5. Technical Integration Support Operator (Fort Belvoir, VA) (TS/SCI)
SSU is currently seeking a Technical Integration Support Operator in support of the DTRA TSG teams. The Technical Integration Support Operator will have a technical or business degree from an accredited school and shall serve as SME in the CBRN requirements development process, research project management, and specialized equipment assessment. The individual will also serve as an SME on TTP development and assist TSGs with training military/civilian personnel on these plans and procedures. The individual shall serve as an expert in the use of the TSG WMD search equipment, analytical equipment, communications systems, and other mission essential gear.
Responsibilities:
-Become an SME on all TSG CBRN TTPs and SOPs and be able to communicate these plans and procedures to the Technical Integration staff
-Become an SME on all TSG CBRN equipment, communications equipment provide training to military and/or civilian personnel
-Assist with development of TTPs and SOPs as required.
-Maintain proficiency on all mission essential equipment.
-Serve as a SME on all TSG CBRN equipment.
-Assist with training personnel on TSG CBRN equipment and operations.
-Support military and/or civilian personnel during WMD search operations, up to and including tactical actions during the conduct of real world operations.
-Must be able to travel on very short notice and be able to work non-standard hours.
Experience and Education: (MUST meet or exceed all qualifications)
-Must have a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field and shall have recent experience working with the TSGs or in the following military occupational specialty at the grade of E-6 or higher:
-Former Navy EOD experience with Army Special Forces or Navy Special Operations Forces (desired)
-A Masters in Business Administration and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate (desired)
-Military instructor experience, military instructor training course, or civilian equivalent (desired).
-Experienced in air operations.
-Experienced in small boat operations to include Small Boat, coxswain qualified, or civilian equivalent.
-Experienced in fast rope operations.
-Experienced in climbing techniques.
-Experienced in land and maritime reconnaissance and surveillance operations.

-Army Senior Leader Course or service equivalent (desired).

-Assist in pre-operation check of C/B WMD search teams to ensure each team is properly equipped, understands required force protection actions, and the signatures and indicators of the presence of a C/B WMD facility or fully configured device.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
VATC Inc. is seeking GeoSpatial to support the USSOCOM Joint Intelligence Center. This position will support the development of pre/post survey data packages based on gathered intelligence and survey data by utilizing tools such as Esri ArcGIS and AutoCAD MAP.
The analyst will:
• Collect GEOINT source data, imagery, cartographic or other referenced images and files. Plot coordinates to support the determination if adequate intelligence data exists.
• Create, edit and convert accurate CAD vector drawing files based on various source materials such as imagery, blueprints and maps. Manage drawing layers and layouts.
• Digitize, edit and format source data. Adhere to established standards for scale, content, proportion, orientation and format.
• Author, generate and view geospatial products and product data elements in digital and hard copy. Optimize printing and plotting, including set up and plot indices.
• Support the conduct of quality control reviews for final products prior to publishing and dissemination, and make informed recommendations to improve standards and procedures.
• Print/plot hard copy products including DVDs, plots, and maps.
• Perform various data handling tasks in ArcGIS, AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Effectively use ArcGIS and AutoCAD in an integrated fashion to work with and create GEOINT products.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Required:

Key Role:
The Business Development Analyst will provide on-going business development support to include conducting market analysis, managing internal and external communications and relationships, and assisting with pipeline development activities. Ideal candidate must possess a basic understanding of the federal government and its sales lifecycle, and has an experience in conducting and/or assisting with technical writing, data analysis, and project management related tasks. Specific Requirements / Skills:
· Ability to provide assessment of complex requirements and provide clear and concise written and verbal analysis.
· Knowledge and ability to conduct research, review, and analysis of data from several databases (i.e. historical procurement data, open source federal procurement databases, etc.)
· Ability to track, manage, and execute multiple work assignments on a timely basis in a fast paced environment.
· The ability to interface with Millennium's internal and external customers.
· Ability to make cold-calls and set up meetings as required
· Provide weekly/monthly summary reports of on-going activities as requested
· Create, coordinate, and conduct presentations of varying topics to internal and external customers as needed.
· Experience using Microsoft (MS) Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as basic understanding of MS SharePoint
· Attend meetings, take notes and document (and publish) task lists.
· Schedule flexibility necessary to cover an 8 hour shift. The core hours for this position are 9:00am-5:00pm, but must be flexible. Special circumstances can be accommodated but must be coordinated.
Required Experience / Education / Skills:
· Minimum of 1-3 yrs. of experience providing project management, business and technical requirements management, marketing and/or market research, preferably in support of military, federal government, or contractors.
· Minimum BA / BS Degree from a Nationally Accredited College or University
· Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication, and organizational skills (Resume & Interview). Must be willing to provide writing samples.
· Demonstrated ability to independently set priorities, to organize tasks, monitor assignments, and ensure completion of assigned work.

Under general supervision, the IT Professional V- Storage Architect is responsible for the engineering, implementation, and maintenance of an enterprise storage and backup infrastructure. The ideal candidate must be team oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate must be self-motivated and customer focused with excellent management skills.

• Work within a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
• Follow and enforce system administration best practices as established by system administration team.
• Contribute to the best practices effort by documenting new standards as needed.

• Able to successfully and efficiently communicate both verbally and through written technical documentation.
• Ability to create and maintain project/maintenance documentation such as systems requirements, design document, test plans, training plans, and security plans.

• Follow and monitor project/maintenance schedules and meet project/maintenance deliverables.
• Work closely with team leads and project managers to understand and implement project/maintenance requirements.
• Meet with team leads to ensure coordination of project/maintenance goals, objectives and priorities.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Coordinate with supervisor and team leads to keep team informed of updated standards, requirements and areas of concern.

