Missions Systems Operator
Experience providing real-time, layered analysis of data received from a variety of collection assets, delivering intelligence products during the execution of combat and sustainment operations, sensor control, video/image/audio file creation and manipulation. An advanced understanding of the fundamentals of air-ground integration and tactical voice communications required. A working knowledge of ground force and enemy TTPs is vital.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Working directly with tactical customers to facilitate the most effective employment of a dynamic suite of airborne sensors during real-time combat and sustainment operations.
•Conducting real-time layered analysis of data from a variety of collection assets, and communicating that information to ground force commanders during the execution of decisive operations.
•Consulting with program engineers as required to plan and execute operations in a manner commensurate with operational capabilities.
•Understanding system operation and employment tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) in order to optimize system employment.
•Provides support to the Management on an as needed basis.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•Must possess experience flying onboard an ISR aircraft operating these suites.
•Must be able to possess a DOD clearance specific to the contract.
•FAA Class III flight physical.
•Willing to fly on military aircraft in support of operations around the globe.
•Expected to be intimately familiar with all aspects of operation and employment of the equipment specified under the field service contract.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
•Three plus years of experience operating Full Motion Video/IR systems desired.
•Associate's degree or equivalent Military experience is preferred.
•Academic training and certification in airborne sensor operation is highly valued and weighted.

•Multiple Locations in Afghanistan
WORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE:
•Must possess an active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.

Strategic Solutions Unlimited, Inc. seeks exceptionally qualified individuals to serve as a Senior All-Source/Targeting Intel Trainer to support a USSOCOM contract. The Senior All-Source/Targeting Intel Trainer will have advanced targeting skills and a comprehensive understanding of the operational cycle as well as the data, tools, and techniques used for each phase of targeting. The Senior All-Source/Targeting Intel Trainer shall have firsthand experience targeting networks or individuals within networks and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation. Employees on this contract will be responsible for providing intelligence analysis and all aspects of information gathering, research, threat assessments, Intel development and predictive analysis as part of a Special Operations Forces (SOF) analytical team. Employees must maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones. Deployments may be to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods.
Job Responsibilities: The Senior All-Source/Targeting Intel Trainer shall conduct training for individuals and small groups with a wide range of skill sets, capabilities, and intelligence background (All-Source, SIGINT, GEOINT, etc.) in order to introduce custom built analytical tools and their application to the F3EA targeting methodology. Training requirements will include the development, evolution, and maintenance of internal and external programs of instruction covering analytic tools and methodologies, the coordination and compliance of annual community training requirements, and collaboration in identifying and facilitating training opportunities for organizational personnel. Incumbent shall be proficient in scenario development and support of exercises. Proficiencies using analytic tools and data bases including, but not limited to: ArcGIS, Analyst NoteBook, M3,TAC, IC Reach SKOPE web-based tools, and SKOPE SIGINT Toolkit are required.
Job Requirements: Candidates for Senior All-Source/Targeting Intel Trainer shall possess the following qualifications:
•Minimum of eight years analytical experience with DoD equivalent Government agencies required with four years at the operational level with support to SOF operations
•Shall be proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development
•Shall possess strong briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments
•Acute knowledge of SOF and/or counterterrorism intelligence experience
•Recent experience in Afghanistan or Iraq or other hostile fire zone supporting SOF operations
•Bachelor's degree preferred
•Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligible
•Must possess a valid U.S. passport.
•Must be able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including a medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens as deemed necessary to be considered deployable.
•Must be able to obtain all required immunizations deemed necessary by the contract.

Job Description
Lake County is a financially stable, professionally managed, AAA rated County located in northeastern Illinois. We are currently seeking candidates for Corrections Officers. The Corrections Officer is responsible for securing inmates in the County Jail. This is varied guard work involved in enforcing rules and regulations, preventing escapes, maintaining order and discipline among inmates and escorting inmates to and from their cells. Work also involves transportation and supervision of inmates to and from court, hospital and within the jail facility. Basic records are kept; officers are uniformed. Supervision is received from command staff on an assigned shift. This job operates on three eight hour fifteen minute shifts. Corrections Officers are members of Teamsters Local 700.
Required Skills
You must be a United States citizen, and 21 years of age. Applicants must have no felony convictions or pending cases. You must be willing to work any shift, and possess a valid driver’s license. Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent with preference given to candidates with at least 30 college credit hours in psychology, criminology and related fields. We have no military requirement, but preference is given to candidates with at least two years military service and/or prior experience in corrections, law enforcement, and security or any other management.
Successful applicants must take and pass a written exam, work related medical/physical examination and pass a background investigation, including criminal history status. If you have previously applied within the last 2 years and you were not successful in any part of the background investigation, including polygraph or psychological tests you will not be considered. In addition to the first year of requirements, candidates must also successfully pass all aspects of the Correctional Field Training Program within the first year of employment. New employees must become State Certified Corrections Officers from the Illinois Training Board. The criteria for certification are two hundred (200) hours of academy training, fifteen (15) hours of more advanced training that includes the Law regarding Corrections, Human Growth and Development and Prison Organizations. Must pass a one (1) week Direct Supervision class. Candidates who successfully complete the written test will be given further information on the testing process. Successful completion of the above qualifications does not guarantee employment.

