Are you a Test Vehicle Coordinator looking for a dynamic company to join? Roush has an immediate opening for an enthusiastic Test Vehicle Coordinator to join our team! This position is located in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
Responsibilities
• Test Vehicle Coordinator will manage a specialized vehicle test program for our customer that is focused on new vehicle quality, following an entire testing process for a select number of vehicles
• Demonstrate leadership and responsibility to deliver results
• Ensure vehicles fully meet customer program requirements
• Document, validate and track test issues for a select number of vehicles
• Interact with customer product and quality teams on issue resolution, communication, documentation and final validation
• Work closely with engineers, technicians, mechanics and test drivers to execute efficient test plan
• Routinely participate and lead issue resolution discussion with peers and upper management
Qualifications
• Must have associate’s degree in mechanical or automotive engineering/automotive technology (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of relevant automotive experience -OR- 4+ years of relevant automotive experience to include research and development
• Test Vehicle Coordinator must have demonstrated experience and working knowledge of automobiles and/or quality

• Practical knowledge of ISO 26262, IEC 61508, or other relevant safety standards.
• Relevant experience in embedded systems development.
• Knowledgeable in fault tree analysis and FMEA is a plus.

Consultant for our office Pewaukee, WI office
The Welding/Fusion Consultant is responsible for the development and maintenance of Gas
Operations welding and plastic fusion standards and procedures to ensure compliance with federal
and state codes. This includes the administration of the We Energies company and contractor welder
and fuser qualification program for Gas Operations. Essential functions include:
•Develop, maintain, and update fusion and welding standards and procedures to ensure compliance
with state and federal codes in partnership with GO Regulatory Compliance department and in
partnership with the Wisconsin Utility Association (WUA) Welding committee and the WUA Fusion
committee.
•Administer the Gas Operations welding and fusion testing and qualification programs to meet all state
and federal code requirements in partnership with the Wisconsin Utility Association Welding
committee and the WUA Fusion committee.
•Represent We Energies Gas Operations on the WUA Welding committee and the WUA Fusion
committee.
•Oversee and provide direction and support for the GO Training Department for technical training for
GO welders and employees performing plastic pipe fusion.
•Oversee and provide direction and support for the GO Training Department for welding inspection
training for GO inspection personnel.
•Attend preconstruction meetings to provide welding operations support for Gas Operations steel

Education/Experience Requirements
This position requires a minimum of five years of experience in pipeline welding, welding procedure
preparation, and pipeline welding inspection.
Knowledge of Radiographic Testing and other common pipeline nondestructive testing methods is
desirable.
Prior API 1104 welding certification is desirable.
The applicant must know and understand the following: PHMSA CFR 49 Part 192 Subpart E: Welding
steel in Pipelines; American Petroleum Institute (API) 1104 Welding of Pipelines and Related Facilities
and Construction and Repair Standards.
Prior WUA/We Energies PE fusion certification is preferred.
The applicant must know/learn and understand PHMSA CFR 49 Part 192 Subpart F: Joining of
Materials Other Than by Welding; Performance Pipe PP 750 Heat Fusion Joining Procedures, and
Construction and Repair Standards.
Effective organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.
The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of Company and contractor
management, field personnel, and federal and state regulators.
The candidate should have basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
Applicants must comply with DOT Part 199 pipeline drug and alcohol testing requirements.
Preferred:
Experience with PowerPlan, PeopleSoft, SAP, Primavera P6, Work Manager (WMIS), Primavera
Unifier, or Microsoft Access.
Experience with ProCore
A minimum of five years of experience in plastic pipe joining and inspection is desirable.

Distribution Control Center Operator I
Position Summary
The Distribution Control Center (DCC) Operator I position reviews and analyzes outage
information, dispatches and directs field resources in restoration efforts associated with feeder
level outages and below, and ensures accurate outage information is captured. Employees in this
position also assist in substation outage restoration, as needed, under the direction of Grid
Management, the Senior DCC Operator or the Supervisor, DCC Operations. The DCC Operator I
position also authorizes and models in Outage Management System (OMS), Distribution
Management System (DMS) or Distribution Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition
(DSCADA) work being performed on the distribution system, including tags (Hot Line,
Clearance, Do Not Operate, and Informational). The DCC Operator I supports the DCC Operator
II during abnormal or emergency situations. Employees in this position are expected to work a
rotational shift within a 24 hour operational environment and are required to be on-call to
participate in emergency storm center processes.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:
Directs outage dispatching for feeder level outages and below and assist with substation
outages
Reviews outage information and dispatch appropriate field resources to restore power,
troubleshoots and analyzes problems to provide possible fault locations and direct restoration
efforts
Reviews, updates and ensures correct outage information is modeled in the OMS and
DMS. Also ensures that the Distribution System model is kept accurate in OMS and DMS to
ensure the best optimization
Authorizes, records and models in the OMS and DMS: Hot Line Tags (HLT), Clearance
tags, Do Not Operate (DNO) 7 tags, and Information tags
Under supervision and direction of the Supervisor or the Senior DCC Operator, directs
and models switching activities in order to maintain an accurate distribution model of the system
for the best optimization for megawatts from DMS
Periodically reviews tags in the system to ensure tags are removed promptly and that the
system model and data are accurate
Monitors DSCADA and DMS systems including remotely opening and closing Feeder
Circuit Breakers, Reclosers, and Regulators under normal and emergency situations. Install and
remove hot line tags remotely
Monitors alarms from DSCADA and DMS and assist with determining appropriate
response (e.g., low/high voltages, transformer load/temperature alarms, abnormal feeder
lockouts, etc.) and provides notification/reports to others
Under direction of a Shift Supervisor, Senior DCC Operator I, or Grid Management,
assists in directing restoration efforts associated with large outages (e.g., feeder lockouts,
substation outages, transmission line interruptions, etc.) and ensures that the OMS and DMS
models are kept accurate for distribution system optimization to achieve MW reductions if
called for on the Distribution System
Assists in developing and calling out emergency switching orders to isolate faults and
restore power associated with these large outages
Provides possible fault locations, and if not provided automatically, performs the analysis
to determine a predicted fault location

More About the Role:

Most deployments are 120-180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; manage requests for support from other tactical units; and work closely with a wide variety of units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with warfighter pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the Wexford Joint Analytical Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

•More than one year of deployed experience to the CENTCOM AOR.
