Ensure processes are up to date and effective. • Ensure the overall DFER vision is relayed in all communication methods. •Create, manage, edit, and update DFER's external web presence, including Social Media applications. •Assist with DFER strategic planning. •Work with researchers to develop their messages, through videos, news stories, posters and other materials. •Work with technology transfer partners to craft marketing materials for technology transfer products. •Craft messages for DV visits, creating the necessary materials for a one-of-a-kind experience, and follow up after visits are complete. •As appropriate, seek grants to advance USAFA's technology transfer and research missions. Provide grant writing assistance. •Provide assistance to the creation of internal planning documents to include a USAFA Research Business Plan, Strategic Communications Plan, Budget Spend Plan, Intellectual Property (IP) Strategy, Technology Transfer (T2) Strategy and Implementation Roadmap, Research Enterprise Assessment. •Responsible for creation, editing, publication, printing (if applicable), and dissemination of the annual research report.