Required:
• This position requires US Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status.
• Must have a BS degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited college, university or technical institute with at least 5 years of overall experience in the field or in a related area or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of three years’ experience with storage, backup, archival, ILM/HSM technologies, fiber channel fabric administration, computer networking, StorageTek/Oracle tape libraries.
• A minimum of five years’ experience installing, configuring, allocating, and troubleshooting block and file storage utilizing Netapp and EMC storage solutions.
• A minimum of five years’ experience installing, configuring, allocating, and troubleshooting storage FC and TCPIP networks utilizing Brocade and Cisco solutions.
• Experience managing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting storage usage and performance a plus.
• A minimum of five years’ experience with a variety of operating systems including Microsoft client/server operating systems and Linux/Unix operating systems.

THE PIKE & SAN ISABEL NATIONAL FORESTS AND CIMARRON& COMANCHE NATIONAL GRASSLANDS INTEND TO FILL A GS-0462-04/05, FORESTRY TECHNICIAN (SENIOR FIREFIGHTER).
The Pike/San Isabel National Forests and Cimarron/Comanche National Grasslands are looking to fill a GS-0462-04/05, Forestry Technician (Helitack Senior Firefighter). The Senior Firefighter position is a permanent seasonal 13/13: 13 pay periods guaranteed pay status, 13 pay periods non-pay status (the maximum pay status period may vary depending on weather and budget conditions but in no event will exceed 25 pay periods unless you agree to be available to work beyond that period). The duty station is Monument, Colorado. This notification is being circulated to inform prospective applicants of this upcoming opportunity and to determine interest in the position.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION
The primary purpose of the position is wildland fire suppression/management/control as a specialized firefighter with responsibility for the operation and maintenance of specialized tools or equipment. Incumbent serves as a GS-4/5 Senior Firefighter on the Monument Helitack Crew. Incumbent independently performs recurring fire suppression duties on a helitack crew as a senior firefighter. Loads helicopter personnel and cargo considering methods, weight distribution, necessity for securing, total weight, etc. and completes manifests of personnel and equipment being transported to the fire or other work site. Inventories and inspects helicopter accessories, fire tools, and equipment. Assures that needed tools and equipment are available for fire fighting tasks. May exit helicopter in remote areas to construct helispots, or to attack small fires, hot spots and spot fires. Certified in the use of long line external loads and the operation and maintenance of accessory equipment. May serve as a certified short hauler.
Other wildand fire related duties may involve fire prevention, patrol, detection, or prescribed burning. The incumbent may be assigned for varying periods of time into one or more types of positions within the wildfire program where the individual’s specialized skills are required.
A valid state driver’s license is required.
OTHER CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
The work is arduous: Duties involve rigorous fieldwork requiring above average physical performance, endurance and superior conditioning. Work requires prolonged standing, walking over uneven ground, and recurring bending, reaching, lifting and carrying of items weighing over 50 pounds and shared lifting and carrying of heavier items, and similar strenuous activities requiring at least average agility and dexterity. Duties include demands for strenuous activities in emergencies under adverse environmental conditions and over extended periods of time. Operation of some specialized fire equipment can place extended physical stress on incumbent during fire activities. Incumbent must pass the work capacity test for arduous positions. This position will be a Test Designated Position (TDP) under the Forest Service testing program
Duties of this position may require a physical examination. A physical exam may be scheduled and paid for by the Forest Service if necessary.
This is a primary/rigorous firefighter position under the provisions of 5 USC 8336(c) (CSRS) and 8412(d) (FERS).
PIKE/SAN ISABEL NATIONAL FORESTS CIMARRON/COMANCHE NATIONAL GRASSLANDS
The Pike/San Isabel National Forests and Cimarron/Comanche National Grasslands are in Southern Colorado. These Forests and Grasslands have eight Ranger Districts. Forest Ranger Districts are: Leadville located at Leadville, Salida in Salida, San Carlos at Canon City, Pikes Peak in Colorado Springs, South Park in Fairplay and South Platte in Morrison. Grassland Ranger Districts are: Comanche located in Springfield and LaJunta, Colorado and Cimarron Ranger District located in Elkhart, Kansas. The Supervisor’s Office is located in Pueblo, Colorado.
The Forests have a complexity of resources including range, timber, wildlife, water, wilderness areas, developed and dispersed recreation, etc.
MONUMENT
THE COMMUNITY: The town of Monument is located in what is called the Tri-Lakes area. There are three lakes in the area, Lake Woodmoor, Monument Lake, and Palmer Lake. The towns of Monument and Palmer Lake, and the unincorporated community of Woodmoor are included in this area. The Tri-Lakes area is approximately 5 miles north of the Air Force Academy, 20 miles north of downtown Colorado Springs, and 40 miles from Denver. The town of Monument maintains a small town atmosphere with a historic district located where the town first originated, and a newer commercial district bordering the interstate. The town of Palmer Lake, located 3 miles to the northwest of Monument is a quaint village nestled in the foothills. The Vaile Museum, Historical Society, Community Club, and Art Group help keep this a community with a small town flavor. The Tri-Lakes area has an average elevation of 7,000 feet and an approximate total population of 35,000. The area located along the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains and adjacent to the Pike National Forest, with quick access to Colorado Springs and Denver via I-25, provides the advantages of mountain living, without the inconveniences normally associated with it.

Executive Director
As the Executive Director (an at-will position), you will report to a 13 member board appointed by the Mayor of Colorado Springs and approved by City Council. You will be responsible for administering and overseeing the functions and directives of the CSURA, in addition to administrative, budget, and operational priorities specific to development and revitalization goals.
Typical Responsibilities
