Analyst shall have an understanding of how to apply Social Network Analysis to support the F3EA targeting cycle.
*Experience and Education:
* Minimum of eight years(for Senior level), or 10+ years (for Expert level) analytical experience with DoD or equivalent
Government agencies required, with five years at the operational level.
* Advanced Power Point skills and proficiency using analytic

Job Duties: The C-IED ATS SME will analyze and understand the DCIED mission and responsibilities, processes, as well as those of other organizations within the C-IED COI. In their analysis, the C-IED ATS SME shall consider these major Army challenges: uncertainty of future operational environment, reconstitution of forces as the result of the Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) drawdown, C-IED lessons learned and capabilities supporting the Force of 2025, anticipating demands of the future threat, and a constrained fiscal environment. The duties are outlined below:
- Review, conduct research, analyze, provide supporting documents, make recommendations, and provide written assessments on C-IED materiel and non-materiel processes, concepts, and strategies.

- Review, conduct research, analyze, provide supporting documents, make recommendations, and provide written assessments identifying materiel and non-materiel solutions that the current and future Army requires to conduct C-IED missions in environments where IEDs are a threat.
- Review, conduct research, analyze, provide supporting documents, make recommendations, and provide written assessments of Army and Joint DoD organizations doctrine revisions, for C-IED implications as they pertain to:
- C-IED fundamentals, C-IED integration
- Defeat the Device (DtD), Attack the Network (AtN), and Adapt the Force (AtF) Frameworks as described in Army Techniques Publication (ATP) 3-90.37, Countering Improvised Explosive Devices (or successor publications).
- Develop a new U.S. Army Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Training Strategy.
- Provide DOTMLPF Analysis.
- Prepare and submit consolidated SIGACTS Reports.
Experience and Education:
- SME experience is required in at least one of the following areas:
- C-IED concepts and strategies
- C-IED capability review and analysis
- DOTMLPF assessments and solutions
- C-IED CONOPS, CONEMP, and TTP analysis
- Technical understanding of C-IED ongoing related research, development, test and evaluation activities
- Ability to independently organize and conduct research and analysis at the task level
- Ability to perform technical document preparation utilizing Microsoft® Office suite
Required Experience:

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field of study or 6-10 years of directly related experience in Business and Business Leadership.
- No less than 5 years demonstrated success as a Program Manager on complex DoD programs.
- No less than 5 years demonstrated success managing a professional team.
- Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.
- Established relationships with Government sponsors.
- Understanding of the Shipley Proposal Process.
Preferred Skills:
- DoD experience and familiarity with the Special Operations community is a plus.

Modeling and Simulation Analyst

Job Description:
The Modeling and Simulation Analyst develops personnel recovery products resulting from their analysis of models and simulation outputs. This analyst also assists on a variety of technological initiatives related to geospatial applications, computer networks, and databases.
Major Responsibilities and Activities:
- Analyze and identify critical personnel recovery capability gaps and solutions concerning command, control, and communications (C3) and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems (ISR) at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
- Analyze personnel recovery equipment, tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP), and make recommendations on potential enhancements based on simulation outputs. Identify and develop operational products that inform planers.
- Visualize analytical outputs using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software to support digitally-aided planning.
- Generate, maintain, and edit products using Keyhole Markup Language (KML) with software such as Google Earth, ArcGIS, and in a text editor. Train personnel on the use of KML products.
- Conduct geospatial data fusion and basic analysis, including the acquisition of geospatial data, the assembly of vector and raster data sets, and the execution of basic geospatial tasks.
- Maintain monthly statistics on database usage and new account generation, and administrate accounts for a Tagging, Tracking, and Locating device database.
- Respond to requests for support through technical reach-back, analysis, and product development.
- Generate scripts or code to automate repeatable processes related to modeling and simulation and geospatial analytics.
- Maintain software and updates on a closed, research and development, computer network.
- Support research and development efforts through analysis, concept development, demonstrations, and stakeholder coordination.
Qualifications:
The individual selected must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- A Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Expertise using Systems Toolkit Software: STK Expert Bundle, Aircraft Mission Modeler, TIREM Extension for Communications and Radar. Able to generate, run, and analyze complex, scenario-based simulations.
- Experience in geospatial data acquisition and terrain data set construction.
- Expertise using ArcGIS software to conduct analysis or develop products.
The following knowledge, skills, and abilities would be considered desirable and therefore enhancing for this position:
- Experience generating and editing KML.
- Python programming skills or proficiency in another programming language.
- Able to maintain software and operating systems on a closed computer network.
- Proficiency with Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel and working with data sets in MS Excel.
- Experience developing concepts or proposals and the ability to communicate effectively, orally, and in writing.
- Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to train others.

Job Description
SCOPE: The Biomedical Equipment Technician reports to and is supervised by the Program Manager and coordinates their work with the site medical director or other primary medical equipment users (Radiologist, Physicians, Surgeons, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physician’s Assistants, Medical Technologists) on the work site. The Biomedical Equipment Technician will be assigned to repair or maintain equipment in a clinical or hospital setting. In these settings, Biomedical Equipment Technicians install, repair and maintain medical equipment to ensure it is clean, safe and functioning properly. This includes biomedical equipment that requires use of Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE), computers with specialized software, hand tools and other repair shop equipment to diagnose and fix problems with a wide variety of healthcare technology. Work on X-ray and ultrasound machines, respirators and heart defibrillators, electric wheelchairs and hospital beds, or medical laboratory equipment is also required. Biomedical Equipment Technician will assist with Medical equipment set up and disinfect laboratory and healthcare equipment so it is safe and ready to use. All services shall be provided in accordance with established standards, principles and ethics of the profession, applicable professional specialty organizations, and the high-quality standard for which CHS is recognized.
Required Skills
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE:
• High School Diploma.
• Associates Degree (preferred).
• Trade school program (i.e. military training. Technical school).
• Must have completed a Biomedical Equipment Technology or Engineering training program leading to a diploma, certificate or an associate’s degree.
• U.S. Military Biomedical Equipment Technician technical school training certification (4A2X1, 68A, or HM-8478) will also fulfill this requirement.
• Have 5-7 years’ experience.
• Must have additional training and experience repairing CT scanners and similar sophisticated equipment.
• Provide maintenance and services to include: Calibration of all medical equipment including CT scanners (both government furnished equipment and contractor medical equipment) within their assigned region.
• ICC/USCC Certification preferred (CBET).
• Must have and maintain current certification in Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
• Hold and maintain a current unrestricted U.S. (State) license.
• Participate in training, (including HIPAA training).
• Must have recent experience in the position that is being applied for, for at least 6 months out of the past year.
