CSG has an immediate opening for a Senior All-Source Targeting Analyst / Team Lead to oversee a non-traditional intelligence fusion cell based in Fayetteville, NC. As the Team Lead, you will oversee a dedicated fusion cell responsible for the collection, exploitation, and analysis of non-traditional intelligence data, including publicly available information (PAI), to facilitate the disruption and targeting of illicit trafficking networks in East Africa. You will lead the overall analytic effort in support of the customer, including the development of collection plans, analytic tasking and direction, quality assurance & quality control (QA/QC) of finished products, and serve as the primary point of contact with the CSG customer for the receipt and delivery of products and priority intelligence requirements.
The fusion cell will be comprised of All-Source, Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Open Source / PAI, and Cyber analytic capacity utilizing innovative data collection techniques, non-standard reporting, and a combination of counterinsurgency (COIN), counterterrorism (CT), and network targeting best practices to assist the CSG customer in refining their intelligence picture. It will also assist the customer in identifying, establishing, and maintaining systematic, cross-referenced data sources, as well as be responsible for receiving and processing incoming time-sensitive reporting. The cell will integrate collected information with current archives to develop Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB) and a Common Operating Picture (COP) for the customer. The cell will analyze current information and data holdings to identify gaps and subsequent collection requirements and use historical Patterns of Life (POL), cell phone exploitation (CELLEX), and human geography to assess group vulnerabilities and recommend operational courses of action to the customer. The cell will communicate finished analysis and assessments to the customer by preparing special information reports, plans, and briefings in addition to producing periodic deep-dive analytical materials.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
The successful candidate will:
• Possess a minimum of eight (8) years of all-source intelligence analysis and supervisory experience with a core foundation in multi-source fusion as applied towards SOF HVI, CT, and COIN operations.
• Possess a keen understanding of time-sensitive intelligence requirements, ensuring stakeholder awareness of near-real time (NRT) information updates coming from a tasked region of interest, as well as ensuring products are both comprehensive and screened for accuracy prior to distribution.
• Be adept at recognizing and articulating critical information gaps with an ability to assist customers in identifying collection requirements to create a more complete intelligence picture.
• Be able to maintain a sound understanding of the socio-cultural and environmental conditions present in the target region that may be influencing the near and long-term POL for illicit group personalities, elements, and local populations.
• Be able to identify and articulate such conditions which may warrant adjustments to customer operational and collection strategies.
• Have at least two (2) deployments to hostile areas supporting CJSOTF or JSOTF COIN/CT operations, preferably in the USAFRICOM AOR.
• Have demonstrable all-source written production capability (preferably in Defense Intelligence product formats) and briefing experience.
• Be experienced in using COTS software tools to develop intelligence products.
• Willing to travel TDY OCONUS up to 35% of time.
Education Requirements:
• Must have successfully completed an All-Source Intelligence training course from a recognized DOD or intelligence agency analyst training program.

Provide multi-intelligence analysis and fusion in support of counter-IED efforts and operations executed by committed war fighting units, integrating existing national-level products and databases to provide an enhanced level of information support. Conduct multi-layered, multi-intelligence analysis to define patterns of IED network activity in order to narrow the search space to conduct CIED operations. Provide intelligence targeting support products and "reach-back" support to forward-deployed elements as required.
Positions will require periodic CONUS travel and six month deployments OCONUS.
An ideal candidate will have military intelligence experience, recent combat deployments, and be well-versed in all areas of military intelligence (HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, GEOINT, All-source), able to fuse information from different disciplines into one comprehensive intelligence product.

Detailed Responsibilities:
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will assist in developing processes that focus on developing SOF Situational Understanding of threat networks and enabling DOD, IA, and IC communities of action focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks. The Intelligence Integrator will prioritize and categorize requests for support, conduct near- and long-term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, fusing multiple intelligence disciplines to support the application of operational capabilities in order to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate IEDs.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration and the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source data) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations, identify trends, patterns and key nodes and highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. The Integrator must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. The Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have a strong operational background and experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or strategic goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to create actionable target support packages. The Intelligence Integrator should also possess an understanding of IEDs as well as the local, regional, and global networks that facilitate IED construction, design, and usage.
Successful applicants will have documented experience working with multidiscipline operations/intelligence teams and familiarity with other elements of the DoD, the interagency and coalition partners.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to participate in and lead meetings, conferences, and engagements to exchange information, assist in making decisions, and/or provide updates. Employees must maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones. Deployments may be to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods.
Job Responsibilities: The Multi-Layer Targeting Analyst shall provide comprehensive assessment of multiple types/sources of intelligence data and support the F3EA targeting cycle in order to answer intelligence questions and provide recommendations for further action or collection. MLT analysts shall have experience in multiple analytic fields and be capable of applying each intelligence discipline to solve complex problems. MLT analysts shall have firsthand experience targeting networks or individuals within networks and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation.
Job Requirements: The position of Multi-Level Targeting Analyst /Expert-Level shall possess the following qualifications:
• Minimum of ten years analytical experience with DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with five years at the operational level.
• Shall have advanced Power Point skills and proficiency using analytic tools and databases including, but not limited to: ArcGIS, Analyst Notebook, M3, TAC & IC Reach
• Shall have a deep understanding of the F3EA cycle as well as the data tools and techniques used for each phase of targeting.
• Identify, retrieve, evaluate, interpret and analyze myriad finished and unfinished classified and unclassified data sources, including all available information to create fused analytical products that will enhance situational awareness in support of the customer mission objectives, priorities or exigent operational needs
• Perform deep target all-source analysis of available information, using all source and proprietary tool sets, to reveal entities of interest, determine lifestyle patterns and provide detailed background information for targets and networks of interest
• Inject thorough understanding of all-source analytical integration to overcome production gaps and create new avenues of information flow
• Characterize logical and physical terrorist networks and other individuals or networks of interest using multiple data sources and analytical protocols
• Use all available information to enhance all-source analysis in support of the customer
• Assist in intelligence product development by developing all-source leads derived from regional and ideological discussions
• Develop and maintain close, collaborative relationships intelligence partners internal and external to the customer
• Routinely identify gaps in finished intelligence data through research and analysis
• Provide input to routine reporting requirements

Job Responsibilities: The All-Source/Targeting Analyst must possess the capability of fusing intelligence information from multiple disciplines, to include Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), and Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT). Analysts are responsible for providing intelligence analysis and all aspects of information gathering, research, threat assessments and predictive analysis as part of an analytical team. The All-Source/Targeting Analyst will have advanced targeting skills and a comprehensive understanding of the operational cycle as well as the data, tools, and techniques used for each phase of targeting. The All-Source/Targeting Analyst shall have firsthand experience targeting networks or individuals within networks and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation and have a thorough of the F3EA targeting methodology.
Job Requirements: The position of All-Source/Targeting Analyst at the Senior Level shall possess the following qualifications:
· Minimum of eight years analytical experience with DoD or equivalent Government agencies required with support to SOF operations.
· Shall be proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
· Shall possess strong briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
· Acute knowledge of SOF and/or counterterrorism intelligence experience.
· Excellent written and oral communications skills and be highly proficient in all source analytical support tools.
· Recent experience in Afghanistan, Iraq or other hostile fire zone supporting SOF operations.
· Bachelor's degree is preferred.
· Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligible.
· Must possess a valid U.S. passport.
· Must be able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including a medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens as deemed necessary to be considered deployable.
· Must be able to obtain all required immunizations deemed necessary by the contract.
