The purpose of this support is to provide US Special Operations Command with personnel experienced in the functional spectrum of Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) and Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT). This support directly contributes to the USSOCOM capability to meet known and emergent mission requirements and operations assigned by the Secretary of Defense.
Detailed Responsibilities:
The Imagery Analyst shall perform GEOINT/ IMINT/ FMV analysis, imagery product production, intelligence systems architecture and evaluation of procedures, processes, techniques, models and/or methodologies used to develop complex solutions to requirements. The analyst shall have operational and tactical level intelligence experience to include general experience in the fields of targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial systems. The analyst shall be proficient in utilizing computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
Specifically, the analyst will:

Identity Management Technician
Gathers, assembles, analyzes, and evaluates individual or organizational identity data, and recommends ways to minimize risk; Provides identity analysis guidance to affect required operational goals; Advises on new data collection technology and trends and informs of impact to personnel and operations.
Assists in the preparation of documents such as IdM guidance, Standard Operating Procedures, and reports, and presents research findings orally and in writing. Participates in meetings and briefings related to identity courses of action and best practices. Qualifications and Requirements:
TS/SCI required. Must possess a minimum of 2 years of operational analysis and reporting experience to include: intelligence, identity, or threat analysis, drafting reports, and providing oral and written presentations on the subject matter. Experience must include the ability to gather, assemble, analyze, and evaluate data on individuals, operations, and organizations, and recommend ways to mitigate vulnerabilities and risks.
Must be able to articulate guidance to affect required operational goals and decisions, and have at least two years of experience identifying new operational security technology, techniques, and practices at the group or higher level.
Candidate must possess at least two years of experience working with identity data providers, data analytics, and identity threat data providers. Must have experience working with identity management tools to include both open and closed source research and analysis tools. Candidate should have an understanding of cyber security and data mining principles. Must possess a high level of understanding on current technology, trends, developments, and risks related to personal and organizational identity management.
The candidate must have experience working with SOF, contributing to senior level meeting and briefing materials, and providing subject matter expertise to assist in change decisions, operational courses of action and best practices.
Must have experience with using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The candidate must have strong analytical, research, writing, and presentation skills. Fieldcraft Instructors are responsible for providing pre-deployment training to approximately 5,000 personnel each year, directly supporting various Overseas Contingency Operations. Responsibilities:
The C-UAS Operations Integrator interacts directly with the warfighter/requestor in order to shape request for intelligence products ensuring they meet the warfighters Counter Unmanned Aerial System requirements. The Operations Integrator actively coordinates intelligence support packages to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. The Operations Integrator assists in fusing the operational and intelligence information available to the supported unit, providing an operational perspective to the products including target and network analysis packages. The Intelligence Integrator will focus on problem sets at the tactical through strategic levels while applying a thorough understanding of unclassified data sources and social media exploitation as well as the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of intelligence and information associated with UAV systems and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
The Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations and decipher and identify trends, patterns and key nodes highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Intelligence Integrator should understand the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence as well as provide open source, language and cultural subject matter expertise. The Integrator must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to other analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. The Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing in English.
The Intelligence Integrator must have near-native or native-level understanding of the AO-related language as well as experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or strategic goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to produce actionable and relevant analysis.

JOB PURPOSE:
Provides subject matter expertise (SME) to the USSOCOM Special Operations Forces Liaison Element (SOFLE) program at U.S. Marine Corps Special Operations Command (MARSOC) to create an environment that exercises the SOFLE and facilitates Marine Air Ground Task Forces (MAGTF) and Special Operations Force (SOF) integration, interoperability and interdependence. QUALIFICATIONS:

Duties
The incumbent assists the Regional SAPR PM with supporting the development and implementation of the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) program, and conducts ongoing assessment of consistency and effectiveness of the SAPR Program and victim care system of the installations and tenant Naval commands in their Area of Responsibility (AOR). The incumbent assesses and develops recommendations to the Regional SAPR PM regarding issues, trends, areas needing improvement, effectiveness of installation case management, and climate. Establishes protocols for collection of data to include, but not limited to, number of cases received, trainings provided, and personnel trained at an installation, in compliance with CNIC HQ SAPR policies and guidance.
The incumbent coordinates and/or facilitates DoD Sexual Assault Advocate Credentialing Program SARC/VA training. Ensures that SAPR education programs are provided with sufficient frequency by Installation SARCS to ensure that all of the following groups are trained: COs, XOs, SAPR VAs, SAPR Command POCs, Command Liaisons, Data Collection Coordinators, senior enlisted personnel, military members, Sexual Assault Case Management Group members, chaplains, law enforcement, legal and medical staff.
The incumbent monitors' services provided for sexual assault victims, including direct victim feedback, throughout regional installations. Ensures victim advocacy services include:
The capacity to respond by telephone and in person 24 hours a day, providing support and assistance to victims of sexual assault
Procedures for contacting SAPR Victim Advocates, as well as specific protocols that govern the duties and responsibilities of the SAPR Victim Advocate.
The incumbent conducts quarterly quality assurance reviews and studies of regional SAPR programs to determine effectiveness and impact, and recommends changes or improvements in methods and procedures to the Regional SAPR PM. The incumbent makes recommendations to Regional SAPR PM on educational materials and resource information that should be made available for victims of sexual assault.
The incumbent coordinates all the activities of installation Sexual Assault Response Coordinators (SARCs) within the region and has oversight of all aspects of victim case management activities provided by SARCs. Ensures all installation assigned SARCs document the services referred to and/or requested by victims from time of initial response to final disposition of case. The incumbent coordinates with installation SARCs to establish and maintain arrangements (i.e., Memorandums of Agreement or Understanding (MOA/MOU)) to facilitate the timely exchange of information between installation victim support agencies and other commands/activities on cases involving sexual assault. By the direction of the Regional SAPR PM, incumbent disseminates policy guidance and information specific to incident response.
By serving on focus groups, completing evaluations, and responding to other requests from CNIC HQ SAPR, Regional SARCs may assist Regional SAPR PM and CNIC HQ SAPR in the development and implementation of training curricula, marketing materials and other tools to support the SAPR Program.
The incumbent coordinates with installation SARCs to ensure command SAPR personnel are properly trained to provide briefings to commands to enhance awareness of sexual assault issues such as proper reporting procedures, maintaining victim confidentiality, and available victim support services. Facilitates standardized curriculum as provided by CNIC HQ SAPR to commands and SAPR Victim Advocates (VA), SARCs, and other SAPR trainings as requested.
The RSARC liaises with Fleet and Naval Operation Support Centers (NOSCs) to ensure a coordinated response. In coordination with installation SARCs, facilitates the development and collaboration of regional and installation SAPR public awareness campaigns to include planning of installation events. Collaborates with local community crisis counseling centers, as needed, to augment or enhance the installation SAPR Program.
Prepares quarterly SAPR Services Survey report that evaluates victim satisfaction with SAPR services for the region.
Tracks required incident and monthly reporting through Navy and FFSC approved databases.
The incumbent may fulfill interim S ARC role at installation during SARC absence or upon SARC vacancy, to include provision of victim response and case management when necessary. When acting in the capacity of installation SARC, the RSARC reports to the FFSC Director to ensure regular updates to the senior commander and assist the senior commander with meeting annual S APR training requirements.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, psychology, criminal justice or related social or behavioral science field, with a Master's Degree preferred. Minimum of two years experience managing and coordinating sexual assault prevention and response program is required. Minimum of two years specific experience working with victims of sexual assault or working in victim advocacy and victim advocacy services is required. Previous military SARC experience preferred.
Thorough knowledge of Navy SAPR Program practices, theories, and techniques, which provide a basis to assist in implementing the SAPR Program at all Navy Installations. Thorough knowledge of the DoD and Navy SAPR Program policies and procedures. Ability to direct program implementation in a complex environment involving inter-command, cross claimant, and military/civilian relations. Excellent skills in prioritization of effort, interpersonal communications (written and oral), and customer relations. Thorough knowledge of active duty military and function and their military organization. Excellent knowledge of Navy protocol, operational staff organization, and shipboard and shore SAPR programs. Thorough knowledge of the operational commands' environment, routines, and organizational structures.
The incumbent must have a comprehensive and working knowledge of appropriate DoD, Secretary of the Navy, Navy Personnel Command, and other program policies and regulations covering all areas of administrative and operational policies and procedures as well as the knowledge to evaluate programs and accomplishments.
The incumbent must have the ability and skill to interpret complex instructions, directives and correspondence and to apply them to specific situations throughout the chain of command.
The incumbent must have the ability and skill to coordinate projects/issues with other commands and federal agencies.
The incumbent must possess the ability and skill to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and make presentations to effectively represent the organization.
The incumbent must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Skilled in the use of office software applications to prepare management reports and use software to develop information; able to enter data in required management reports.

Responsibilities and Duties
The S-6 Communications Trainer shall serve as a trainer to include, but not limited to, the following:

-Experienced in frequency management.
-Trouble shooting and repair of handheld, man-pack and vehicle mounted VHF and HF radio systems. –Experienced in establishing the communications infrastructure supporting a battalion Tactical Operations Center (TOC) and supporting the communications requirements of a foot-mobile company level command and control node.
-Possess a basic knowledge of satellite and cellular telephone communication systems.
-Active Secret clearance.
-Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word, Power Point, Excel).

Job Description:
Will function as a part of an Afghanistan-based intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts in support of the customer's analytical requirements. This position is a first shift, temporary full-time role with an estimated deployment of 12 months. Prior to the one year deployment, a five-week mandatory CONUS training period is required. Collection Managers (CMs) shall be responsible for coordinating Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) collection requirements and ensuring all intelligence data is properly disseminated within the supported command/organization.
The CM develops, maintains, and updates collection plans based on the supported Commander's Priority Intelligence Requirements. The CM monitors a wide range of available organic and non-organic (organic sensors are assigned/attached to the supported command/organization; non-organic belong to other commands/organizations) collection systems for new nominated requirements, then validates and distributes them as required. The CM prepares ISR assessment metrics of IMINT, SIGINT, and HUMINT products to gauge the effectiveness of collection operations.
The CM interfaces with higher, lateral, and subordinate commands/organizations' Collection and Requirements Managers including entities to answer intelligence - related RFIs and de-conflict or collaborate on AOR requirements and reporting. The CM conducts presentations and briefings when required.
