Roush has an immediate need for a Production Planner/Coordinator. This position will focus on production scheduling. The planner will utilize PeopleSoft ERP Planning to create and run planning instances to back up all buy and make activities to meet customer delivery requirements. The planner will coordinate material requirements with purchasing and other manufacturing operations. In addition, the Production Planner/Coordinator will be responsible for opening, closing and analyzing PIDs, reporting, production variance research, and verification of virtual and physical material flow. The Production Planner/Coordinator could also optimize batches, stocking levels, error monitoring, auditing production completion, and material depletion. This position is in Livonia, MI.
Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain production schedule including entering sales orders, forecasts, or direct production orders, as applicable using the PeopleSoft ERP system.
• Resolve material violations and release feasible production plans.
• Create production documents (PID) and follow through the production process.
• Analyze production process with departments such as operations, manufacturing engineering, and other cross functional groups to optimize schedule and material flow.
• Participate and/or run production meetings, report on shortages/violations and other issues that impact the plan while working cross-functionally to resolve and maintain the schedule.
• Release or coordinate with purchasing to release material requisitions.
• Coordinate with purchasing to track material from supplier to shop floor.
• Effectively manage material and production requirement changes resulting from engineering change notifications.
• Generate and distribute pick batches to supply production with materials.
• Identify potential shortages and work with appropriate departments to resolve.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related concentration.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in planning function.
• Production Planner/Coordinator must be a self-starter with strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
• Must be proficient in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, V-lookups, etc.).
• Must be analytical with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
• Production Planner/Coordinator must have strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, one-on-one, and be a true member of a team.
• Ability to be effective in a fast paced, metric driven environment.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Production Planner/Coordinator must have a strong understanding of material and production control and processes.
• Must be willing to work overtime when needed.

GENERAL OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
This recruitment is open to all qualified individuals and will establish an eligibility list which will
be used to fill the current vacancy and may be used to fill any other openings in this
classification which occur in the next twelve (12) months. This is a full-time, regular, nonrepresented
position. This position is funded by a two (2) year grant. If funding does not

Under the supervision of the Mayor, this position is responsible for the planning,
implementation, coordination, and maintenance of programs to improve the beautification, litter
prevention, recycling, and stormwater education in the City of Kenosha. This program involves
broad-based public education. The position is responsible for extensive volunteer recruitment
and training, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes. Encourages and maintains communication
and partnerships between volunteers and City staff/operations. The position will act as liaison
with various committees and commissions, City Administration and the Public Works Department
to ensure program accountability. Performs other work as requested or assigned.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kenosha Parks Alliance:
Lead City summer programming efforts in designated City parks to positively affect
neighborhoods and their residents with active community involvement.
Assist with the development of the budget for affected summer parks programs.
Regularly convene neighborhood committees to plan and evaluate local park programs.
Plan and execute kickoff and closing events.
Develop contractual opportunities with local recreation providers to conduct summer day
camps.
Coordinate with local community organizations to offer family weekend and evening park
activities in addition to day camps.
Assist with grant applications in support of parks programming.
Facilitate parks reservations, equipment rental, and Park Commission approval of events
for Parks Alliance programs.
Work closely with schools to target market to neighborhood families.
Education:
Coordinate the broad-based public education efforts of the City in the areas of recycling,
stormwater and basic environmental issues (litter prevention, over fertilization,
medication disposal) with the goal of increasing the awareness of people's environmental
imprint.
Provide outreach, education, and training for preschools, schools (K-12) and community
groups on recycling, waste and related environmental topics.

•Coordinates class arrangements and conducts training classes
•Develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities
•Manages train the trainer classes for the SOK staff, utilizes technical experts to assist in training when needed

•Ensures all elements of program coordination and management elements are met
•Monitors training and actively assists or provides direction as needed

Minimum Requirements
•Active Secret Security Clearance
•Twenty (20) years of military experience with US Army or Marine Corps with experience as a staff officer at the Division level or higher (or equivalent)
•Division and Brigade level staff experience in at least one of the following facets of Combat Arms: Infantry, Armor, Filed Artillery or Special Forces
•Occupational specialty equal to US Army Military 01A (Combat Arms Officer) or service equivalent
•Three (3) years experience in Operational Planning at the Division level or higher or three (3) years of experience in a Brigade Combat Team or Regiment
•Special Operation Forces with combat experience, preferably in Afghanistan
•24 months working in Afghanistan in any military capacity
•Deployed operational experience in support of the Global War on Terrorism (GWOT) working at a Task Force or equivalent level in a supervisory role

•Provide direct and general support level (depot level) maintenance of the following specific (but not limited to) weapon systems: M4, M9, M240, M249, M203, M24 Sniper Systems, 60MM Mortars, 81MM Mortars, M1014 Shotgun, M2, MK19, AK-47 series, PKM, RPG series, 82MM Mortars and additional weapons systems added to the Tashkil or issued to the SOB/SOK
•Perform armorer duties to include identifying differences between Garrison and Field Duty
•Oversee file management, publication management, supply management, maintenance management, physical security, key control and firearm operating characteristics’ Cycle of Function
•Create Weapons Cooling Systems, Operations System Design, safety awareness concepts, safety rules and weapon clearing procedures
•Ensure safe use of cleaning products, power tools and support shop safety and maintenance discipline

•Establish and maintain LL stocking list, parts room, inventory PLL parts, and turn-in process of weapons and NVGs, weapons; schedule services process, maintain troubleshooting procedures and IAW technical manuals.
•Complete operator organizational maintenance to include, initial inspection, corrective action, and final inspections; perform equipment PMCS on weapon systems, NVDs, and PEQ-2A; unit level maintenance and repair on weapon systems; basic issue items inventory; and operator level PMCS on Night vision Devices IAW ARMY TM 11-5855-262-10-2.
•Provide support Level Maintenance including troubleshooting procedures, initial inspection, corrective action, final inspection, maintenance, and repair of weapons systems
Minimum Requirements

•Provide technical supervision for the GSK sustainment mission
•Understand the MoD and network and logistics hierarchy and what they provide
•Interface between the support ANASOC and GSK units
•Establish the priorities of support for all the operations based on the commander’s guidance

•Monitoring critical classes of supply support
•Developing and maintaining LOGSTATs and allocating logistical resource to include facilities
•Assessing SOB units’ logistics capabilities and limitations
•Planning and coordinating support to SOB units
•Monitoring, managing and reporting of maintenance and recovery operations, and transportation requirements management
•Synchronizing of battlefield resupply
•Developing and coordinating medical logistics requirements and the retrograde and return of the remains of fallen SOB soldiers

•Establishing and managing inventory requirements and procedures to include monthly sensitive items, monthly (cyclic) and annual 100% inventories

- Familiar with DOD inventory control policy and procedures and/or commercial processes.

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are currently searching for a Construction Coordinator for the Construction side of our business. Reporting to the Director of Construction, the Construction Coordinator’s primary focus will be playing a vital support and business partnership role with the executive, handling the accounts payable processing for construction related invoices, maintaining and organizing all paperwork associated with the full construction process while acting as the primary liaison between National Home Rentals and outside vendors involved in the construction and home maintenance processes. With over 300 open projects, strict attention to detail and organization will be critical to success in this role. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Receive all incoming invoices, organize and coordinate approvals, and process lien waivers while maintaining records of construction draw balances.
• Process accounts payable specific to construction invoices.
• Reconcile departmental credit card spend and invoices; submit expense reports.
• Coordinate municipal inspections and utility appointments with general contractors along with coordinating water deposits and construction escrows.
• Manage vendors related to the construction process (lawn maintenance, landscaping, locksmiths, etc.).
• Research options for vendors, products and services (e.g. pricing, quality, ratings, etc.).
• Continuously look for ways to automate processes and minimize paper files, utilizing Yardi, Buildertrend and or other systems.
• Formulate standard work processes as deemed necessary to effectively manage a high level and constant flow of critical information.
• Utilize construction management system, Buildertrend, to track and maintain all construction related documentation.
• Assist with the onboarding of general contractors into Buildertrend.
• Request and upload W-9’s and certificates of insurance.
• Answer phones, handle all incoming inquiries and prioritize importance.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 1-3 years related experience (experience of working in a trading floor environment is a plus).
• Must have strong desire to learn about real estate investment and development (actual experience is a plus)
• Accounts Payable processing experience highly preferred
• Yardi experience highly preferred
• Buildertrend experience preferred
• Must thrive in a high-pressure environment with the ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks and meeting deadlines

Summary / Scope of Work
The Air Fires Trainer/Mentor for the ASSF Afghanistan Contract will Train, Advise, Assist and Mentor (TAAM) Special Operations Brigades (SOB), in integrating, forecasting, and planning the use of ground and air fire support assets in support of SOB combat operations.
Job Functions and Responsibilities
The Air Fires Trainer Mentor shall train intelligence officer(s) on the following tasks:
•Assist in fire support planning
•Coordinate with higher, subordinate, and adjacent organizations to facilitate direct/indirect fire support
•Develop guidance and tasks as required for subordinate forces
•Identify the requirements for additional combat forces
•Complete planning and training for Close Air Support (CAS) operations
•Advise and assist with Afghan Tactical Air Coordinator (ATAC) continuation training, execute duties as assigned
•Serve in an expeditionary role and perform ETAA missions
Minimum Requirements
The Air Fires Trainer Mentor must have:
•Active Secret Security Clearance
•Minimum of one (1) year U.S. Army, Air Force, Navy, or Marine Corps Brigade Combat Team/Battalion-level Fire Support or equivalent experience
•Special Operations Forces terminal attack controller experience or other service component equivalent
•Honorable Discharge from military service
•Three (3) years of Close Attack Aviation coordination experience
•Twelve (12) months experience in Afghanistan and Special Operations experience preferred
•Combat experience
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•U.S. Citizenship
•Valid U.S. passport
•MS Office and personal computer skills
•Interpersonal and people skills
•Organizational and project management skills
•Be willing to work in hostile areas
•Be willing and able to travel outside of protected areas via military convoys or MILAIR and wear protective clothing and equipment as In the conduct of their training contractors may encounter hostile forces
Professional Credentials Requirements
Graduate of either the Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) course, Special Operations Terminal Attack Controllers Course (SOTACC), Joint Firepower Course (JFC), or the Joint Forward Air Controller Course (JFAC). Observer/Controller Trainer (O/CT) certification preferred.

In this role you will: be working under the direction of a senior developer and will be involved in the entire software development life cycle from requirements gathering to programming to system maintenance. You will work on locally developed systems. You will also be responsible for performing set-up and analysis within projects and daily operations, across the company’s Enterprise systems, bringing together data from our various systems to create business intelligence models and datasets. Everything is in a Windows environment developed with ASP.NET/C# and an MS SQL database.
Mandatory
• Must have current Security+ certification before starting work
• Within 6 months you will need to obtain a computing environment certification MS 70-461.
• More than (2) two years experience with object oriented developmentenvironments. A solid understanding of programming design principles and a solid foundation with at least one object oriented programming language, preferably ASP.NET/C#
