The Operations Manager role is a key support position for the Foundation supporting our Operations, Programs and Services, and the Executive Director. Responsibilities Revenue
o In concert with Director of Operations, maintain the donor database in Salesforce.com
o Enter in offline donations (i.e. checks written to the Foundation) into salesforce.com and ensure timely delivery of donation acknowledgement letter.
o Coordinate with Director of Operations to pull over revenue classes and accounts from CRM to accounting system.
o Process and deposit (into bank account) offline checks that the Foundation receives.
o Work with Director of Operations to ensure revenue from webstore is being properly classed in the accounting software.
o Responsible for the Foundation’s corporate matching program; timely process and accurately account for all matching gifts that come from corporations.

o Maintain online document storage system.
o Identify and implement an online travel management system that will streamline the booking process and empower individuals to book their own travel within the Foundation’s guidelines.
o Work with Foundation counsel and maintain registrations with all of the proper state agencies (Secretaries of State, Departments of Revenue, Attorneys General) o Submit regular filings as necessary.
o Establish and maintain Foundation SOPs (travel, handbook, document retention/storage, etc.)

o Process expense reports for the Foundation (to be signed by ED).
• Event Support:
o Book all necessary travel and lodging o Ensure all collateral is provided to fundraisers, Ambassadors, Board of Directors and Staff for all events (booths, flags, merchandise, printed material, etc.)
o Assist with live and silent auction coordination. o Maintain an inventory of silent auction items.
o Communicate to event stakeholders as needed
• Programs and Services Support:
o Assist Director of Programs and Services to process Support requests.
o Supporting the Director of Programs and Services to track all programs and services.
o Provide support for programs and services in the way of coordinating travel and lodging for program recipients.
o Communicating to the Director of Operations and Director of Programs and Services regarding important programs and services activity (i.e. payment shipments, merch shipments, travel arrangements etc)
• Grant Management
o Establish and maintain an enduring Grant Management program.
o Identify and apply for appropriate private grants that align with the core mission of the Foundation.
o Maintain the proper paperwork (applications, registrations, impact, results) as required for each Grant Program. Qualifications
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree

3. Special Operations Forces (SOF) Intelligence Integrator (Reston, VA) (TS SCI)
K2 Solutions Inc. is currently seeking Special Operations Forces (SOF) Intelligence Integrators to serve on a unique, multi-discipline team assisting Special Operations Forces' (SOF) operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and their subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information in an effective, seamless process to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks that facilitate or employ Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).
The Team will ensure SOF assets are kept abreast of all current and emerging JIEDDO-COIC processes, methodologies, and Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (TTP) for attacking networks that utilize IEDs.
Detailed Responsibilities:
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will assist in developing processes that focus on developing SOF Situational Understanding of threat networks and enabling DOD, IA, and IC communities of action focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks. The Intelligence Integrator will prioritize and categorize requests for support, conduct near- and long-term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, fusing multiple intelligence disciplines to support the application of operational capabilities in order to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate IEDs.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration and the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source data) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations, identify trends, patterns and key nodes and highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. The Integrator must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. The Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have a strong operational background and experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or strategic goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to create actionable target support packages. The Intelligence Integrator should also possess an understanding of IEDs as well as the local, regional, and global networks that facilitate IED construction, design, and usage.
Successful applicants will have documented experience working with multidiscipline operations/intelligence teams and familiarity with other elements of the DoD, the interagency and coalition partners.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to participate in and lead meetings, conferences, and engagements to exchange information, assist in making decisions, and/or provide updates. The Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to identify and analyze problems and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DoD, interagency and international elements.
Experience and Education:
This position may require recurring domestic and international travel to include deploying to combat zones.
The applicant may be called upon to support 24-hour watch operations.
Required:
Applicants must be fully deployable to the required theater of operations, wear uniforms as prescribed by the supported unit commander, and bear arms as prescribed by the supported unit commander.
This position requires the ability to obtain and hold a TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility. (Resume must show that proposed employee currently holds a TS clearance with previous access to SCI level of information.)
At least 5 years' experience in increasingly responsible positions in one or more military, academic or intelligence community functional areas.
At least 2 years' experience providing analytical support to one or more SOF units or commands.

Possess analytical experience at SOTF and higher.
Highly Desired:

The SOF Intelligence Integrator should have familiarity with the following methodologies: F3EAD, CALEB/IWA, Social Network Analysis and CARVER.
Preferred:
Documented experience developing or maintaining a Common Intelligence Picture (CIP).
Experience providing direct analytical support to HUMINT operations.
Experience providing direct targeting support to deployed SOF elements.

