When equipment comes in for repair inspect unit for potential failures. Communications Provide information to supervisor, co-workers, and subordinates by phone, in writing, e-mail, or in person. All work orders must be filled out properly with all information and either faxed daily or sent in weekly to the home office. Time cards must be sent in and filled out properly at the end of each week. Inventory of parts Maintain an inventory level to support your equipment. Parts are to be ordered through the Procurement department. When parts are ordered it will be determined by Procurement where to order parts. Month end inventory must be sent in to Procurement at end of each month. Safety All work must be completed in a safe manner. Safety requirements by customer and NMS must be adhered to.
