The cell will integrate collected information with current archives to develop Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB) and a Common Operating Picture (COP) for the customer. The cell will analyze current information and data holdings to identify gaps and subsequent collection requirements and use historical Patterns of Life (POL), cell phone exploitation (CELLEX), and human geography to assess group vulnerabilities and recommend operational courses of action to the customer.
