1. Watch Officer - Washington, DC
Clearance: TS/SCI
Duties include:
· Operating secure and other vital communication systems for the Department of Transportation Work with fellow watch officers as a team in monitoring the status of the National Transportation System, reporting incidents, accidents or threats to the system’s integrity and evaluate the potential impacts these events may have on the transportation infrastructure that could lead to critical events and crisis/emergency situations;
· Obtain information from a wide variety of communications equipment including e-mail, telephone, fax, secure fax, high frequency radio, satellite phone and secure/unsecure Video Teleconference (VTC).
· Send emergency notifications to DOT employees and Contractor staff
· Contribute to the efforts of the DOT by forwarding items of interest to CMC leadership for review.
· Develop and maintain close working relations with watch officers from other federal and state agencies.
· Continually learn better watch operation skills through review and presentation of “best practice” changes to operations and information SOPs, checklists, and other administrative processes and procedures.
· Assist with emergency message dissemination as necessary. This requires using the contact lists and specific scenarios under which DOT employees and on-site contract staff will receive emergency notification;
· Actively participate in exercises and drills, as part of the CMC team; and
· Ensure familiarity and comply with the DOT HQ Occupant Emergency Program.
Education Requirements:
· High school diploma, some college studies preferred
· Must have 1 to 3 years’ prior operations center experience and have experience operating classified communications equipment.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
· Ability to fully operate the standard Microsoft office suite of tools to include: Outlook, Power Point, Excel, and Word;
· Proficiency in using digital map programs to produce incident specific maps for reporting;
· Ability to operate classified communications equipment including classified fax machines, satellite telephones and Secured Terminal Equipment (STE);
· Ability to write grammatically correct and technically proficient reports for review by Senior Officials
· Ability to analyze incoming information, determine its relevance and importance and route it appropriately;
· Ability to determine and research appropriate facts to be included in incident reports;
· Ability to operate secure and non-secure video teleconferencing equipment;
· Ability to provide concise and accurate incident briefs to senior officials both in person, via phone or email;
· Ability to easily operate telephones including call transfers, conference calls, speaker phone and headsets;
· Professional demeanor, tact and judgement to operate in a high operational environment;
· Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays on a rotating basis, as needed; and
Required testing: Will be required to demonstrate proficiency in CMC procedures within three (3) months of the beginning training by passing a certification board.
Physical Demands:
· The work is moderately sedentary, with some local travel required for operational execution or training.
· Physical ability to effectively work twelve-hour duty shifts for several consecutive days.
· Infrequent long distance travel may be required for training or during an exercise or emergency.
· In certain emergency situations, personnel may be expected to relocate within hours of notification for an extended period in excess of 30 days, and operate under austere and demanding physical and stressful conditions.
Work Environment:
· The work is performed in a typical office setting.
· The Crisis Management Center operates 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
· During special circumstances, such as a natural disaster or emergency situation, duties may require extensive overtime work or periods of work.

3. UH-1 Pilots and ALSE Technician: Peru and UH-1 Pilots, Flight Engineer / Crew Chief : Panama
Special Applications Group (SAG) is hiring now for the DOS INL/A program in Panama and Peru. The positions are full-time requiring the selected candidates to live in the Host Nation year-round and, in some instances, affords monthly opportunities to return home for up to ten days. This is a non-operational, training and support mission. If selected for hire, work will commence in CONUS on/about early-March with deployment top Peru or Panama in late-April.