** RIO GRANDE NATIONAL FOREST **
The Rio Grande NF is 1.82 million acres located in south-central Colorado. The Forest embraces the San Luis Valley, a large rural agricultural valley. The Forest presents a myriad of ecosystems, from the 7,600-ft. alpine desert floor to over 14,300-ft. mountains in the Sangre de Cristo Wilderness on the eastern side. The Continental Divide runs for 236 miles along most of the western border of the Forest. The Rio Grande NF offers a wide range of recreational settings and opportunities. Portions of four Wilderness Areas (South San Juan, Weminuche, La Garita and Sangre de Cristo) and the headwaters of the Rio Grande River fall within the Forest. Recreational opportunities abound to include Wolf Creek Ski Area, over 1,300 miles of trails, premier fishing and hunting opportunities as well as scenic byways and a national scenic trail..

The Medical Services Support in Iraq (MSSI) Program Manager establishes a clinically safe and professionally managed healthcare environment and provides primary health care as well as resuscitative surgical care in accordance with U.S. or equivalent medical standards on a 24-hour basis, 365 days of the year to Chief of Mission (COM) personnel U.S. Embassy Baghdad, serving a population of approximately 14,000 adults.
SCOPE for Dentists Iraq Afghanistan US Citizens:
The Dentist reports to the MSSI Program Manager and is clinically supervised by the designated site medical director. The Dentist will be assigned to treat patients in one of the following settings: (1) Large Medical/Trauma Hospital or (2) Small Medical/Trauma hospital.
The Dentist will diagnose and treat problems with teeth and tissues in the mouth, along with giving advice and administering care to help prevent future problems. They will provide instruction on diet, brushing, flossing, the use of fluorides, and other aspects of dental care. They will remove tooth decay, fill cavities, examine x-rays, straighten teeth, perform extractions, and repair fractured teeth. They will also perform limited corrective surgery on gums and supporting bones to treat gum diseases. They also administer anesthetics and write prescriptions for antibiotics and other medications. In addition, settings may require stabilization of patient and coordination of evacuation of patient to medevac center or CONUS.
Dentists provide a U.S. standard of care for our patient care/treatment model.

