ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN I (Ref. #1581)(JM):
McLaughlin Research Corporation is actively seeking an Engineering Technician I to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, (NSWC) Corona Division, Readiness Assessment Department, at Norco, CA. This position requires the candidate to be U.S. Citizen and hold a current Secret U.S. DoD Security Clearance. In this capacity, candidate will be required to coordinate with event leads to determine event schedules, folder locations and data products. Technician will perform routine tasks under supervision or from detailed procedures. Technician may be required to assemble or install equipment or parts requiring simple wiring or connecting, perform routine tasks for tests and operate and adjust test equipment. Technician will convert and ingest data into formatted databases for data retrieval, acquire, collect and process data during test events and troubleshoot and correct system malfunctions.
Primary Job Activities include:
Technician will process 4mm tapes, 9 tracks and opticals, DV cams, & VHS; verify, catalog, wrap and ship data products and provide Inventory Control for NIC and software. The technician will be required to produce documents to accompany all electronically received and distributed media, perform operations to ensure completeness and accuracy of data, prepare outgoing transmittal and associated media, provide physical and electronic media to data recipients, operate peripheral equipment including DVCam recorders, VCR, DVD Player and external hard drives and troubleshoot media errors and data processing problems through preplanned procedures. Technician will receive and store materials, equipment and supplies and verify against purchase orders, manage the organization of the physical archived data and maintain files of reports and documents.
Required Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Secret government security clearance. Secret U.S. DoD Security Clearance is required for this position. Ability to support, communicate, and liaison with engineers. Candidates must be able to stand as much as 50-75 percent, and lift up to 50 lbs as much as 25 percent of the time. Must be able to communicate effectively, in English, both verbally and in writing. Must be able to design and build PCs using custom components. Must be able to connect Power Supplies, motherboards, hard drives, RAM, video cards and optimize clock speeds for maximum performance. Must be able to perform full Windows installations, Microsoft Office and Internet connection. Must be able to troubleshoot hardware and software problems.

For this position, the Program Manager will manage engineering and technical support for: undersea and combat systems repair depot with its cadre of skilled engineers and technicians: rapid prototyping and fabrication; test and evaluation of undersea warfare systems; and in-service engineering for anti-submarine and USW weapons and mines. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of military specifications and requirements, drawings and other documents used to support military systems. An understanding or experience with reverse engineering of obsolete components (electrical and mechanical), configuration management, and production level documentation is necessary for this position. It is expected that this will be a challenging position initially and the successful candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills to grow this portion of our business - and to hire people with the proper skillset to successfully complete project tasks.
Required Qualifications:
A bachelor of science or higher degree in an engineering discipline (electrical engineering, electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, computer engineering, or industrial/manufacturing/production engineering) is required. Seven or more years of experience is required organizing, directing, and assuring quality control over multi-disciplined engineering and technical teams, including subcontractor personnel, providing support services for engineering lifecycle activities. For facilitating warfare commander duties and responsibilities, operate systems to simulate tactical-level operations, role-play notional forces, and configure training spaces and supporting modeling and
• simulation (M&S) systems for use.
• Ensure STW combat systems watch-standers are tactically proficient in accordance with tactical doctrine and publications such as Navy Tactics Techniques and Procedures, Tactical Training Publications, Naval Warfare Publications, Tactical Memorandums, Tactical Bulletins, Class Tactical Publications, Fleet Exercise Publications, Naval Doctrine Publications, Operational Orders, Operational Tasking Orders, Fleet Guidance, Daily Intentions Messages, Air Plans, Air Tasking Orders, Card of the Week, Card of the Day, geography, intelligence products, and Battle Orders.
• Create and maintain scenarios with up-to-date, real world information for shipboard BFTT systems. The contractor shall incorporate warfare principles from all disciplines to meet training requirements for afloat units per Surface Force Readiness Manual (SFRM) and Surface Force Exercise Manual (SFEM).
• Operate the M&S system and C2 applications in the training spaces during STW distributed training event execution. The contractor shall provide STW simulation at the tactical level to include Launch Area Coordinator (LAC) and Tasking Authority (TA). Control the various M&S consoles and C4I interfaces to provide multi-dimensional tactical information to enable development of a Common Tactical Picture that creates a realistic scenario whereby a watch stander reacts and makes decisions in a synthetic environment. Serve as role player utilizing standard joint operational, communication, and tactical procedures.
Requirements for this Position:
• Possess a current, active Secret Clearance.
• Associate’s Degree or experience equivalent.
• Naval Warfare Specialist. Possess recent in-depth Naval Warfare experience in implementation of Task Group Concept as a Strike Warfare/Launch Area/Tasking Area Coordinator (STW/LAC/TA) Coordinator or as a staff member for a Task Group/Force Commander, or as a Facilitator with equivalent experience training warfare commanders or staff members.
• Recent in-depth experience operating a tactical training type of military system such as JSAF/MARCI System.
• Recent in-depth experience in naval warfare operations or conducting training for naval warfare or equivalent joint experience.
• Past experience on the staff of Afloat Training Group Pacific (ATGPAC) or Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP) while not required, would be a plus.

• Generates test scripts on various TDL systems (i.e. MLST3, RSCP, STG, LHS, TJHS, etc.) to support execution of test procedures.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
A challenging instructor position that equips students with the knowledge and skills to perform operations, system administration, network monitoring, fault isolation and system restoration of the Integrated Shipboard Network System (ISNS) (all variants). Implement and execute training courses using standardized practices and procedures to train military personnel. Instruct the ISNS and End-to-End (ETE) Team Trainer Courses. Provide subject matter expertise to development, testing and curriculum maintenance efforts. Will conduct individualized and classroom/lab training sessions, work on problems of diverse scope, and may determine methods and procedures to be used in improving the training environment and curriculum. May be responsible for creating or updating course content, training materials and other course-related documentation. May supervise and provide guidance to other personnel. Will administer and follow training policies and collaborate with other military, government civilian and contractor training specialists with the objective of continuously improving training processes and delivery. Qualifications:
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS:
- Formal military training and 6+ years of experience on one or more of the following:

Position Description:
Financial Consultants are responsible and accountable for building productive relationships with Fidelity's Mass Affluent investor base with greater than $250K in investable assets. In building their "books," our representatives will be working with existing Fidelity clients and with incoming leads to establish these long-standing relationships. •The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is part of the Executive Management Team which directly reports to the President/Chief Executive Officer (President/CEO).

RELATIONSHIPS AND COMMUNICATIONS:

•This position has a key role in representing the company before state and federal agencies (typically with regard to employment matters) as delegated by the President/CEO. Joint Commission.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The Complex Risk Officer is responsible for a wide variety of supervisory, compliance, and risk functions. Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent education or experience

Licenses and Registrations:
