Title: Space-Based Infrared System (SBIRS) Security Desk Receptionist

Primary Functions:
Assist the client in multiple aspects of site security. These services consist of, but are not limited to, Receptionist functions at the 2d Space Warning Squadron (2SWS). Contractor shall perform duties directed by the Senior Intelligence Officer or Special Security Representative (SIO/SSR). These services shall be performed on a 24-hour-perday, 7-day-per-week basis. Serve as part of a team consisting of qualified personnel to ensuring minimum coverage of two personnel during normal duty hours and one person during non-normal duty hours and on the weekends/Federal holidays. Assist in coordinating and evaluating the Client site regarding physical security, threats, vulnerabilities and risks. Assist with reviewing security technologies (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, life safety, mass notification, etc.).
Responsibilities & Duties (but are not limited to):
• Personnel shall possess and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance (Current SSBI/DCID 6/4) at the start of employment and throughout the life of this contract.
• Conduct courtesy calls to the Visitor Control Center (VCC) to assist individuals with forgotten or malfunctioning SCI badges or visitors.
• Assist with minor security system malfunctions on Vindicator as directed.
• Based on Force Protection Condition (FPCON), or as directed, accomplish hand-carried item checks on inbound and outbound personnel for such items as cell phones, data storage devices, cameras, etc.
• Assist with incoming and outgoing visit requests and certifications.
• Alert security forces, when individual(s) have violated security regulations.
• Inspect/inventory all media/equipment entering and exiting the facility. Log all media and equipment as required.
• Comply with and enforce Standard Operating Procedures and follow all instructions detailed in the Front Desk Security Continuity Instruction.
• Support Program Manager in the development of monthly status reports.
• Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
• A Bachelors Degree in criminology, criminal justice, homeland security or related discipline or equivalent experience in the physical security field.
• MUST have working competency with computers (Word, Excel, etc.)

4. CAC/PKI Systems Engineer – Senior - Fort Huachuca, AZ
As a CAC/PKI Systems Engineer - Senior, you will provide engineering support to the Army’s Common Access Card/Public Key Infrastructure (CAC/PKI) in order to effectively meet the Department of Defense (DoD) and Army mandates as part of the identity management mission. You will support the Army’s PKI efforts for the Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) and Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) networks. You will provide test and evaluation of Commercial off the Shelf (COTS)/Government of the Shelf (GOTS)/Open Source Software (OSS) products, backward compatibility of new smart cards in the enabling of applications, electronic authentication, and logical and physical access in support of the CAC/PKI program.
You will maintain a test and evaluation network and support areas of: Smart Tokens; PKI; Certificate Revocation; CAC Pin Reset; PKE; logical and physical access; tactical PKI; directory services, to include Microsoft Active Directory; and other identity management related initiatives, web-enabled, and application services, Microsoft IIS, Apache HTTP Server, and other identity management related initiatives. Highlights of Responsibilities:
• Assess, test and evaluate, integrate, and/or support Army participation in DoD activities that merge CAC, PKI, PKE, biometrics, physical and logical access, and tactical PKI as well as the development and integration of comprehensive identification (ID) management.

• Provide systems administration support to 700+ Army CAC pin reset (CPR) stations in support of the current CPR infrastructure, to include working with the DoD Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC).
• Provide design and documentation for regression testing of certificate validation technologies such as, Microsoft OCSP; Axway Validation Suite; and CoreStreet Validation Suite.
• Conduct patch testing as required.
Requirements:
• Current Active Secret Security Clearance and or the ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s Degree with more than 4 years practical experience OR 12+ years of practical experience may be substituted in lieu of degree requirement.
• IT Level II requiring a National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) in accordance with AR 25-2.

6. OOBM Managed Systems Engineer Senior (Fort Huachuca, AZ)(Secret)
Out of Band Management (OOBM) Managed Systems Engineer – Senior
As an Out of Band Management Managed Systems Engineer – Senior, you will provide services in support of the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM), Assistant Chief of Staff (ACofS), G-3/5. You will support the G-5 with enterprise implementation, standardization and sustainment of OOBM Remote Desktop Services (RDS) solutions on the Army’s portion of the Department of Defense information Network (DODIN).
You will support the development of implementation, migration and support plans by providing technical solutions and recommendations on best business practices. You will provide support in the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (CONUS) in Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET), Non-secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET), and Deployed Forces (DF) environments.
Highlights of Responsibilities:
• Support the planning, system design, implementation, and integration of AD RDS, to include the integration and AD administration at enterprise domain and organization unit level in support of AD five theater consolidation environment, EDS, and NetOps capabilities.
• Provide Tier III technical support in the development of change controls, configuration management, operations procedures, telephonic assistance procedures, and service delivery activities required to maintain mission-readiness during implementation.

• Assist with the integration, distribution, and management of Microsoft Technologies, such as: Windows Server 2008/2012 R2, messaging, MOSS 2007/2010, SysMan, and other LWN capabilities into RDS.
• Provide testing of proposed Army Enterprise RDS technical solutions that have a global footprint across the Army Theater community, supporting Information Technology (IT) consolidation and the collapsing of some of the existing AD infrastructures, to include previously established functional forests and Theater Resource Forests.
• Support migration of EDS&A Administrative and NETOPS tools into the Remote Desktop Service (RDS) Management environment.
• Support establishment of the RDS security infrastructure design, implementation, and migration planning and fielding.
• Provide system sustainment engineering and analysis supporting RDS security.

Summary:

•Perform detailed qualification testing of individual electronic components to verify proper operation within Echostar circuit design specifications. This testing entails extensive use of bench test equipment such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, power supplies, loads, and signal generators.