BACKGROUND
The United States Special Operations Command South (USSOCSO) located in Homestead Reserve Air Force Base requires a qualified subject matter expert with a high degree of relevant and current knowledge and situational awareness of SOF activities as well as other human and geopolitical issues affecting USSOCSO plans and activities in one, or more, assigned respective regions, and, shall possess knowledge on current and validated CONPLANs, OPLANs, EXORDs, and statutory authorities directly relevant to one, or more, assigned respective regions. The RFC SME shall independently prioritize daily RFC workload and be responsible for developing and completing RFC work assignments and tasks in their entirety.
DESCRIPTION
· Provide advanced professional, technical, and emergency management, comprehensive technology research, operational planning, readiness reporting, and continuity of critical operations activities in support of the Operations Directorate (J3).
· May also be required to provide support and surge to address a full range of issues (i.e. military, social, political, economic, etc.) confronting SOCSO in its area of responsibility, which includes the huge and multi-national geographic area of the Caribbean Basin, Central America, and South America.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in the SOUTHCOM AOR, demonstrating the knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiency, and training to perform this task.
· Have current familiarity with the ambient political and military climate of the approximately 38 countries comprising the SOUTHCOM region, as well as the issues affecting SOCSO planning and operations in order to provide accurate and timely situational awareness information and technical advice on a day-to-day basis to the Commander (CDR) SOCSO and his staff.
· Current DOD Top Secret SCI access
· Must be familiar with Joint Staff/Combatant Command/DoD organizational structures and military operations.
· Practical operational experience or military service on a command staff or forward deployed unit.
· Special Operations or Special Forces experience preferred.
· Superior communications skills both orally and in writing.
Specific RFC SME duties and responsabilities:
Specialized RFC services shall be maintained at all times to assure critical support to the command despite fluctuating workloads and/or any peaks and valleys in the number of requirements handled. Submit the USSOCSO Weekly SITREP and Weekly Storyboards on a weekly basis to RFC to be forwarded to the USSOCSO Commander. Complete morning Update Briefs slides on a weekly basis.
RFC personnel shall be trained and experienced to perform the following tasks:
The RFC shall be a subject matter expert on Terms of Reference (TOR), and TOR Concurrence (TORCON) issues; Human Rights Vetting (HRV); science, technology, cyber, and internet developments; and other such staff actions in support of one, or more, assigned respective regions.
Provide Support with technical and operational guidance to deployed elements, and overseeing the ongoing specific RFC regional plans and activities as requested.
Support and maintain the Automated Message Handling System (AMHS) account and message drafting competency and possess the ability to troubleshoot, align, and report any operational malfunctions as requested.
Support in the performance of the Information Manager for the appropriate region, including as a minimum, the Web Site sustainment.
SKILLS
· Minimum level 2 speaking, 2 listening, 2 reading Spanish Language QB as measured through the Language Testing and Certification Program (LTC) or Defense Language Institute Proficiency Test (DLPT) (Testing available onsite)

What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) Operational Advisor, you will provide advisory assistance to Army and Joint Force Commanders and units operating through the range of military operations primarily at the tactical and operational levels. Mission sets are often ambiguous with multiple DoD and inter-agency stake holders requiring the team to adapt based on the environment at the mission location. You will:
•Observe, analyze, and identify Army/Joint Force capability gaps and vulnerabilities within different operational environments;
•Develop and inform the development of rapid operational solutions to the identified gaps;
•Disseminate solutions and observations to the wider force and appropriate DoD and Inter-Agency communities of interest for integration into training and doctrine.
More About the Role:
You will provide operational advisory support to the US Army as a member of a mixed active duty and consultant team. You will perform tasks directly related to Department of the Army initiatives and be part of an organization combining the skills of seasoned senior level consultants with those of active duty military advisors.
You will work independently and in small groups observing, developing and disseminating information on capability gaps and asymmetric threats to enhance effectiveness and sustain US force readiness. This is a global mission involving service in various remote and often austere locations in current and future threat environments including Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Pacific, and Central/South America.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
•CENTCOM-based ground combat experience with a combat arms unit within the past three years.
•Minimum of two years of deployed combat experience from the post 9/11 era.
•Minimum five years of service within a Special Operations unit.
•Former military rank of E-7 or higher, CW2 or higher, O-3 or higher.
•Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
•You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
•You must be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead and supported unit on product development.
•Must be fully deployable (physically and medically) to the required theater of operations, wear uniforms as prescribed by the supported unit commander, and bear arms as prescribed by the supported unit commander.
•Must be able to pass an age-adjusted Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) on a no-notice or semi-annual basis.
•Must possess ability to carry an operational equipment load of 55 pounds.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
•Multiple tours at various operational levels that include a mix of direct combat, operational planning, training development and Ops-Intel fusion.
•Direct counterinsurgency operational experience in positions from team member through SF BN/Group (SF) or Company through Division/MEF level (Conventional).
•More than 10 years of service in a Special Operations unit.
•Advanced proficiency with individual weapons (M4 and M9 minimum), expeditionary communications, trauma and wilderness medical care, and personnel recovery.
•Ability to research, analyze, and synthesize information to develop informed solutions, concepts, and recommendations.

Compliance Engineering Specialist for our Milwaukee, WI location. The NERC
Engineering Specialist is the subject matter expert for NERC Operations and Planning
regulations and is responsible for management of the compliance program for the
Power Generation Business Unit across WE, WPS, and UMERC. This position is in
the PG Technical Services Group and would preferably be headquartered in the
Milwaukee offices, however an alternate headquarter location in the Green Bay offices
would be considered.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Daily management and administration of the PG NERC compliance program:
Team leader for PG NERC compliance team which is comprised of 6 Subject Matter
Experts (SMEs) for WE and WPS.
Conduct bi-weekly team meeting to review the status of the compliance activities and
cover various NERC topics and items that affect PG.
Monitor and ensure completion of work performed for each control activity.
Assist in the review of applicable program/policy/procedure updates and changes.
Manage Reliability Standard Audit Worksheets (RSAW) & attachment updates.
Compile and review compliance evidence created to support each of the control
activities completed and file in the records management system.
Interface and act as the PG liaison on NERC compliance issues with the plant
electrical engineers, members of our Federal Regulatory group, members of
Wholesale Energy & Fuels, Customer Operations and Electric System Operations on
an as needed basis.
Participate in the Power & Control System Portfolio team bi-monthly meetings which
include covering and reviewing various NERC compliance topics for PG.
Follow-up and verify that acceptable and completed corrective action is taken for any
potential violation(s) and corrective action plan(s).
Coordinate and provide PG responses for various data requests and surveys from
NERC, Reliability First and MISO.