Job Description: Downrange Operations and Training is seeking a retired or former UH/MH-60M (15T) repairer for an OCONUS Aircraft Maintenance Instructor (AMI) position in Taiwan. The AMI position is part of a Security Assistance Training Team that is being provided to the Taiwan Army. The aim is to assist in the building of a mission ready UH-60M Helicopter Squadron which has maintenance support and training capability to sustain the force by the Taiwan Army. Logistics Manager/PM Hybrid
Summary: My client is a management company that would like to hire more military veterans to join their all veteran logistics team, which consists of over 80 currently. This all veteran logistics team manages the entire logistical scope on the construction of high voltage transmission lines and substations across the United States. This is an analytically based job, but also one where you are hands on. The construction jobs range from an average $500 million and above. Some duties include raw material inventory, management of vendors and service companies, and logistics coordination with PM/CM and client. This is not for everyone. It requires long days, hard work at a fast tempo. We only hire the top candidates, and expect each hired candidate to be confident in a slot where they are comfortable to make critical decisions on projects of this magnitude. Most veterans will know nothing of this industry, we run a "veteran training veteran" pipeline during a period of OJT which allows each new hire to develop and grow until ready to run their own job.
Travel: The position will be located in either AZ or MO, but will require travel based off of changes in current or other job locations, project completion, needs of the company, and growth. Relocation is frequent based off of these factors. Individuals in this career currently on average fly to there "home base" one time a month.
Salary: $75,000 base, Per Diem and OT are job dependent and can adjust during job based off budget.

SCOPE:
The Dentist reports to the MSSI Program Manager and is clinically supervised by the designated site medical director. The Dentist will be assigned to treat patients in one of the following settings: (1) Large Medical/Trauma Hospital or (2) Small Medical/Trauma hospital.
The Dentist will diagnose and treat problems with teeth and tissues in the mouth, along with giving advice and administering care to help prevent future problems. They will provide instruction on diet, brushing, flossing, the use of fluorides, and other aspects of dental care. They will remove tooth decay, fill cavities, examine x-rays, straighten teeth, perform extractions, and repair fractured teeth. They will also perform limited corrective surgery on gums and supporting bones to treat gum diseases. They also administer anesthetics and write prescriptions for antibiotics and other medications. In addition, settings may require stabilization of patient and coordination of evacuation of patient to medevac center or CONUS.
Dentists provide a U.S. standard of care for our patient care/treatment model.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATION, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE:
Must have completed a Biomedical Equipment Technology or Engineering training program leading to a diploma, certificate or an associate’s degree.
U.S. Military Biomedical Equipment Technician technical school training certification (4A2X1, 68A, or HM-8478) will also fulfill this requirement.
Certification by the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI)
Must have additional training and experience repairing CT scanners and similar sophisticated equipment.
Must have and maintain current certification in Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).

50. Site Manager (White Sands Missile Range, NM) (Secret)
As the Site Manager, you will act as the single Point of Contact for an Engineering Services contract that involves Engineering and Technical support services to include Weapons Test and Evaluation, Research Rockets, mid to long range target launch operations and Directed Energy Laser tests at the White Sands Missile Range and other multiple CONUS sites.
Highlights of Responsibilities:
• Working knowledge and experience similar to White Sands Missile Range operational procedures and requirements for testing of weapons and weapons systems.
• Experience in managing software programming changes on major systems.
• Managing complex technical programs.
• Managerial related experiences with operational equipment, software and procedures related to missile and projectile testing.
• Working knowledge of electronics monitoring procedures, installation, configuration, and testing of airborne and ground-based electronic units to meet the requirements of various test scenarios.
• Working knowledge of how to determine system changes and additions required to meet present and future requirements.
• Responsible for all coordination, scheduling, POAM development, meeting minutes, execution of tasks, financial status reporting and administrative requirements.
• Responsible for identifying operational requirements, provide recommendations for corrective actions and represent the company in all relations with the customer.
Requirements:
• BS degree is required in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering or scientific discipline such as Physics; plus
• Second BS degree or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering and/or related discipline. Note: second degree may be substituted for ten (10) years of management experience, which includes a minimum five (5) years in management of at least 20 personnel
• Must have excellent oral and written communications skills
• Must be a U.S. citizen
