Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience identifying new operational security technology, techniques, and practices at the group or higher level

Information Assurance Analyst
Overview
The IA Analyst will implement Cyber Security controls and security engineering for enterprise tactical systems. This candidate will also address vulnerabilities and maintain product security posture and provide risk management. The candidate prepares and reviews documentation to include System Security Plans (SSPs), Risk Assessment Reports, A&A packages, and Security Controls Traceability Matrix (SCTM). A successful candidate supports security authorization activities in compliance with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and has the knowledge and ability to create packages to obtain an Approval to Operate (ATO) for multiple systems.
Responsibilities
· Conducts vulnerability analysis on common vulnerability exploits (CVEs) to determine if they are applicable to DISAs assets, the impact, the severity, and mitigation techniques.
· Uploads applicable DISA STIG benchmarks to Security Center(s) on a quarterly basis
· Deploy ACAS vulnerability scanning and creates the ability to identify credential failures, false positives, scanning issues, and reporting issues.
· Lead, support, and maintain the Certification and Accreditation (C&A) requirements.
· Lead the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process for cyber security using applicable tools.
· Identify, update, and maintain the Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) and other required security documentation.
· Advise and assist associated organizations POCs in their efforts to prepare and submit ATO, Annual Review (AR) and Authority to Connect (ATC) packages to their respective approval authorities.
· Prepare system documentation for assessment in accordance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and NIST Special Publications (800-37, 800-53 and others); identify deficiencies and provide recommendations for solutions.
Qualifications
· Active Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI
· Bachelor level degree (BA/BS) in a technical field highly desired
· DoD 8570.01M CE Certification - Security+ Certification / Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification (highly desired)

Provides efficient, effective and timely Mechanical expertise to design and program management of Keesler AFB facility projects as part of Civil Engineering Services Branch’s staff. MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES:
· Work in conjunction with other Engineering personnel to analyze and calculate technical requirements, e.g., geotechnical, hydraulic, architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical, utilized in producing the technical portions of the Project contract documents, i.e., drawings, specifications, and estimate.
· Responsible for the performance of all project design and needed follow-up work to include Safety and Quality Control.
· Respond in a timely, professional manner to technical requirements, and to consistently provide high quality, cost effective engineering services and solutions that meet government expectations on quality, schedule, and budget.
· Responsible for the overall execution of all design projects and subsequent support work. To include: hydronic and direct exchange systems both local and as part of central energy plants.
· Services include general technical support of base operations, support of technical requirements through engineering design, and complete design implementation of minor construction projects.
· Act as the Base subject matter expert when directing design projects contracted out to NavFac, USACE, or local design teams.
· Performs other duties and assignments as required.
MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED:
· Standard office equipment (computer, AutoCad, Microsoft Office software products, printer, copier, and telephone).
· May require use of field equipment for testing construction work.
· May require driving to various locations on Keesler AFB to review construction or investigate for design.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
· Working in open office environment as well as the occasional site visit.
· During site visits, there is exposure to physical and working conditions where serious accidents or injuries may occur, exposure to disagreeable noise elements, and prolonged high temperatures.
· May require additional effort to handle multiple projects in a shortened timeframe to meet customer requirements.
· Work week is 40 hours, 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, 7AM to 4PM.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
· May be required to do field verification by walking across grounds, working in mechanical rooms of facilities, climbing on roofs.

Conducts comprehensive research scouring finished intelligence products and reviewing raw intelligence (from CI, counterterrorism (CT), human, signals, geo-spatial, imagery, technical, law enforcement (LE) and open-source intelligence collection); compiles relevant data and integrates data into a coherent whole; considers the information’s reliability, validity and relevance; consults other CI and intelligence analysts; puts the evaluated information into context; makes judgments about the implications of the information; identifies gaps requiring additional collections; and produces finished intelligence which provides comprehensive assessments of threats posed by foreign entities engaging in intelligence collection, terrorist, and/or other clandestine/covert activities directed against US/DoD interests. Identifies and evaluates assets, trends and patterns of intelligence activities of foreign intelligence and security services (FISS) and international terrorists. Performs tailored analysis to develop comprehensive target definition of far-reaching strategic threats to support operational planning and to identify opportunities for CI action to penetrate, exploit, manipulate, neutralize or degrade intelligence activities of FISSs, international terrorists, and other threats. Integrates large amounts of intelligence information on foreign intelligence threats into context in order to draw insights about the possible implications. Conducts in-depth analysis of on-going foreign intelligence activities to determine the significance of information relative to intelligence already known, to identify significant facts, and draw deductions about the probable meaning of newly evaluated information. Identifies intelligence gaps, specifies collection requirements to fill gaps in information, evaluates resulting intelligence collected in response to requirements and determines analytical approach. Identifies significant CI trends and proposes new or revised analytical projects to alert decision-makers to new developments and to meet client requirements. Prepares relevant assessments on emerging threat issues to identify gaps and seams, as well as vulnerabilities and opportunities, provides input to client decision makers on key CI analysis trends, evaluates and prioritizes threat targets, and develops actionable products to facilitate aggressive CI response. Maintains, populates, and manages intelligence records, information files, and a variety of databases.

Conducts comprehensive research scouring finished intelligence products and reviewing raw intelligence (from CI, counterterrorism (CT), human, signals, geo-spatial, imagery, technical, law enforcement (LE) and open-source intelligence collection); compiles relevant data and integrates data into a coherent whole; considers the information’s reliability, validity and relevance; consults other CI and intelligence analysts; puts the evaluated information into context; makes judgments about the implications of the information; identifies gaps requiring additional collections; and produces finished intelligence which provides comprehensive assessments of threats posed by foreign entities engaging in intelligence collection, terrorist, and/or other clandestine/covert activities directed against US/DoD interests. Identifies and evaluates assets, trends and patterns of intelligence activities of foreign intelligence and security services (FISS) and international terrorists. Performs tailored analysis to develop comprehensive target definition of far-reaching strategic threats to support operational planning and to identify opportunities for CI action to penetrate, exploit, manipulate, neutralize or degrade intelligence activities of FISSs, international terrorists, and other threats. Integrates large amounts of intelligence information on foreign intelligence threats into context in order to draw insights about the possible implications. Conducts in-depth analysis of on-going foreign intelligence activities to determine the significance of information relative to intelligence already known, to identify significant facts, and draw deductions about the probable meaning of newly evaluated information. Identifies intelligence gaps, specifies collection requirements to fill gaps in information, evaluates resulting intelligence collected in response to requirements and determines analytical approach. Identifies significant CI trends and proposes new or revised analytical projects to alert decision-makers to new developments and to meet client requirements. Prepares relevant assessments on emerging threat issues to identify gaps and seams, as well as vulnerabilities and opportunities, provides input to client decision makers on key CI analysis trends, evaluates and prioritizes threat targets, and develops actionable products to facilitate aggressive CI response. Maintains, populates, and manages intelligence records, information files, and a variety of databases.

Job Summary:
Cubic | NEK Services, Inc. is seeking a Special Operations Training Instructors to support Eastern European Special Forces training and curriculum implementation at an OCONUS site, for a period of ~8 weeks, with multiple optional rotations possible. The qualified candidate will have extensive knowledge of and experience in SOF training instruction, design, organization and implementation, while working directly with other training team members to ensure the content and conduct of training supports the mission and goals.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

It is also essential that the contractor have the ability to provide administrative support for meetings, correspondence, and gathering background information to support senior officials' attendance at meetings. Administrative support activities include but are not limited to:
Maintain Calendar. The contractor shall maintain the calendars of office personnel, coordinate the daily activities, and travel schedules to resolve conflicting priorities and requirements and ensure support for attendance at high profile meetings.
Preparation of Correspondence and Reports. Contract shall have strong writing and editing skills. The contractor shall prepare formal, official correspondence based on drafts from senior level persons in the office. Office Management. All contractors should have experience in administrative support and working knowledge ofDoD security procedures. Job Description:
The Tactical Combat Medical Care (TCMC) Instructor provides standardized instruction and testing for Health Care Providers (Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurses, and Nurse Practitioners) and 68W40 senior Combat Medics in Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and Role 1 Aid Station operations for the 150-hour TCMC course conducted over five (5) days. The TCMC course is based upon the injury patterns of combat casualties and the constraints to deliver medical care on the modern battlefield. Course participants train on the concepts of the TCCC Guidelines given realistic scenarios to include Army equipment, supplies and evacuation capabilities during combat. TCMC course includes didactic instruction in casualty care at the point of injury, triage, primary and secondary survey of combat casualties to include, airway management, extremity trauma, chest trauma, thermal burns, blood transfusions, wound management, antibiotics and pain control in the combat environment, splinting and dressing workshop, and fluid maintenance. Practical (hands-on) and simulation training exercises (STX) are conducted in airway management, treatment of extremity trauma, treatment of chest wounds, packing of medical treatment bags, treatment of a combat casualty in a Battalion Aid Station, life-saving emergency surgical skills, and the evaluation and management of mass casualties utilizing simulated combat casualty scenarios.
Minimum Requirements:
1.Physician Assistant – Certified (PA-C), or higher
2.Must possess documented and verifiable experience serving at least two (2) combat tours in Iraq or Afghanistan (2002 to date) or a Role I or Role II assignment totaling at least 24 months, applicable to PA-C, MD, or DO.
3.Physical fitness requirement that meets the student physical fitness requirements (multiple trauma lane exercises 45-60 minutes in duration wearing gear (+60 pounds) and carrying/dragging casualties and gear weighing approximately 150 pounds).

Additional Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Ensure SOF assets are kept abreast of all current and emerging customer processes, methodologies, and Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (TTP) for attacking networks that utilize IEDs.
· Assist in developing processes that focus on developing SOF Situational Understanding of threat networks and enabling DOD, IA, and IC communities of action focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks.
· Prioritize and categorize requests for support, conduct near- and long-term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, fusing multiple intelligence disciplines to support the application of operational capabilities in order to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate IEDs.
· Focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration and the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source data) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
· Work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations, identify trends, patterns and key nodes and highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.
· Will participate in and lead meetings, conferences, and engagements to exchange information, assist in making decisions, and/or provide updates.
· Identify and analyze problems and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DoD, interagency and international elements.
· This position may require recurring domestic and international travel to include deploying to combat zones.
· You may be called upon to support 24-hour watch operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Senior Level Requirement: Masters Degree with Ten (10) Years of relevant experience OR a Bachelor Degree with Eighteen (18) Years of relevant experience OR Twenty-Two (22) Years of relevant work experience.
Journeyman Level Requirement: Bachelor Degree with Five (5) Years of experience OR Associates Degree with Seven (7) Years of experience OR Nine (9) Years of relevant work experience.

Background:
The personnel of the DCOM-A G2 Intelligence Training and Advisory Group (INTAG) are responsible for training, assisting, and advising the Assistant Ministry of Defense Intelligence (AMoD-I), General Staff Intelligence (GSG2) Staff, National Military Intelligence Center (NMIC), and elements of the National Military Command Center (NMCC) in intelligence operations, policy, doctrine, planning, programming, management, staff supervision, process and intelligence oversight in support.
Responsibilities and Deliverables:
A) Train, advise assist the GSG2 and National Military Intelligence Center (NMIC) Current Intelligence Staff to enable the following:
a) Process all-source intelligence information in order to perform all-source analysis and intelligence fusion, formulate assessments, and produce relevant predictive intelligence products that support the current (Priority) Intelligence Requirements (PIR/IR).
b) Identify intelligence gaps in order to coordinate with CCIRM to develop collection strategies to fill such gaps. Through collaborative effort with the single-source intelligence sections (GEOINT, CI/HUMINT, IMINT, SIGINT, and OSINT) within the NMIC, continue to identify critical, specific intelligence gaps.
c) Maintain an all-source database (National Information Management System (NIMS) or authorized equivalent) to support all-source analysis, fusion, and assessments. Assess the effectiveness of these intelligence sources in terms of their ability to fill intelligence gaps and satisfy PIR/IR.
d) Fuse multiple intelligence sources (GEOINT, CI/HUMINT, IMINT, SIGINT, and OSINT) in order to identify critical Indications and Warning (I&W), perform Intelligence Preparation of the Battlespace (IPB), develop threat Order of Battle (OB), develop ad hoc and standing intelligence estimates for operational planning, and to formulate intelligence assessments.
e) Develop and maintain intelligence information that identifies and tracks designated/named groups, persons-of-interest (POl), regional atmospherics, and demographics.
f) Develop, update, and maintain regional estimates that identifies imminent or potential threat forces in order to assist target analysis and the targeting cycle. Use this process to support a robust collaborative effort with the Targeting section.
g) Liaise, collaborate, and share intelligence with all vested counterparts within the GSG2, the NMIC, MoD Regional Offices, Ministry of Interior, National Threat Intelligence Center (NTIC), Network Targeting and Exploitation Center (NTEC), National Police Command Center (NPCC), and any other appropriate intelligence & security agencies. Leverage this multi-agency resource to be used as a force multiplier for all-source analysis and production.
h) Monitor all sources of intelligence information to assess the adequacy of reporting and collection; assist CCIRM and/or other appropriate GSG2 and NMIC divisions with the RFI process.
Minimum Qualifications:
A) Candidate must hold a current SECRET Level Security Clearance (Previously granted and never revoked or suspended). If chosen, Candidate must remain armed in accordance with New Century Policies throughout the duration of employment in country.
B) Recent strategic or operational experience in MoD or Afghan General Staff environments, strategic intelligence agencies, inter-agency strategic operations preferably in Afghanistan or Iraq training international forces, as a Senior Level Government, Military Officer, Senior NCO or contractor assigned to like positions.
C) Documented experience in one of the following disciplines/duties: HUMINT/CI, Targets, Imagery/Terrain, Collections, Requests for Information Management, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, Targeting, Intelligence Analyst/Watch Officer, Communications (Intelligence Systems and Technical Support), CCIRM, Analysis and Production, multi-echelon intelligence fusion, intelligence business operations, individual agency/directorate functions, building intelligence institutions and Program Management.

