Quiet Professionals, LLC (www.QuietProfessionalsLLC.com) is currently seeking Imagery Analysts to serve on a unique, multi-discipline team providing Geospatial Intelligence and Imagery Intelligence Analysts in support of on-going and future operations that are executed in Declared Theaters of Active Armed Conflict (DTAAC) and Outside Declared Theaters of Active Armed Conflict (ODTAAC). The purpose of this support is to provide US Special Operations Command with personnel experienced in the functional spectrum of Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) and Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT). This support directly contributes to the USSOCOM capability to meet known and emergent mission requirements and operations assigned by the Secretary of Defense.
Detailed Responsibilities:

The Imagery Analyst shall have operational and tactical level intelligence experience to include general experience in the fields of targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial systems. The Imagery Analyst shall be proficient in utilizing computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
Specifically, the analyst will:

We are seeking a Resource Analyst - Level IV to provide full-time, on-site mission support for a client within the Northern VA area.
Long Summary
This is expert performance (Level IV) work in the multi-level Resource Analyst occupation and is located at the Directorate, client, and Community levels. Positions are located at the Directorate or large client center, such as a Senior Resource Analyst at the Directorate Level, or Directorate Representative in the CFO’s office, or within CFO/Comptroller’s Office. Candidates may also serve as a senior advisor to client's executive leadership or senior business managers.
This position is responsible for providing assistance to a staff responsible for strategic/programmatic guidance to client's customers; preparing supporting documentation for the budget exercises, requests for reserve release, supplemental and reprogramming; performing operational, short- and long-term trend analyses; and preparing briefings on programmatic activities. This position provides briefings and guidance to senior leadership on all relevant subject matter and assists in the representation of their Directorate in various client forums to educate senior officers on their program and requirements. Interaction with Community, OMB, and Congressional officials is common. Incumbents at this level have experience serving in several component and Directorate-level Resource Analyst or equivalent type assignments or their equivalents. Work includes serving as an advisor to less experienced resource analysts or resource analyst subject matter experts (SMEs).
Candidate may also be responsible for advising senior client management with resource decisions by designing and executing analytic studies that offer insights into the client's programs and activities. The Resource Analyst discipline is highly diverse, and the Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities described below can vary depending on the office of assignment.
1. Resource planning and guidance
· Demonstrates professional competence in occupation and awareness of all component programs and how they relate to the client priorities.
· Exhibits complete comprehension of physical, technical, human, and financial resource requirements and availability for all of a component's programs (both for the execution year and for all budget out-years) and recognizes their relative position among those of other components.
· Uses extensive knowledge of component resources and alternative resource sources to provide guidance on cost-efficient strategies for meeting goals and to implement those strategies.
· Assists in the development and implementation of long-range plans to accomplish component goals; participates with senior component management in developing and implementing strategic plans.
· Assists in the preparation of budget exercise submissions; assimilates information about program goals, requirements, costs, and schedules; ensures that submissions are rational, defensible, and executable; ensures that the submission is aligned with strategic goals of the component, directorate, and Community.

2. Strategic planning

Job Description: Streamline Defense is seeking exceptionally-qualified personnel to serve as Landing Zone Controllers in support of the 19th Special Operations Squadron’s (19th SOS) Programmed Flying Training (PFT) and continuation training requirements. The Landing Zone Controller will conduct specialized training of combat-ready SOF aircrews to conduct covert, clandestine, and contingency operations with SOF mobility, ISR, and Strike as part of a Mission Rehearsal Training Team. Job Responsibilities: The Landing Zone Controller will provide air traffic control (ATC) and meet responsibilities listed in AFI 13-217 and FAAH JO 7110.XX. The Landing Zone Controller will:
•Lead both friendly and opposing forces to allow for maximum flexibility in scenario management; serving (role-playing) as friendly forces team leader in the Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) and Ground Force Commander (GFC) roles, which includes performing scheme of maneuver and radio communications duties; serving (role-playing) as opposing forces team lead, which involves employing applicable enemy tactics, techniques, and procedures.
•Ensure vehicle operation, COMSEC, and individual augmentee safety while conducting operations; ensuring vehicle and/or pedestrian control measures are in place as required by air traffic control (ATC) standards.
•Operate a variety of transportation modes to arrive at these locations. These include, but are not limited to All Terrain Vehicles, Highly Mobile Multi-Wheeled Vehicle, motorcycles and on foot.
•Utilize Night Vision Devices (NVDs) whenever possible to aid in training accomplishment and enhancement.
•Employ new techniques and technologies presented by the government to keep procedures and capabilities abreast of mission requirements; adapt to new government-provided equipment reconfiguration, upgrade, and modernization.
•Conduct weather observations in accordance with FAA JO 7110.65, Chapter 2, Sections 6 and 7.
•Record and document all incidents, accidents, and malfunctions; answering questions about events on the training area for users, range authorities, and/or the host squadron; providing details of pre-mission, mission, and post mission procedures.
•Mark the LZ in the appropriate Airfield Marking Pattern (AMP) and in compliance with AFI 13-217 or as coordinated. If electronic navigational aids (NAVAIDS) are used, ensure the proper frequency is entered and set and is in the correct position and alignment.
•Provide marshalling services for parking and movement of aircraft as the mission in accordance with AFI 11-218, Chapter 2, Aircraft Operation and Movement on the Ground.
•Assemble, operate, and continuously monitor all radios. Contractor will be familiar and proficient with all assigned radios, attachments and accessories.
•Operate a wide range of specialized equipment, weapons and vehicles to include, but not limited to, laser pointers, UHF/VHF/FM/HF/SATCOM radios, current Global Positioning System (GPS) equipment, overt/covert lights and marking devices and pyrotechnics. Be capable of operating radios in secure mode with Communications Security (COMSEC).
Job Requirements:
•SECRET security clearance.
•Minimum of 4 years of experience in Air Force Specialty Code 1C2X1, P273X0, P272X0D or equivalent in the performance of LZ duties as outlined in AFI 13-217, Chapters 2 and 3, and satisfactorily completed a Department of Defense, Department of Transportation ATC course or the USAF Combat Control Operator Course. A prior or current ATC Tower certification is highly desired.
•Must have a valid/current FAA Class II flight physical issued under 14 CFR 67 or equivalent medical standards and be able to maintain this requirement while performing under this contract.
•Experience conducting LZ usability assessments, scoring procedures and surveys in accordance with AFI 13-217, Chapters 2 and 3.

ICP Systems is seeking Information Technology (IT) Project Managers to plan, manage, and track project plans in support to the US Army Reserve (USAR) CIO/G-6 at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Background:

Responsibilities and Deliverables:

Minimum Qualifications:
A) Recent strategic or operational experience in MoD or Afghan General Staff environments, strategic intelligence agencies, inter-agency strategic operations preferably in Afghanistan or Iraq training international forces, as a Senior Level Government, Military Officer, Senior NCO or contractor assigned to like positions.
B) Experience in one of the following disciplines: Imagery/Terrain, Requests for Information Management, GEOINT, Targeting, Intelligence Analyst/Watch Officer, Analysis and Production, multi-echelon intelligence fusion, intelligence business operations, individual agency / directorate functions, building intelligence institutions and Program Management.
C) Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
D) Experience in professional development & training and working with Middle Eastern or Central Asian cultures, is desired.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