The position will provide critical analysis for JIATF West's counterdrug mission in the United States Pacific Command (USPACOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR).
· Shall provide and maintain personnel with the necessary experience, education, training and skills to support JIATF West by providing Maritime Domain support. Office of Naval Intelligence MDA systems include: Advanced Analytics (HOUSE), Sea Link Advanced Analysis’s S2A (DARK FUSION); Comprehensive Maritime Awareness (CMA); Generic Area Limitation Environment (GALE); and Tripwire Analytic Console (TAC). Other systems include: Single Integrated Lookout List (SILO); Office of Naval Intelligence CargoLink/Global Trader database; and United States Coast Guard Google Maritime Awareness Global Network (MAGNET). A moderate use of systems include: Global Command and Control System; Web Enabled Temporal Analysis System Toolkit (WebTAS-TK); the advance functions of Google Earth; and other DON developed/consolidated MDA tools. The Analyst shall be capable of performing the following duties (as stated below):
· Provide monthly 1-hour to half-day training sessions for operators on a rotational basis on systems (Sea Link Advanced Analysis’s S2A (DARK FUSION), CMA, GALE, TAC, DEIP, SILO, Office of Naval Intelligence CargoLink/Global Trader database, and MAGNET), tools, and concepts (data exploitation, improve JIATF West’s understanding of and to counter adversaries’ capabilities and TTPs, and best practices from the Maritime Operational Centers consisting of practical scenarios designed to enhance drug related MDA). Training materials shall include desired learning outcomes, lesson plans, course materials, visual aids, training rosters, examinations, and testing results.
· Conduct training on resultant DON-implemented software/hardware maintenance and upgrades (which occurs 1 to 3 times a year), and document command change requests for MDA fielded systems (which occurs when a function is not operating correctly, or a feature is desired for more effective analyses). Conduct operator-level system tests within 30 days of software and hardware upgrades.
· Identify and report to the MDA Project Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) on system problem reports/change request investigations, change proposal development, test environment services, and Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V) services.
· Attend technical interchange meetings to provide assistance, coordination, and collaboration with Government leads (about once per year).
· Investigate problem reports from system users and document task force requirements for change requests. Develop subsequent recommendations for change proposals. Submit documentation for all proposed MDA fielded software and hardware updates or changes to the MDA Local Change Control Board (LCCB) for review and approval in accordance with the MDA Change Management (CM) Plan (occurs about once per quarter).
· Conduct analysis through use of the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS)-hosted Dark Fusion [SeaLink Advanced Analysis’s (S2A) new data feed] as it relates to the JIATF West mission. Conduct secondary analysis of the connectivity between the S2A’s data feed, commonly known as the National All Source Fused Track Service (NAFTS), with the JWICS GaleLite system. Provide written recommendations for system updates, provide localized training to current MDA researchers and supervisors, update Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) and Job Qualification Requirements (JQRs), and provide post analysis documentation with recommended best practices.
· Conduct analysis of CMA/Enterprise Node’s (CMA/EN) ability to share data with the SIPRNet Galelite system (SIRPNet version) to determine if a change request is required.
· Conduct analysis on real-world counterdrug vessels of interest utilizing MDA tools.
· On an as needed basis, support contingency shift hours in support of 3.3.3.
· Provide written recommendations, at least monthly, on improving abilities to identify, track, and determine the intentions of maritime Vessels of Interest (VOIs) in both friendly and foreign littoral waters with the goal of providing greater MDA to the ITC.
· Produce standing operating procedures (SOPs), guides, checklists, concept of operations (CONOPs) and other documentation required to improve, professionalize, and standardize command drug-related MDA capabilities.

Job Description
The Medical Support Services in Iraq (MSSI)– Iraq Program Manager establishes a clinically safe and professionally managed healthcare environment and provides primary health care as well as resuscitative surgical care in accordance with U.S. or equivalent medical standards on a 24-hour basis, 365 days of the year to Chief of Mission (COM) personnel U.S. Embassy Baghdad, serving a population of approximately 6,600 adults.
SCOPE:
The OR Scrub Technician reports to the MSSI-Iraq Program Manager and is supervised clinically by the designated site medical director at the Diplomatic Support Hospital (DSH) at the Surgeon’s work setting – normally a Diplomatic Support Hospital setting in Iraq. The OR Scrub Technician will be assigned to treat patients in the larger DOS medical/trauma hospital locations.
Provides direct and indirect services to the surgical patient under the supervision of the General Surgeon or Operating Room Nurse and performs tasks as necessary for the efficient and effective functioning of the operating room, as well as the delivery of quality care.
All services shall be provided in accordance with established standards, principles and ethics of the profession, applicable professional specialty organizations, and the high-quality standard for which CHS is recognized.
All healthcare providers and medical support staff must have recent clinical experience in patient care and at least six month experience in the past 12 months
This position is notional and will be filled upon future openings.
Required Skills

-Upon successful pre-deployment evaluation, is capable of deploying to low-risk assignments in the theaters of operation.
-The JA is capable of deployment throughout theater of operation to conduct counterinsurgent and IED network analysis.
Qualifications:
-Knowledgeable of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle and intelligence analytic techniques including trend and pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, link analysis and network or social network analysis.
-The Contractor shall be experienced with data processing systems such as DCGS-A, CIDNE, and SIPRNET and JWICS search engines.
-Working knowledge of i2 Analyst Notebook, AXIS Pro, WebTAS, ArcGIS, and Google Earth.
-Be proficient at using basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development; possess strong research, writing and editing skills; and be capable of managing teams of analysts in support of tactical, strategic and special operations forces conducting counter insurgent/IED targeting.
-Understand intelligence requirements for both lethal and non-lethal targeting.
-MOS 31D, 311D, 35F, 350F, 35D, 18F, 180A, or DoD joint service equivalent, or civilian 0132, 1811.
-Desired: Background in counter-terrorism, counter insurgency, or counter IED analysis and experience as an intelligence or targeting analyst in Afghanistan.
Education Required: High School Diploma/ GED
Experience Required:
-Government trained intelligence analysts with a minimum of 8 years of intelligence analysis and targeting experience; however, on a case-by-case basis a badge and credentialed Law Enforcement officer with at least 5 years’ experience conducting investigations.
-Must have active TS/SCI.
