1. Southeast Regional Business Director – SE USA
(Must reside in SE and accept a 50-60% travel schedule). The Regional Business Director will manage the business operations of a group of centers (approximately 4-6 centers) through the development of strong partnership relations with the professional corporation (PC) of the doctors in the center(s), corporate and field staff. This position ensures the alignment of the practice with the core purpose and beliefs of the company. You will also manage the financial performance of the practices, employee performance and development processes. Responsibilities: Manage full revenue performance of the centers, staff including managing performance of the sales staff; Review and manage key performance indicators including sales, collections, healthcare financing, close rate, collection ratio, percentage to target, and pipeline metrics; Manage and assist with promissory note collection matters; Develop and manage the partnership between the company and the field staff and partners through the consistent communication of core purpose and beliefs and collaborates with PC leadership to resolve issues in conflict with them; Foster strong relationships with our partners to ensure alignment to strategic objectives throughout center teams; Manage the annual operating planning process in accordance with Company financial guidelines to ensure the attainment of the company's strategic objectives; Regularly review and interpret the financial performance of each practice to identify plan shortfalls and opportunities and collaborates with partners and field staff to communicate results, develop and execute action plans, and to ensure plan achievement and profitability targets; Implement best practices, purchasing guidelines and protocols which effectively leverage the collective buying power and experience of all practices in the system; Manage and report the practice assets through effective inventory control, supply chain, procurement and AR management to ensure effective inventory utilization and practice efficiency; Collaborate with our partners to develop clinical training programs and mentoring for clinical staff and follows up on the execution of training to ensure the clinical staff meets the technical requirements of their positions; Responsible for the performance management and development of staff to ensure the retention, employee development, succession planning, career-pathing and performance of employees; Performs other similar tasks as necessary to ensure that the practices meet their metrics in support of their strategic and profitability objectives; Operate standards of confidentiality in all facets of patient information, employee and HR matters, and intellectual property as well as revenue and profitability of the centers; Manage the centers' P&L as it relates to controllable supplies, expenses and center labor; work with the physicians to explain financial results of the center, discrepancies to targets and influence additional cost management measures; Work with front office administrator in each center to enforce policy, oversee and administer policy in the following areas: Clinical set up and adherence; Center employee management; Procurement spend management; Capital equipment repair approval; Patient finance oversight; Compliance oversight. Serve as point of contact for the corporate support office and collaborate with the different support departments (i.e. Accounting, HR, Marketing, Compliance) to ensure the center is fully utilizing the support available to it to run an effective and profitable operation; Monitor and manage appointments for consistency, efficiency and flow of doctor/staff time; Monitor and manage surgical schedule to maximize surgeons time; Work with corporate Compliance Department to ensure training, HIPPA compliance, & documentation requirements are met, licenses are up to date and appropriate approvals are obtained. Requirements: Leadership: In collaboration with the recruiting department, hire, direct and manage center level staff; In collaboration with HR...implement employee performance management programs. Participate in corporate succession planning activities, write and deliver employee reviews, keep close tabs on employee morale and create a positive working environment. Implement training and motivation programs to ensure optimal performance of the team; Serve as key source for competitive intelligence including competitive products, pricing, positioning, procurement and center structure. Technology and Continuous Improvement; Continually improve the effectiveness of the organization and enhances productivity, efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction; Partner with information technology leader to identify and implement new technology and improve existing technology based on business needs; Develop, document and enforce policies, standard operating procedures and best practices and streamline processes. Experience/Education/Skills: A bachelor's degree with a business concentration is required. An MBA is preferred. Must have five to seven years of experience in an operations & or sales leadership role; Must have at least two years of experience in a senior leadership role, working with C-level executives; Dental industry operations &/or practice management experience STRONGLY PREFERRED; Must demonstrate outstanding leadership, communication and interpersonal skills; Experience managing in a multi-entity, multi-state environment is highly desirable; Must possess expertise in operations management, strategies and methodologies, strategic planning and execution, and employee motivation techniques; Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent analytical, planning, and process development skills, strong business judgment, and high level of initiative are all required; Demonstrated ability to articulate logical and persuasive arguments across an organization is required; Demonstrated ability to respond effectively to multiple conflicting priorities, continuously prioritize and reprioritize deliverables and to respond to unexpected changes is required.

3. Front Office Administrator/Patient Education Consultant(s) -- Positions open in Sacramento, CA; San Jose, CA; Houston, TX
Position Summary: The Front Office Administrator/Patient Education Counselor is accountable for monitoring and assisting with the administrative functions and assisting potential patients to understand the process for electing dental implants. This includes accountability for client/doctor satisfaction, employee experience, a superior patient experience, financial results, employee and personal development. Responsibilities: Patient Education: Meets with potential patients to discuss our dental implant solution; Assisting potential patients in the decision making process utilizing the consult process; Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current patients, ensuring a smooth handoff between consult and treatment; Meeting new patient development targets; Using Salesforce.com, maintain records of completed transactions and patients; Report performance information and metrics as requested by your Regional Business Director. Patient Finance Administration & Collections: Ensure adherence to compliance and documentation guidelines as it pertains to patient finance and patient scheduling; Manage the administrative elements of the promissory note program. Management: Support Dr. in the morning huddle to ensure entire staff is aligned with the day's activity, including review of key financial and activity indicators; Step in to provide non-clinical coverage or assist as needed with various responsibilities in the center (i.e. front desk lunch coverage, call volume overflow); Leads daily huddles. Business Development: Serve as the local contact for the Practice Privileges program to develop community outreach and build a referral network; Lead with the development and management of a Hygiene program. Work Environment: Hands-on, administrative setting (non-smoking); must be able to perform all administrative functions and ensure that the Center is delivering as required with scheduling, cleanliness, etc.; Constant interaction with patients, doctors and employees; Standard work hours include 4 days per week, 10 hours per day; up to 4 weeks of vacation per year as determined by the doctors. Experience: Over 5 years of office management experience; Associate's Degree in a business field or related coursework preferred; Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and professional judgment skills; can see multiple solutions to problems and choose best possible one for the needs of the patients and the business; Exceptional interpersonal skills: flexible ability to work and communicate successfully with patients, doctors and technical staff; Excellent sales and negotiation skills; Ability to organize and manage complex, detailed processes (i.e., scheduling procedures that involve facilities, equipment and multiple people); Drive and capability to deliver world class patient experience. Technical Skills/Training and/or Certifications: Basic knowledge of accounting in order to complete inventories, reconciliations, cash handling, and banking responsibilities; Experience with PC/IT functions in order to troubleshoot issues, set-up new employees, etc.; Strong experience with Word, Excel, and email; Applied experience handling OSHA, EEOC and HIPAA regulations and matters; Certified to meet state safety requirements; Ability to read company materials; i.e., operating procedures, employment and training materials, etc. printed in English. Physical Requirements: Regularly required to work in an office environment at both his/her own and others' desks/offices; Required daily to walk the floor and be available to help with non-clinical issues or tasks as needed; Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; Quickly identify safety placards and hazardous situations in order to avoid or minimize injuries and property damage; Use small tools and equipment which require good manual dexterity.

The Deputy Director, Global Security Risk and Threat Analysis is responsible for overseeing the development and production of fused and tailored intelligence products in support of the mission of the Global Security Team (GST), to inform the foundation senior leadership, and in direct support of the work of the foundation operations and program teams. This position overseas the work of the Global Security Risk Program and the Global Security Country Risk Program to include personnel background screening, due diligence investigations, U.S. Department of the Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) compliance, management and disposition of Unsolicited Correspondence, country risk analysis, and persons/groups of interest (POI/GOI) investigations/management. This position is also responsible for providing information relating to reputational, financial, security and other risks.
Expanding foundation initiatives and presence has resulted in an ever fluid and complex nature of risks which requires a multi-prong approach to assessing and mitigating these risks. This requires assessing risks through tailored analysis, specific to the foundation; i.e. the Polio team has increased travel to countries, where attacks on vaccine workers is prevalent, requiring tailored country risk assessment. Internally, this position communicates across the foundation to all program areas and all levels of staff to communicate trends and mitigation strategies. Externally, this position develops and maintains relationships with partners and organizations to enhance information sharing.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Oversee, lead, and manage the development, analysis, and production of tailored, fused, and actionable intelligence products and risk mitigation strategies in support of the GST, foundation senior leadership and the foundation operations and program teams.
• Responsible for the research, sourcing, selection, deployment and integration of intelligence analysis resources, tools, and platforms.
• Provide risk assessment to inform foundation personnel and assist in the development and implementation of appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage the development and enhancement of our risk and threat analysis program.
Oversee, lead, and manage the strategic direction of highly complex risk management programs for:
• Personnel background screening
• Due Diligence investigations
• OFAC Compliance
• Unsolicited Correspondence

Additionally, this role will:
• Manages diverse set of key global vendor relationships through effective performance based agreements and periodic reviews of vendor relationships.

Qualifications

Position Title: Mid-Level All-Source Intelligence Analyst
Position description: Streamline Defense is seeking qualified candidates to augment the mission of the Defense Intelligence Agency’s (DIA) Middle East Africa Regional Center (MARC) with all-source intelligence analysis support. The all-source analyst will be responsible for organizing intelligence information and preparing intelligence assessment reports. This will be accomplished by integrating data from all available intelligence sources and fusing it into actionable intelligence information that will be briefed to senior-level DIA leadership. This work will be performed at the DIA headquarters or out of the Pentagon in Washington, D.C.
Contract personnel may be required to travel to USAFRICOM, USCENTCOM and/or USEUCOM theaters of operation as directed by the government, with approximately 6 such OCONUS trips lasting approximately 1 week in duration anticipated annually. The all-source analyst may also be required to travel more frequently or for longer periods as directed by the government. Position description: Streamline Defense is seeking qualified candidates to augment the mission of the Defense Intelligence Agency’s (DIA) Middle East Africa Regional Center (MARC) with all-source intelligence analysis support. The all-source analyst will be responsible for organizing intelligence information and preparing intelligence assessment reports. This will be accomplished by integrating data from all available intelligence sources and fusing it into actionable intelligence information that will be briefed to senior-level DIA leadership. This work will be performed at the DIA headquarters.
Contract personnel may be required to travel to USAFRICOM, USCENTCOM and/or USEUCOM theaters of operation as directed by the government, with approximately 6 such OCONUS trips lasting approximately 1 week in duration anticipated annually. • Current, valid, unrestricted license to practice medicine in one of the fifty states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
