Job Description: Seeking exceptionally qualified individuals to serve as an All-Source/Targeting Analyst at the Senior and Expert level to support a USSOCOM contract. The contract will require intelligence analysts capable of fusing intelligence information from multiple disciplines, to include Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), Counter Intelligence (CI), All-Source Analysts, Targeting Analysts, Collection Management, as well as Industrial Security Professionals. All-Source/Targeting Analysts shall have firsthand experience targeting networks or individuals within networks and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation. Employees on this contract will be responsible for providing intelligence analysis and all aspects of information gathering, research, threat assessments, Client development and predictive analysis as part of a Special Operations Forces (SOF) analytical team. Employees must maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones. Deployments may be to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods.
Job Responsibilities: The All-Source/Targeting Analyst must possess the capability of fusing intelligence information from multiple disciplines, to include Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), and Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT). Job Requirements: The position of All-Source/Targeting Analyst at the Senior Level shall possess the following qualifications:
-Minimum of 6+ years experience (Mid), 8+ years experience (Senior), or 10+ years experience (Expert) with DoD or equivalent Government agencies required with support to SOF operations.
-Shall be proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
-Shall possess strong briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
-Acute knowledge of SOF and/or counterterrorism intelligence experience.
-Excellent written and oral communications skills and be highly proficient in all source analytical support tools.
-Recent experience in Afghanistan, Iraq or other hostile fire zone supporting SOF operations.
-Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to support USASOC HQ - Bragg and join our dynamic Knowledge Management Team.
The candidate should be able to:
- Comprehend basic to complex business issues, contribute to IT business projects or IT sponsored technology projects by translating business needs into understandable requirements.
- Participate in development and management of project plans related to application development initiatives (project planning and design through testing, implementation and maintenance).
- Understand business requirements, goals, and risks in order to formulate and define technical scope and objectives of projects.
- Analyze business processes in order to support more efficient decision making and operations.
Skills:
- Provide expert analytical advice to the Government on matters relating to people, process and technology. This includes analyzing, assessing, and providing recommendations for improving or simplifying command-wide and/or SOF Enterprise KM and business processes.
- Communicate orally and in writing with groups or individuals, using multiple digital media and transmission means, to collect and convey information.
- Identify process gaps and organizational inefficiencies using process improvement methodologies such as Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and Business Process Re-engineering.
- Apply analytical methods and techniques to assess the information exchange requirements for the organization using knowledge of strategic documents as well as SOF Enterprise operations.
- Document business process solutions using industry standard flowcharting and documentation conventions in the form of service requests, requirements and specification documents, business process modeling and/or Microsoft Visio.
- Provide technical documentation for each process that includes the policy and/or procedure underpinnings necessary for the Government to publish official documents that dictate processes, procedures, and security requirements associated with each development effort.
- Provide user documentation for each new process delivered. Documentation shall be delivered in the form of portal wikis or other easily accessible platforms.
- Develop and implement quantitative and qualitative methods for measuring the impact of process improvement and KM initiatives.
- Translate business needs into analytics/reporting requirements, and interface with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of end-user reporting solutions.
-Creates and modifies SharePoint workflows, search scopes and InfoPath forms. Must have extensive experience with SharePoint 2010/2013 functions, capabilities and user interface. Must have experience as a Site Collection Administrator including the management of permissions, the creation of sites, content types, site columns, lookups and templates.

Overview:

Qualifications:
Education:

• DoD 8570.01m certification required
• Certifications must be less than 2.5 years old
Clearance:

Experience:

PRINCIPLE ACTIVITIES / OBJECTIVES
Pre-Sales Support
• Assist the sales staff, reps, designers, and end-users in determining effective applications of our lighting products, including which lights to use, placements, control options, effects, and interface with outside systems.
• Help to construct detailed Bills of Materials for projects, including all lighting, power, control, and cable components needed using drawings, discussions with potential customers and sales staff, and/or building and performing mock-ups both on-site and in the office.
• Provide sales team with shop drawings and bill of materials (BOM) for product pricing analysis and decisions. Responsible for ensuring that each job has a specification & layout diagram.
• Support projects with CAD documentation, including general and/or job-specific wiring diagrams, adding CK products and wiring to existing architectural plans, custom layouts, DMX addressing guidelines and instructions.
• Provide internal sales and Manufacturers Representatives with training and support.

NATURE & SCOPE

Application Engineers will visit job sites, diagnose problems and work to a successful resolution. They provide product training to the representative partners.
Responsibilities include a combination of pre and post sale technical support consultation services, technical product demonstrations, making creative and innovative recommendations on the use and application of our products and services and a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape in which we operate. Application Engineers participate in product meetings and discussions and provide information from the field concerning products, their applications, and issues surrounding their installations and reliability. Job Responsibilities: The Senior All-Source/Targeting Intel Trainer shall conduct training for individuals and small groups with a wide range of skill sets, capabilities, and intelligence background (All-Source, SIGINT, GEOINT, etc.) in order to introduce custom built analytical tools and their application to the F3EA targeting methodology. Training requirements will include the development, evolution, and maintenance of internal and external programs of instruction covering analytic tools and methodologies, the coordination and compliance of annual community training requirements, and collaboration in identifying and facilitating training opportunities for organizational personnel. Incumbent shall be proficient in scenario development and support of exercises. Overview:

Responsibilities:
General Responsibilities:
The WMD Senior SME may be required to perform support activities related to Requirements, Programming and Execution in the Acquisition Support Section as related to the WMD mission set. These tasks can range from Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development, spend plan execution, functional area reviews, test report reviews, and requirements developments as those priorities arise. The SME shall prepare, update, maintain and present program and project briefings using standard formats; and provide support necessary to develop schedules, life cycle costs estimates, requirement procurement documentation and perform analysis in support of the acquisition management and business management. The SME shall develop and/or maintain acquisition management documentation required by DoD 5000 series, and applicable USSOCOM regulations.
Specific Duties:
• Assist in developing, analyzing, tracking, and reporting annual spending plans, budget submissions, and POM actions for WMD programs/projects; include developing budget projections for organizational support and capabilities for specific, specialized acquisition programs and projects.
• Researching, identifying, and analyzing WMD program/project requirements and problems for projected and planned acquisition programs to include assisting in preparing and conducting analysis to facilitate completion of long range planning documents in order to facilitate various types of complex data and analysis to develop informational and decision type briefings.
• Identifying operational shortfalls, analyze solutions, and write requirements documents designed around Subject Matter Experts specialized requirements;
• Participate in the annual budget formulation and cost estimates to support plans,programs, and activities, as well as, the execution of the budget.
• Coordinating requirements with PMs, APMs, PEOs, agencies, and overall DOD SMEs in the formative stages of program initiation, project design, project implementation, and management of ongoing programs (cradle-to-grave requirements support).
• Provide the status on ongoing organizational actions, and advises or assists with approaches and solutions to a broad range of problems.
• Analyze prepared Risk Assessments and create / propose mitigation strategies and/or alternatives
Qualifications:
