Overview:
•The SIGINT Geospatial Analyst leverages their skills, knowledge and experience to apply geospatial analysis techniques against SIGINT metadata collected from foreign communications systems in order to identify, locate and track SIGINT targets, and to accurately report the intelligence gained from geospatial metadata analysis to SIGINT customers.
•Develops end-product SIGINT-derived GIS reports; performs analysis of SIGINT metadata for the purpose of improving the geolocation, contact chaining, and additional communications characterizations of targets of interest
•Analyzes SIGINT content and metadata to support the development of existing targets and the discovery of other analytic vectors through the reconstruction and documentation of target communications networks; performs sustained target analysis and enhancement through the use of DNI and DNR analytic techniques
•Maintains appropriate databases for targeting, tasking and analysis

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
•The clearance level required is dependent on the type of clearance supported by our client.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
JOB PURPOSE: The USSOCOM Force Management Directorate Joint Capabilities Training Exercise Design & Development Branch (FMD-JCT-T) Senior Strategic Exercise Designers provide advice, assistance and tailored exercise development subject matter expertise to designated Combined Joint and Special Operations Task Force (CJSOTF), Special Operations Joint Task Force (SOJTF), and Partner Nations. This support includes all aspects of building, developing and executing strategic sensitive compartmented GCC’s exercises, Battle staff training events, Theater Special Operations Commands’ (TSOC) and SOF JTFs exercises in conjunction with the JEP and the Chairman’s Exercise Program.
Specific duties include:
• Provide advice and assistance to FMD-JCT Leadership on all aspects of building, developing and executing exercises.
• Plan and provide comprehensive exercise design and scripting support during all JELC events to include the Exercise Control Group (ECG).
• Advise and assist the LEPs during all JELC Events to include building tailored briefs and products, recommending best practices, templates, tools, processes and procedures.
• Assist the Operations Working Group by building the following products:
• Develop operational timelines
• Develop synchronization matrices
• Advise and assist in the development of training and exercise objective

• Advanced skill-sets with the Intelligence Cycle, HUMINT Targeting Cycle, High Value Individuals Targeting, Human Factors Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, Social Networked Analysis, and Patterns of Life Analysis
• Expert knowledge of applying tradecraft, tools and methods to collect analysis, and integrate complex information related to HUMINT targeting

Explosive Detection Canine Instructor
Overview:
The Explosive Detection Canine Instructor is responsible for providing green dog training and assessments of canines with previous training, while building upon and/or refining existing abilities. Duties will also include, but are not limited to, training all deployed personnel; managing time and resources for courses provided; imprinting dogs on required odors; maintaining all required documentation and training records; keeping SOC's Management team informed of all issues concerning the provided training; communicating effectively and professionally with clients; and representing SOC in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Responsibilities:
•Conducts explosive detector canine and Canine Handler trainings. Conducts imprinting of new canines and assesses/progresses experienced canines. Instructs new and experienced Canine Handlers in accordance with National Odor Recognition Test and North American Police Working Dog Association standards. Ensures that all explosive detection teams are able to successfully certify to client standards. Solves Canine Handler and canine training problems as they develop.
•Implements and instructs approved explosive detection curriculum for deploying Canine Handlers. Documents all canine and Canine Handler trainings in accordance with contract's Statement of Work. Prepares training schedules according to performance allowing for adjustments utilizing goal tending. Develops individual lesson plans in accordance with performance and ability levels of deploying explosive detection teams.
•Develops individual health and exercise programs based on canines needs. Conducts quality of life and health inspections of all canines maintained at the Training Center.
•Follows proper explosive handling and storage policies/procedures to ensure safety and mitigate aid contamination. Adheres to all local, state and federal laws/regulations.
•Conducts canine selection assessments during the procurement process.
•Assists in maintaining training sites and developing new training locations. Performs Kennel Technician duties, as required.
Qualifications:

· Maintain security of all classified information to include base closure dates, voice communications and hardcopy materials. Report to the COR immediately any incidents of loss of classified information or spillage of classified information to non-classified systems.
· Develop and provide reports, charts and briefings as requested by the government and according to commander’s policies.
· Coordinate and track transportation and equipment requirements for BCAT team members.
· Be able to manage multiple teams as necessary for teams operating within the same TAAC or on the same base.
· Serve as a liaison or delegate to respective BCAT members, to facilitate coordination with key base closure/transfer enablers including Mobile Redistribution Teams (MRTs), Environmental, Real Estate contracting, etc.
· Provide feedback to the respective enablers, USFOR JENG, and 1 Theater Sustainment Command on status and issues if milestones and suspense’s are not being met.
· Ensures Base Transition Smartbook and Base Closure Transfer Policy Standard Operating Procedures are utilized throughout the process; makes recommendations for revisions to RSSB as required.
· Consolidate requests for information (RFIs) and actions them through enablers for resolution.
· Develop after action reports and reviews in order to capture lessons learned to facilitate future base assistance visits.
· Advise the team on organizational policy matters such as Equal Employment Opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes.
· Analyze and execute training needs to ensure team executes work in accordance with Health and Safety Programs.
