POSITION DESCRIPTION
Barbaricum is seeking a mid-level Project Manager/Acquisition Professional to support the full life cycle of the US Army’s Rapid Equipping Force (REF) materiel equipping efforts. Responsibilities will include the following:
• Be accountable for taking a new validated requirement from concept exploration to the deployment of an operational piece of equipment. In broad terms, responsibilities involve keeping a program within budget, on schedule, ensuring performance of the end product meets desired criteria, and ensuring the system to be equipped has logistical support plan. Execution of REF projects includes identifying materiel solutions, testing materiel solutions, coordinating assessment of materiel solutions, equipping and training materiel solutions, ensuring sustainment of materiel solutions and recommending final disposition of material solutions.
• Participate in the conduct of Requirements Analysis – one of the most crucial tasks of every REF effort. Must fully understand the METT-TC conditions the requesting Unit is operating under and the capability gap the materiel solution is intended to fill. Be able to participate in requirements analysis in support of operations directorate to determine performance criteria and any performance trade-offs that may arise. Be familiar with Unit CONOPS and TTPs related to the materiel solution gap. Must also understand past REF efforts related to a Unit’s
• Identify Materiel Solutions. Through traditional Market research and through collaborative partnerships, identify materiel solutions with Cost, Schedule and Performance trade-space analysis. The contractor shall coordinate with ASA(ALT) counterparts in the applicable Program Management Office to deconflict efforts, leverage existing resources whenever and wherever possible, and share information related to the potential procurement.
• Recommend a comprehensive acquisition strategy for the desired material solution. At a minimum, this acquisition strategy should address: funding required, contracting strategy, sustainment strategy, training strategy, testing strategy, shipping strategy, and assessment strategy. Upon subsequent recommendation and approval by REF leadership, the contractor shall submit the acquisition strategy to include all required paperwork and preparations as necessary: i.e., contract documents, Government Purchase Card request documents, funding transmission documents, MOA with other Government agencies.
• Coordinate testing of the material solution(s) with ATEC and any other agencies necessary (i.e. Public Health Command) to determine the safety of the item, performance capabilities and limitations, and any issues related to those areas.
• Work with REF logistics as necessary to execute shipment of the item(s) to the requiring Army activity. Upon completion of all required testing and Director equipping approval, the contractor shall coordinate with REF operations and logistics directorates to ensure the unit is prepared to receive the equipment and that necessary training resources are in place to ensure a professional NET experience. Depending on the training strategy chosen either coordinate training resources within initial contract action or coordinate with REF operations to schedule REF Tiger Team training support.
• Work with REF counterparts in the Operations, Assessment, and Logistics divisions to execute training, assessment, and sustainment plans as necessary and address any issues if and when they arise.
• Recommend a disposition strategy (continue, terminate, transition…) for all REF efforts and then aid in its implementation as necessary.
• Responsible for ensuring accurate recordkeeping of all project-related activities in the REF KM System.
• Prepare any other project-related documents for briefings and demonstrations as needed by REF leadership
QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 24 semester credit hours among the following fields: accounting, business finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management.

Summary / Scope of Work
The Chief of Staff (COS) Trainer for the LTT Afghanistan Contract will implement and operate programs, practices, and procedures for developing optimal utilization of combat assets and supports training of the Afghan National Army (ANA) soldiers. The primary goal of the LTT program is to train and directly enable the Commandos (CDO) to perform their duties independently.