As an Operations Research Analyst (ORSA), you will provide support to our government client and forward deployed units, focused on countering improvised threats and the networks that finance, build, or employ such threats. You will provide this support through reach-back in a CONUS location or embedded with the supported elements OCONUS. Duties will include taking structured and unstructured data and distilling the information into a cohesive analytical product for both a senior military audience and the warfighter. You will integrate data from diverse intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, IMINT, and HUMINT to illuminate entities and networks of interest, supporting both conventional and other forces CONUS and OCONUS.
More About the Role:
Your expertise will support multi-intelligence teams, social analytical teams, and special operations analytical teams. You will provide actionable, insightful reporting based on data driven analysis of operations. You will provide subject matter expertise on data mining, statistical analysis, causal analysis, and geospatial analysis. You will analyze unit operations through Operations Research techniques; produce trends assessments and analysis and C-IED analytical products; and provide information to the government client regarding the effectiveness of the client initiatives.
Your work will result in relevant and timely analytical support to a range of deployed units including Regional Commands, Division Support Elements, US Brigade Combat Teams, Regimental Combat Teams, Counter-Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) Support Teams, Special Operations organizations, Coalition Units, Security Force Assistance and Advisory Teams (SFAATs), Provisional Reconstruction Teams, and Global Response Forces. You will enhance the safety and security of deployed forces through Casualty Assessments and mitigation strategies.

• Prioritize and categorize requests for support, conduct near- and long-term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, fusing multiple intelligence disciplines to support the application of operational capabilities in order to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate IEDs.
• Focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration and the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source data) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
• Work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations, identify trends, patterns and key nodes and highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.
• Must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise.
• Able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.

• Minimum two years' experience providing analytical support to
one or more SOF units or commands
• Minimum one year of experience in forward deployed locations
supporting SOF

• Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually
conducting periodic travel within CONUS and 4-6 months

• Expert understanding of Intel targeting tools such as the

Polygraph Examiner
•Clearance: TS/SCI
•Location: St. Louis, MO
•Years of Experience: 11-14 Years

Responsibilities:
•Conduct polygraph examinations (counterintelligence scope polygraph (CSP) or expanded screening scope (ESS)) in accordance with National Credibility Center for Assessments (NCCA) standards.
•Adhere to the Quality Control Examiner’s (QCE) guidance during a test.
•Accurately document the results and admissions of each test.
•Record and file the results in the Personnel Security file system of record.
•Immediately after the exam, report any areas of concern to the Quality Control Examiner (QCE) and apply the guidance provided by the QCE.

Overview
Bluehawk, LLC is seeking a MoD Targeting & Assessment /Advisor (Senior) to deploy to Afghanistan
The Ministry of Defense (MoD) Targeting & Assessment /Advisor works at the direction of the Targeting Operations Branch Chief as part of the Counter-Corruption Task Force. Participates in all phases of the targeting process. Analyzes intelligence and reporting for lead development and assists in the generation of counter corruption requirements.
This position deploys for approximately 12 months.
Responsibilities
Generates targets for and participates in the joint, interagency, lethal, non-lethal, and Key Leader Engagement (KLE) targeting process from conception to completion. Performs daily review of intelligence and other incoming reporting for lead development and follow-up and assists in the generation of counter corruption requirements responsive to requests for information from Target Coordination Forward Personnel. Assists in limited scope analysis and when appropriate, provide actionable intelligence from that analysis. Plans, coordinates, and synchronizes efforts. Provides unity of purpose among all mission partners in order to achieve optimum effects with host nation counterparts, interagency partners, international agencies, NATO and US Forces. Establishes counter corruption communities of action and applies available partner nation, interagency, law enforcement, military, and international resources to COM RS priorities as identified by Targeting leadership.
Completes required training at US CENTCOM HQs in Tampa, FL before deploying IOT become a train-the-trainer for the rest of the Counter Corruption Targeting Organization. Completes required personal weapons qualification prior to deployment.
Qualifications
Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Education
• Ten years of experience and a Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Five years of targeting experience.
• One year experience with Counter-Threat Finance methods and tools.
• Previous deployment experience conducting targeting with US military, Department of State, or law enforcement.
Required Security, Certification, Licenses and/or Registration
• Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or possess documented immigrant status
• Must be able to successfully pass a government security background check
• M9 proficiency
Preferred