Background:

Minimum Qualifications:
A) Recent strategic or operational experience in MoD or Afghan General Staff environments, strategic intelligence agencies, inter-agency strategic operations preferably in Afghanistan or Iraq training international forces, as a Senior Level Government, Military Officer, Senior NCO or contractor assigned to like positions.
B) Experience in one of the following disciplines: Imagery/Terrain, Requests for Information Management, GEOINT, Targeting, Intelligence Analyst/Watch Officer, Analysis and Production, multi-echelon intelligence fusion, intelligence business operations, individual agency / directorate functions, building intelligence institutions and Program Management.

Responsibilities:
• Participate in an aggressive, entrepreneurial group engaged in managing security, crisis response, rescue and other operational initiatives for Fortune 500 clients and strategic partners
• Strong analytical and project management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into operational requirements
• Assist with planning, organizing and executing evacuations for clients in need
• Provide client consultation services to include development and maintenance of emergency evacuation plans, site assessments, and tabletop exercises
• Responsible for creating, managing and enhancing relationships with strategic partners
• Plan and provide executive protection services for clients traveling abroad
• Domestic and international travel
Ideal Qualifications:
• Minimum of 6 years of military experience
• Special Operations experience preferred
• EMT-B or equivalent preferred
• 3-4 years of civilian experience
• Executive protection experience preferred
• Experience working and operating in foreign countries
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Fluency in English is a must
• Foreign language capability preferred
• Rescue experience and associated skills
• Ability to thrive and stand out in a fast paced, highly fluid environment
• Demonstrated leadership potential
• Ability to work both independently and in teams
• Efficient time management and organizational skills
• Undergraduate degree

We Energies and WPS is seeking an IT Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration consultant. The IT
Messaging and Collaboration Consultant is responsible for supporting business critical systems
related to the Microsoft Exchange and Mobile environment.
The systems supported include Microsoft Exchange, EOP, Office 365, Veritas Enterprise Vault,
Blackberry and AirWatch Mobile. Production support includes troubleshooting applications, interacting
with software vendors and responding to user requests. 24x7 on-call support is required on a rotating
basis. The ability to work independently on small/medium projects or as a team member on larger
projects is required.
Education/Experience Requirements
Candidates must have completed a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Management Information
Systems or a related discipline.
Successful candidates should have:
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members and vendors
• Strong analysis, decision making and problem solving abilities
• Organizing and planning skills necessary to work independently
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Project management experience preferred
• Experience with PowerShell scripting is desired

Job Description
Peoples Gas & North Shore Gas, subsidiaries of WEC Energy Group, are currently looking for
Gas Engineering Interns for our offices in Chicago and Waukegan, Illinois. These positions will
begin in May/June 2018 and will be full-time through the summer. Interns will provide
engineering support to Gas Engineering staff and gas utility field personnel on gas design,
construction, operating, and maintenance projects, engineering analyses, testing, and
investigations, while developing engineering skills, technical expertise, interpersonal and
communication skills, and project management skills. Assist staff and field project engineers
and managers on a wide range of projects in natural gas transmission and distribution.
Responsibilities
Working under the direction of an engineering mentor, assist with analyses and
preparation of plans, designs, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and work
procedures for projects in gas transmission and gas distribution. Examples: Review road
and public works project plans for conflicts with WEC Energy Group facilities, and develop
recommendations to resolve conflicts. Analyze commercial and industrial gas load
requests and recommend metering and pressure regulating equipment required.- Utilize
various computer programs, databases, spreadsheets, etc. to update computer models
and perform network studies concerning gas system flow and capacity. Determine
optimum design, costs, and economic justification of projects such as extensions of gas
service to new customers or reinforcement of existing facilities to meet increasing gas
loads.
Build working knowledge of natural gas transmission and distribution engineering through
exposure to a variety of facilities, construction projects, system maintenance work, and
projects in various stages of analysis, design, planning, and execution. Understand
application of project management to design and construction projects.
Other duties as assigned.
