Position Description:
This position requires a Salesforce-certified developer who possesses solid business acumen, strong Salesforce development experience in both customization and configuration, and the ability to work in and across multiple technical platforms and technologies. The Senior Developer, CRM is responsible for partnering with customers, vendors and technical resources to understand needs and deliver solutions on the Salesforce CRM platform. They will work under the supervision of our Manager of Application Development and will be the primary developer and administrator of the platform.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Initiate and lead CRM-related development projects and drive process change where needed.
• Support development and testing team members on the CRM platform and best practices.
• Work with the development team to design and implement CRM data and reporting models.
• Administer and support all Salesforce CRM environments and applications.
• Interact with all departments within the organization to develop and deploy solutions on the Salesforce CRM platform.

Overview:

The WMD Senior SME may be required to perform support activities related to Requirements, Programming and Execution in the Acquisition Support Section as related to the WMD mission set. All Source Analyst Senior level is the same but 8 years of more of the above experience.

The Role:

IDS International is seeking a dynamic leader for a trainer position in Afghanistan to support the National Maintenance Strategy Program. The program focuses on building organizational capacity and capability at all levels for a self-sustaining national security environment for the Afghan National Security Forces. This position is that of Afloat Recreation Specialist on board ships worldwide. The function of the Recreation Specialist is to provide an extensive and comprehensive total Recreation Program for a large population of military members on ships.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In order to qualify for this position, resumes must provide sufficient experience and/or education, knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the duties of the position. Serves on board a large U.S. Navy ship (aircraft carrier, multi-purpose amphibious assault ship or hospital ship) and is responsible for developing a comprehensive Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) program for as many as 5,600 shipboard personnel.
Serves as the ship's MWR resource person and as such, will develop and coordinate individual, command, and special interest group leisure and sports activities in the ship's homeport, during port visits, and during underway periods.
Prepares and administers the ship’s annual MWR budget with the Recreation Services Officer or Fund Custodian. Responsible for procurement and property management.
Develops marketing and publicity techniques to ensure that all personnel on board are aware of the leisure opportunities available to them.
Prepares official correspondence including naval messages, letters and logistics requisitions.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Recreation Administration, Physical Education, or related field; or, equivalent specialized (recreation) experience.
Specialized knowledge of the principles of recreation; specialized experience in conducting recreation programs and leisure activities; and experience directing sports activities.
Skill in marketing and promoting sports, recreation, and leisure activities.
Knowledge of budgeting, internal controls, cash management, auditing, and inventory systems.
Formal certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid.
TRAVEL REQUIRED Employee can expect to spend 30% - 70% of the time at sea during a calendar year, depending on the cycle of the ship. There are no definitive schedules with regards to deployments as current and world affairs are ever changing and dictate ship deployment schedules.
