The Account Manager looks to optimize the company's assets by monitoring revenue and costs through effective P&L analysis. Description: Will perform energy retrofits, facilities upgrades and related projects on commercial real estate and provide facilities maintenance/technical support to various properties (principally Central Coat wineries).

2. Position: Field Service Engineer
Location: Fullerton, CA
Description: Will work on high-powered electronic equipment aboard ships and in other commercial facilities. Will be required to perform emergency and scheduled maintenance and assist in the removal and installation of customer equipment. This includes analog circuitry, digital circuitry and appropriate mechanical adjustments. May be required to troubleshoot equipment down to component board level.

Description: Support the installation, optimization and on-going maintenance of contact lens manufacturing lines. Troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance for all production equipment including technical problems in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical and control systems. Assist with improvements to the maintenance systems (preventative, corrective, predictive and spare parts). Assist with technical projects for process upgrades and improvements. Assist with revising or writing SOP’s. Deliver training material to other Maintenance Technicians/Electro-mechanics for equipment, maintenance and troubleshooting.

Provide superior customer service by pro-actively interacting and communicating with customers on a daily basis. Utilize technology to complete administrative requirements as required.

Compensation: Total compensation includes base salary, overtime pay and commission opportunities on leads for new equipment and supplies.
