Job description: Program Analyst
Provide program analyst support to Marine Corps Systems Command Fire Support Systems program office Quantico VA including, developing test plans for developmental and operational testing, conducting manpower and training analysis in support of artillery survey, acoustic and meteorological systems. Support acquisition milestones and program reviews. Support management and monitoring of cost and schedule performance requirements and develop appropriate level acquisition documentation, prepare reports, period of performance and risk management reviews. Conduct programmatic analysis of requirements documents and develop strategies to develop work breakdown structures, plans of actions and milestones, and acquisition strategies. Update the Integrated Master Schedule and individual team schedules including schedule updates and management reviews and other acquisition support documentation in support of acquisition strategy recommendations. Conduct site visits to operational units and provide inter-program support as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
VATC is currently seeking an Intelligence Integrator/SME familiar with Network Analysis, SIGINT Analysis, HUMINT Analysis, and OSINT/Social Media Analysis. The contractor will possess solid experience in military organization and must have background in C-IED Intelligence, warfighting concepts and doctrine, and C-IED tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP). Interacts directly with unit commanders during the development of training in preparation for deployment and sustainment. The contractor will be the focal point for Attack the Network intelligence for the Team.
Actively coordinates the support packages provided to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. Assists units in applying JIEDDO COIC's Intelligence products, including target and network analysis packages. Applies emerging doctrine and tactics to improve unit application of C-IED methodologies.
Provides expert support, analysis and research into the Intelligence portion of C-IED. Serves as technical expert on project teams providing technical direction, interpretation and alternatives. Experience and Education:
Required Qualifications:
