1. General Maintenance Technicians - Weapons Tech/Armorer (US-CA-Coronado and more) (S)
Cubic | NEK Services Inc., is currently accepting resumes for the position of General Maintenance Technicians (Weapons Tech) providing the Naval Special Warfare Command Support Service Group with garrison support functions, specifically the Weapons Technician will support their respective SRT Ordnance Officer by providing ordnance/weapons related logistics, inventory, and weapons maintenance to SRTs in Virginia Beach, VA and Coronado, CA. This position will require the transportation of weapons and ordnance across public highways in accordance with Department of Transportation CFR-49.
Responsibilities: Duties will include, but may not be limited to:
• Utilize Naval Special Warfare inventory management systems and MS Office products to support command weapons inventory requirements.
• Update property accountability records to include a complete trail of all transactions suitable for audit.
• Support physical inventory control and accountability through secured spaces and storage units, access lists, marking and tracking property received and issued.
• Add and remove equipment and supplies from all inventory databases, to include properly disposing of items through the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and the Special Operations Forces Support Activity (SOFSA).
• Support the command Ordnance Officer with weapons issue and receipt, utilizing the proper custody receipts and/or similar documents designed to assign responsibility for property.
• Support and provide guidance/recommendations to command personnel on related supplies and services.
• Work closely with NSWG-1/NSWG-2 Ordnance Departments, LOGSU-1/LOGSU-2 Armory and NSW Ranges as required for coordinating and deconflicting training support.
Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience:
• Prior DoD experience-minimum of four years preferred.
• NEC 0812 and/or DoD equivalent to include National Riflemen Association.

Barbaricum seeks a Program Manager to provide services to a training, FSR, maintenance and inventory management support contract for the United States Army. Responsibilities will include:
• Responsible for all aspects of program performance in CONUS, OCONUS and Theater (US CENTCOM AOR).
• Manage and supervises staff of multi-discipline personnel in all aspects of mission execution.
• Oversight may involve multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations (including Theater).

Specifically the Administrative Specialists will operate under direct supervision of the NSWG-10 Comptroller, SRT-2 Operations Officer, and SRT-1 Administration Officer. Background:
The personnel of the DCOM-A G2 Intelligence Training and Advisory Group (INTAG) are responsible for developing, enabling and advising the Assistant Ministry of Defense Intelligence (AMoD-I), General Staff Intelligence (GSG2) Staff, National Military Intelligence Center (NMIC), and elements of the National Military Command Center (NMCC) in intelligence operations, policy, doctrine, planning, programming, management, staff supervision, process and intelligence oversight in support. All contract INTAG personnel will maintain a deliberate focus on Intelligence Institution Building and Critical Functions using DOTMLPF and associated methodologies or an alternative provided by the military or government contract leads.
A) Train, Advise, and Assist Afghan GSG2 technical intelligence (signals intelligence) personnel on the following tasks:
a. Perform analysis and reporting of intercepted insurgent communications and non-communications at all echelons.

Perform initial analysis to establish target identification and operational patterns; identifies, reports, and maintains Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Order of Battle (OB) information in support of Commander’s Intelligence Requirements; uses technical references to analyze communications and non-communications signals information.

This position is located in the Military Ticket Program (MTP) under the Recreation Branch, Fleet Readiness Division, Fleet and Family Readiness Department. This position is to provide support to the CNIC Head Quarters (HQ), MTP Manager. Plans, promotes and implements tickets for a wide variety of special attractions and activities and makes the tickets available to MWR Recreation programs for the DoD, DoN, CNIC and Joint Services (Army, Air Force, Marine Corps, Navy and Coast Guard). The position is also responsible to seek various partnerships with ticket vendors, suppliers and providers of attractions that are readily available in the ticket industry.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

According to CNIC approved program standards, uses creativity to plan, promote and implement a well-rounded MTP. Works with CNIC MWR Departments to maximize available resources such as contracting, marketing, training, accounting, and Information Technology (IT). Responsible for assisting in the management and support of the MTP. Such areas of assistance/support include, but are not limited to program assessment, service management system, operations guidance, and long-range planning.
Serves as an assistant liaison with the MTP Manager to work with Service Program Managers from other Armed Forces branches to inform them of product updates, processing issues and operation enhancements.
Assists in maintaining communication and partnerships with DOD, government and civilian agencies, vendors and professional organizations necessary for the effective management of programs within areas of responsibility, keeps abreast of the latest technology developments in all program/activities and related operational, procedural, programmatic and promotional trends.
Uses initiative and resourcefulness in researching trends and patterns to assist in developing new procedures and programs applicable to the MTP, its delivery system and financial stability.

Assists with input of contract and vendor information. Creates event codes for the MTP website. Verifies inventory. Assists in managing pre-determined marketing delivery options so that patrons and installations are aware of the MTP products and services.
Provides advice, customer service, technical guidance, supplemental training, and responses to programmatic issues with participating installation staff, program directors, as well as, DOD and service counterparts.
Reviews and drafts replies, correspondence and announcements to installations pertaining to operational or policy matters in areas of primary responsibility to include correspondence to participating installation POCs, higher levels within the DOD, other government agencies, civilian entities, as well as to regional commands and installation commanding officers.
Assists in ensuring that there are adequate supplies of bar codes, tickets, vouchers, discount cards, etc., and that these are maintained at the MTP Office to support Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard and Air Force, as well as authorized National Guard and DoD local ITT Offices. Provides necessary administrative and logistical support for all outlets.
Assists the MTP Manager in the preparation of annual operating budgets. Prepares required reports as per management directives.
Assists with preparing correspondence and communication with various vendors and wholesalers for discount tickets and services. Assists in review of ticket contracts and ensures that prices and products are available for resale, in a concise and correct method through an Inventory control system, a Point of Sale (POS) or other web-based ticket delivery platform. Tracks price changes, file imports, and special discounts offered for sale through MTP and provides real-time reporting data for base personnel, leadership or headquarters.
Assists with deliverables associated with an ongoing training program for MTP personnel and all participating installations. Assists in the review and development of instructions, standard operating procedures, audit trails, and revenue tracking procedures for all aspects of the MTP. Assists with training scheduling, calendars, and coordination with various vendors, computer/online technical support and POS contractors to ensure training is offered and promoted through the most effective state of the art system for our users and patrons.
Assists in planning, coordinating, publicizing, marketing and execution of the MTP by utilizing all available resources. Seeks ways to promote and market the MTP through outreach opportunities to installations and regions.
Provides administrative support through after-action reports, data collection and database administration. All administrative duties are completed through a variety of sources including computer software which tracks patrons' usage and responses (includes providing information for metrics and patron counts).
Leads day-to-day operation of the MTP. Assists with staffing, training and scheduling. Responsible for customer service awareness and information, requisitioning merchandise, ensuring adequate stock levels, and promotion schedules.
