GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Candidate will provide operations and maintenance support satellite communication solutions outside the continental United States (OCONUS). Candidate will be responsible for the setup, configuration, implementation, operations, management, troubleshooting and resolving customer technical problems over the phone, via e-mail, on-site or using remote connectivity. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide on-site operation and maintenance support for Ku-Band, Ka-Band and/or X-band satellite communications systems.
Candidate will work with site team-members to:
• Maintain satellite communication system(s) to ensure target up-time (availability) levels
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any circuit or equipment outages or degradation
• Provide all necessary reports for both specific problems and regular reporting as required
• Maintain all equipment and facilities in professional and clean manner
• Perform on-site duties with a goal of complete customer satisfaction

15. Consultant Security Advisor – South Sudan
Job Description:
Support to the Deputy Chief of Staff (Strategy, Monitoring and Evaluation), the Thematic Special Advisor for Security shall manage and oversee the work of the Joint Monitoring & Evaluation Commission (JMEC) in area of security, as per the Agreement on the Resolution of the Conflict in South Sudan (ARCSS). The Thematic Special Advisor must have competence and experience to effectively monitor and evaluate the work of the pre-transitional and transitional institutions relevant to the security arrangements of the Agreement. He/she will be the working level JMEC liaison with counterpart ministries, institutions and agencies in the Pre-Transition Period and the Transitional Government of National Unity (TGoNU), and shall participate in the work of JMEC’s thematic security working committee and working groups as established.
The Thematic Special Advisor should have senior-level expertise and experience in in the security sector, including specific management and coordination experience working on issues of ceasefire monitoring, integration of forces and DDR, and/or strategic security reviews. In addition, the Thematic Special Advisor should have strong diplomatic skills and be capable of working in a challenging and fluid context.
Specific tasks include, but are not limited to:
· In coordination with the Deputy Chief of Staff (Strategy, Monitoring and Evaluation) and as per the JMEC strategic policy and instructions of the Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson, follows up the sectoral implementation of the Agreement by the TGoNU;
· Serves as primary liaison to the relevant ministries in the TGoNU Governance Cluster (including, but not limited to, the Ministry of Defense and Veterans Affairs; the Ministry of Interior; and the Ministry of National Security) in order to assess compliance by the TGoNU and by the Pre-Transitional and Transitional institutions and mechanisms, with the ARCSS. This will require regular and direct engagement with, as well as monitoring of, existing and new institutions established by the ARCSS. These include, but are not limited to: the JOC, JMCC, the CTSAMM, the SDSR, and other relevant Pre-Transitional and Transitional Institutions and mechanisms;
· Serves as the primary JMEC interlocutor with the CTSAMM and SDSR processes, working in close collaboration with other relevant national and international partners and experts, as appropriate.
· Reports on the work of these institutions and mechanisms to the JMEC leadership; identifies needs for assistance of the institutions and mechanisms as appropriate.
· Advises the JMEC Leadership, through the Deputy Chief of Staff (Strategy, Monitoring and Evaluation): on the role and interplay between these different bodies and institutions, and assists in developing strategies and priorities for JMEC engagement in the security sector; on challenges and deficiencies in the work of the Pre-Transitional and Transitional institutions, and identifies opportunities for correction, where appropriate;
· Contributes to supporting requirements of JMEC to national and international interlocutors as provided for in Chapter VII of the Agreement;
· Contributes to development of JMEC reports, policy, working papers and memoranda;
· In coordination with the Chief of Staff and the Deputy Chiefs of Staff, liaise with international partners on relevant thematic issues, and collaborates with external subject matter experts and consultants, where necessary;
· Serves as Secretary to the security working committee, working closely with other members of the committee drawn from the JMEC members.
· Assists the JMEC Leadership, the Chief of Staff and the Deputy Chief of Staff (Strategy, Monitoring and Evaluation) with all other tasks, as required.

