Lead Training Advisor /Training Management SME – West Bank, Jerusalem, and Jordan Law Enforcement Training The Lead Training Advisor/ Training Management SME will support, assist, and advise INL and USSC in all matters relating to development of Palestinian Authority (PA) capacities and abilities to develop and implement a comprehensive, joint, and coordinated training program for the PA security services. This mentor will look at the training from a collective and Pan-PASF level. Duties will include but are not limited to the following: • Ensure proper coordination of all takeoffs and landings of stateside and overseas Government missions. • Determine aircraft suitability and aircraft performance limitations for C-40C aircraft. Review the following for aircraft performance limitations: runway dimensions, pavement classification number, and airfield elevations. • Ensures mission planning package shall be ready for review by Aircraft Commander no later than the crew mission briefing. The planning package must contain flight plans, Max Weight and Max Temperature Takeoff and Landing Request, ATLAS Reports, Mission Planner’s (GIANT) Reports, NOTAMS, Foreign Clearance Guide, Mission Assessment Guide, aircraft message traffic, Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS) messages, and unit directed mission data requirements. • Provide aircrew with information on airfield suitability and the latest trip itinerary with leg remarks. • Create and maintain electronic mission folders and populate them with all applicable mission-related documents.
