission and ready to take this challenge head on. What you should bring to the table: * Wicked at sourcing: you aren't afraid to cold-call and are skilled at making that connection as well as using contacts to generate referrals. You have experience connecting deep into a function where you know many of the players and have built a network that will refer others to you. * Defy the Laws of Attraction: you can learn the lingo for talking to a real estate agent, you make friends everywhere, and you've got a knack for getting even the most evasive candidates to talk to you. * Eye for talent: you don't waste time with hit-or-miss candidates. As the new and different player in this space it's not always an easy sell. Learn what works and what doesn't, then use data to influence change, drive sourcing plans, then execute consistently. * Guide: Work closely with recruiting leaders to develop strategy for sourcing and attracting candidates at scale across Redfin's markets nationally. This means overcoming awareness or perception gaps, getting past a different set of job seeking behaviors, and uncovering small and large-scale ways to engage candidates in the midst of rapid growth plans. Requirements: * Experience: 3+ years as a recruiter with an emphasis on sourcing a history of exceptional results; including real estate, corporate or sales recruiting experience. Recruiting agency experience is welcome. * Smarts: You've got a college degree, can communicate & write well and are quick to learn new things.