Position Description:
The Software Engineer develops, maintains, and enhances complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real-time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements. Basic Qualifications:
Fourteen (14) years software engineering experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional software engineering experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Job Description
Lake County is seeking a road maintenance worker to perform a variety of maintenance and traffic tasks related to the preservation and upkeep of county highways, bike paths, bridges, drainage structures and other highway features, and DOT facilities. This position performs semi-skilled work in operating tools and highway maintenance. This position also performs essential snow and ice control operations. All duties are performed in accordance with the county safety code and established safe work practices. The regular hours of work are Monday through Friday from 6:30am - 3:00pm. During the snow and ice control call-outs this position is on a 24 hour call-in status.
Required Skills
In order to be successful in this position the candidate must have the ability to operate a variety of highway maintenance equipment, such as trucks, pavement marking equipment, tractors, mowers, snow plows, salt spreaders, and jack hammers. The candidate must also have the ability to assist in maintenance/servicing equipment; the ability to repair, replace and patch asphalt and concrete surfaces and fill in aggregate shoulder ruts; the ability to direct and control traffic during road maintenance; the ability to remove and dispose of debris and dead animals; the ability to trim and chip trees and shrubs; the ability to work from ladders or scaffolding, the ability to perform difficult physical labor and to regularly lift and/or carry objects weighing 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs. We require a candidate who can repair and clean culverts, drains, storm sewers, ditches and other drainage facilities; and make minor repairs to bridges. The Operating Room/Medical Surgical Nurse (Nurse – Specialty) may be assigned to delivery health care and treat patients in one of two settings: (1) Small medical/trauma hospitals, (2) Large medical/trauma hospital. Nurses report to the MSSI Program Manager and are clinically supervised by the site medical director and work under the direction of a Physician, Surgeon, or Anesthetist.
The following specialties are covered by this Job Description:
· Operating Room (OR) Nurses Provides professional nursing care to patients undergoing surgery. Prepares and maintains operating room for all surgical procedures. Circulates and scrubs for surgical procedures. Responds to surgical emergencies such as cardiac, pulmonary, or respiratory failure and hemorrhage.
· Medical-surgical nurses provide health promotion and basic medical care to patients with various medical and surgical diagnoses;
All Nurses and specialty nurses will monitor the patient’s vital signs and communicate the information to Physicians (GMO). Duties will include getting supplies and equipment ready for procedures, studying and interpreting pre-surgical tests to determine how the anesthetic will affect the patient, and assuring that an adequate blood supply is on hand in case of an emergency. Specialty Nurses will also perform other tasks during these medical procedures, such as inserting artificial airways, administering oxygen, and attempting to prevent surgical shock. In addition, they may be required to assist with stabilization of patient and coordination of evacuation of patient to medevac center or CONUS.
Specialty Nurses will performs variety of professional duties involved in developing and delivering nursing services. Assists in planning, implementing and evaluating health maintenance and health education programs; contributes to the design of health controls and surveillance relative to toxic or hazardous conditions in the work environment.
All services shall be provided in accordance with established standards, principles and ethics of the profession, applicable professional specialty organizations, and the high-quality standard for which CHS is recognized.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations; calling for assistance from health care support personnel.
Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.
Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Ensures operation of medical and administrative equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Maintains nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
OTHER DUTIES:
All Health Care Providers (HCPs) will document care delivered and follow up care required.
Attends and participates in a variety of meetings and task force groups to improve quality and outcomes,, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, new task efforts, and new policy requirements.
Maintains the highest regard for patient dignity and observe the precepts of the American Hospital Associations Bill of Rights for patients.
Note: CHS will provide institutional malpractice insurance as well as individual malpractice policies for Nurses, Physicians and other primary care providers.
Required Skills
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE:
A current unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is desirable
Membership in the Nursing Specialty professional association is desirable.
A minimum of Two (2) years’ experience in medical/surgical nursing is required.
All healthcare providers must have current clinical experience in direct patient care and have worked a minimum of 6 of the last 12 months in desired career field.
Maintain current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
Shall be licensed in the United States
Participate in training, (including HIPAA training) that may be required by DOS or CHS prior to deployment to Iraq.

Must complete a Foreign Affairs Counter Terrorism training course prior to deployment to Iraq for work on the MSSI contract. -Muster each morning in order to receive instructions for the day
-Pack tactical and non-tactical Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) Ram-Air Parachute Systems (RAPS). Must be qualified to pack and maintain military parachutes systems to include, but not limited to the following: MT2XX main/reserve, MC-6, T-11R, cargo delivery and non-standard main/reserve. Qualifications and certifications are listed below.
-Pack all parachutes/systems in accordance with all Manufacturer’s recommendations and standard operating procedures (SOP).
-Fill out and actively maintain the Army Log Record Book DA Form 3912 after each parachute packed. It is imperative that all log entries are both accurate and fully legible.
-Senior-rated parachute riggers may maintain parachutes by making minor repairs. Minor repairs are considered to be the patching of canopies, hand tacking and so on in accordance with FAR part 65. Additionally, they can make major repairs under the direct supervision of a certified Master Parachute rigger. Major repairs are extensive harness work, line replacements and panel replacements. The employees contracted for this effort are anticipated to spend less than 5% of time performing repair work.
-Contracted personnel may be required to assist in military Rigger activity in and around active and in-active aircraft at the discretion of the work supervisor.
-Contractors may perform any job duties on or related to oxygen equipment.
-Assist in preparations for Helicopter Rope Suspension Training (HRST) operations as a HRST CAST/MASTER. This includes preparing and inspecting ropes for rappelling. This may also include participation aboard government/military aircraft in the performance of contractor duties.
Basic Qualifications

ProSol is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader and CI/HUMINT subject-matter expert (SME) to serve as Program Manager of a multi-faceted Business Area. • Performs administrative duties relative to training such as recordkeeping, monitoring student progress, counseling, training development and maintenance of training programs.
• Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for curriculum development, students and other personnel as required.
• Maintains a high level of subject knowledge, capability and expertise.
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
