The purpose of this support is to provide US Special Operations Command with personnel experienced in the functional spectrum of Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) and Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT). Detailed Responsibilities:

The analyst shall have operational and tactical level intelligence experience to include general experience in the fields of targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial systems. The analyst shall have briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments. The analyst shall be proficient in utilizing computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
Specifically, the analyst will:
Perform imagery analysis, imagery product production, intelligence systems architecture and evaluation of procedures, processes, techniques, models and/or methodologies used to develop complex solutions to requirements.
Possess documented operational and tactical level intelligence experience to include general experience in the fields of targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial systems.

• Proactively develop relationships with key talent to create pipelines for critical areas of the business in order to minimize overall recruiting cost per hire.
• Maintain an ongoing focus on identifying a diverse talent pool.
• Develop strong working relationships with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners throughout the selection process ensuring regular touch points/updates and diligent follow through.
• Manage interview team debrief meetings to gather feedback on candidates’ knowledge, skills, and abilities, challenge perceptions and guide hiring leaders to a decision.
• Ensure all candidates have a positive experience through consistent communication regarding interview process. Communicate candidate feedback to hiring leaders.
• Act as search expert and collaborate with Corporate Recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information.
• Improve recruitment brand and reputation in the marketplace through social media presence, networking and participation in community events.
• Monitor efficiency and success rates of recruiting methods and make adjustments as needed.
• Participate in and/or lead continuous improvement projects related to recruiting and selection.
• Stay current on technical/industry/local market changes and trends that could influence or present opportunities for recruitment. Identify desirable organizations and develop talent maps. Continuously seek out innovative search strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, MIS, or related field
• 7+ years corporate recruiting experience with an emphasis on Technology (AI, BI, Engineering, IT) positions
• Understands technology and can speak to key concepts (e.g. development languages, methodologies, best practices, etc.)
• Experience recruiting for technical candidates who have experience in a Microsoft environment working with at least one of the following languages: C#, ASP, SQL, and/or C++
• Prior experience recruiting for multiple functions (e.g. Marketing, Operations, Sales, etc.)
• Experience in a highly selective recruiting environment
