Position Purpose:
Be part of dynamic and talented team of Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineers that implements solutions for the IAM platforms, both internal employee-facing (B2E) and external customer facing (B2C). B2E IAM platform provides underlying infrastructure and enterprise-wide solutions for single sign-on, application access, identity management, role management, for the 180,000+ employees, contractors and vendors. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
. Interfaces with key Technical Managers, Developers, and Engineers in order to understand the technology requests and the business complexities as they relate to IT requirements
. Consult with management, customers and staff and drive process / procedure improvements.
. Participate in Proof of Technology (POT) and Proof of Concept (POC) to help identify the right solution, and recommend the most efficient and cost effective solution. Provide inputs to the RFP process to help with the product selection process.
. Hands-on engineering responsibilities (build, installation, configuration, upgrades, testing, deployment and performance tuning & optimization) and document the procedures/instructions for other team members to follow.
. Identify opportunities and develop scripts to automate the engineering tasks where possible to minimize the manual work and to produce high quality and consistent work.

Qualifications:
. Must have 4 year degree (Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent)
. 7+ years overall IT experience, with 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Identity and Access technologies
. 5+ years professional experience as a systems engineer and/or administrator responsible for design, implementation, installation, configuration and 3rd level support with Oracle Identity Access Management or similar is required
. 5+ years professional experience as a systems engineer and/or administrator responsible for design, implementation, installation, configuration and 3rd level support with Oracle Unified Directory Server and Proxy or similar is preferred but not required.
Proven object oriented programming in Java, and scripting experience in any two of Shell, Perl, AWK and Python is preferred

An Operations Management Trainee will be exposed to all facets of the scrap processing business during a hands-on Trainee period. This will include buying and inspecting scrap, transportation and logistics, and overseeing operations and maintenance of various equipment such as cranes, shears, and shredders. Interaction with vendors/suppliers, customers, and employees. Other duties will include responsibility for OSHA and safety. The Trainee period does not have a specific time frame but generally takes 12-18 months to become familiar with the business in order to assume greater responsibility. The men and women of Electric Operations ensure the delivery of safe and reliable electric service to our customers. Electric Operations is responsible for every aspect of PG&E's electric distribution and transmission operations, including planning, engineering, maintenance and construction, asset management, business planning, restoration and emergency response.
Position Summary:
We are hiring Journeyman Lineman to work throughout our service territory in Distribution & Transmission. Current opportunities are predominantly in the Central Valley and Central Coast regions, but additional locations in the Bay Area and Northern region may also be available.
Our Journeyman Linemen are responsible for building and maintaining electric power systems and for restoring electric service to commercial, industrial, agricultural and residential customers. They are expected to test, frame and set poles; climb poles, towers and work in confined spaces; splice and terminate cables; and have completed a state sanctioned/IBEW sponsored Line Worker apprenticeship. Work is predominantly outdoors and in all weather conditions. Linemen must be able to drive safely, work extended hours, travel/transfer to new headquarter upon request at any time (for positions GC), and wear company provided Personal Protective Equipment.
Our General Construction (GC) Department is comprised of approximately 700 employees, tasked with the Construction and Maintenance of high voltage electrical facilities within PG&E's system. It is a mobile work force that may travel throughout PG&E's service territory to perform its work.
All Journeyman Lineman classifications (Division and GC) are represented by IBEW Local 1245.

This Unit has 35+ staff dedicated to protecting the public's health and welfare, effective use of Economic Assistance resources, and fraud investigations across a wide variety of public health and public benefit programs.
Job Duties
Overall management of the Division of Public Health Investigations Unit to include – direct supervision of Unit team members including all related personnel activity such as motivation and continued development of staff; implementation, interpretation, and creation of policies and procedures; direct involvement with legislation proposal and development; budget oversight; quality assurance reviews and audits focused on process improvement. Will oversee investigations of health care professionals for violations of the Uniform Credentialing Act, the Controlled Substances Act and professional practice acts; unlicensed practice, pre-license, and reinstatement investigations. Also responsible for the overall management of quality assurance audits of SNAP issuance and procedures, oversees recipient fraud in all public assistance and other entitlement programs, and conducts audits of child support determinations. Develops and implements a Medicaid Pilot each year to test and improve Medicaid Quality Assurance. In collaboration with financial services, also develops an annual operating budget and is responsible for oversight of the budget while maximizing program outcomes within budgetary limits. Will continue to work closely and further partnerships with Professional and Occupational Boards, the Attorney General's Office, the DHHS Hearing Office, and all other related internal and external stakeholders. In collaboration with senior management, peers, and external stakeholders, proposes and develops legislative initiatives to improve program performance and effectiveness; monitors, researches, and provides commentary on proposed legislation that may affect Unit programs and actively participates as a member of the Division of Public Health Management Team.
Qualifications / Requirements
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in public administration, social work, human development, public health, behavioral science, law, finance, human resources or other related field AND two years' experience with program management in a human services field directly related to the assigned program area including supervisor or manager experience; OR a Master's degree in any of the above mentioned fields. Experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
PREFER: Successful candidate will have 2-5 years of investigations and management experience OR a J.D. can be substituted in lieu of this. Proficient in web use and web based services.
OTHER: Valid driver's license or the ability to provide independent authorized transportation.