Job Functions and Responsibilities
Monitors training and actively assists or provides direction as needed.
Creates, maintains, and delivers to ANASOC-SOAG the ANASOC PM all required reports.
Provides to ANASOC-SOAG and the ANASOC PM required data/information for monthly performance review and training reports.
Responsible for training the SOB and subordinate organizations.
Plans, coordinates, prepares, executes operations, and synchronizes function of the staff to include the planning and orders process, continually assesses the situation and execution of operations.
Assists the SOB and subordinate organizations with administering programs to train personnel on operational planning and tactical operations. When necessary coordinates class arrangements, conducts training classes, develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities, and develops the train the trainer classes for the SOK staff, utilizes technical experts as needed.
Assists in training on the Operations Officer tasks IAW applicable Decrees and SOPs.
Ensures all elements of program coordination and management elements are met.
Minimum Requirements
Secret Security Clearance
U.S. Citizen
Valid U.S. Passport
Military pay grade at the Division level or higher
20 years of military experience with US Army or Marine Corps as a Staff Officer at the Division level or higher (or equivalent)
US Army MOS 01A (Combat Arms Officer) or service equivalent
24 months working in Afghanistan in any military capacity
Deployed operational experience in support of the Global War on Terrorism (GWOT) working at a Task Force or equivalent level in a supervisory role
Special Operation Forces with combat experience, preferably in Afghanistan
MS Office and personal computer skills
Interpersonal and people skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent project management skills
Desired Education and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
3 years of experience in operational planning at the Division level or 3 years of experience at Brigade Combat Team or Regiment
Travel Requirements
This position is located in Kandahar, Afghanistan and requires the employee to deploy and live on forward operating bases operated by Afghan National Army under austere conditions without regular U.S. PX and Commissary facilities. Travel within the country and possible relocation (based upon the needs of the U.S. Government) to any location in Afghanistan may be required.

Detailed Responsibilities: The SOF Intelligence Integrator will assist in developing processes that focus on developing SOF Situational Understanding of threat networks and enabling DOD, IA, and IC communities of action focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks. The Intelligence Integrator will prioritize and categorize requests for support, conduct near- and long-term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, fusing multiple intelligence disciplines to support the application of operational capabilities in order to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate IEDs. The SOF Intelligence Integrator will focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration and the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source data) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks. The SOF Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations, identify trends, patterns and key nodes and highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. The Integrator must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. The Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing. The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have a strong operational background and experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or strategic goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to create actionable target support packages. The Intelligence Integrator should also possess an understanding of IEDs as well as the local, regional, and global networks that facilitate IED construction, design, and usage. Successful applicants will have documented experience working with multidiscipline operations/intelligence teams and familiarity with other elements of the DoD, the interagency and coalition partners. The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to participate in and lead meetings, conferences, and engagements to exchange information, assist in making decisions, and/or provide updates. Experience and Education: This position may require recurring domestic and international travel to include deploying to combat zones. The applicant may be called upon to support 24-hour watch operation.

System Operator (market operator, transmission provider and reliability authority) and the American Transmission Company (transmission owner and operator). • Dispatch power plant personnel and others as needed. • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of MISO market operations and settlement business practices, rules and procedures, and NERC and RFC reliability standards. The Power Trader typically works a rotating 12 hour shift on the Real Time desk (365 X 24) and from time to time may be assigned to the Forward Operations Planning desk (day shift, 7 days/week).
Education/Experience Requirements
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. A significant level (5 years) of experience along with demonstrated knowledge and effectiveness in relevant generation, bulk electric system or wholesale electric market operations may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement. NERC Operator Certification or the ability to obtain certification within six months is required. Must have strong analytical and computer skills (e.g., EMS, Excel, web-based applications). Knowledge of the regional transmission system, LMP markets, and/or regional generation resources is preferred. Significant experience/knowledge of energy trading, financial trading and/or generation systems is desirable. What are the Physical Requirements of a Ramp Agent?
Must be able to lift and move items of 70 pounds and/or more on a regular basis and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces.
Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop on a frequent basis and for extended periods.
Must be able to work in cramped or high places.
Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs.
What else do I need to know about being a Ramp Agent for Southwest Airlines?
You will need to be available to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays and overtime;
Must be able to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment;
Must be able to communicate information and instructions verbally and/or via radio equipment;
Must be able to satisfactorily complete a Ramp Agent training program with a 90% or greater average and an evaluation period.

• Have tent, sleeping items, backpack (45lb load capable), and other necessary support items for inclement weather conditions.
• Cleared by a medical physician (physical examination) to participate in each session. A sports physical conducted by a family care physician is acceptable
• Active Secret Security Clearance

Position Summary:
The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads. The Sales Operations Specialist will assist the Greenlee Communications sales team by providing information and guidance to customers to facilitate sales. Each Sales Operations Specialist will have a specific group of customers they will be assigned responsibility for, while supporting the team as needed. Responsibilities:
