1. Digital Reporter Welcome Program – TX; FL; CA; IL; NJ; NY; DC; MD; DE
A non-MSEP partner employer is recruiting for a Digital Reporter Welcome Program aimed to provide an introduction to digital reporting and an internal support structure for continued growth. The welcome program is a training program meant to prepare digital reporters for work in the field. Digital reporters are independent contractors and can work as little or as frequently as they like; a great advantage to this job is being able to work “flexible” hours.
Upon completion of the Program, the non-MSEP partner will continue to support the applicant by:
• Providing paid work assignments in their market (work assignments are based on applicant’s availability and applicable work in the region)
• Providing ongoing tech support during provided work assignments
• Providing recommendation for industry certifications based on practical experience gained. (note: industry certifications are not required to work or earn fees)
The Digital Reporter Welcome Program is a work-ready after completion program and will run approximately 6 – 12 weeks depending on applicant’s availability and work pace. This program will consist of online, onsite, field and self-study sessions. It is anticipated there will be approximately 15 to 18 days of actual sessions with the hours per day varying based upon the session. The sessions are offered in a “range” of days to suit one’s schedule and provide flexibility. There is no cost to the applicant for this program and the applicant is not paid during the program. Similar programs would cost $1,000 to $4,000.

Various factors go in to how much a digital reporter earns, including the complexity of the proceeding, the region they are in and the level of experience as well as the number of hours that they are willing to work. Digital reporters are primarily paid in half and full day increments, and the rate will change from region to region
Position Responsibilities: The role of a Digital Reporter is to capture and preserve the verbatim record by performing three main functions:
a. Create a clear and complete quality audio recording of the proceeding;
b. Create accurate and detailed annotations of case events and terminology to serve as a guide for the transcriber; and
c. Manage the proceedings as an independent arbiter of the record
Position Requirements:
-Pass criminal background check
-High School or GED required
-English speaking, reading and writing fluency required

Supervise a group of Right of Way Agents, Right of Way Analysts and various contract
agents in the performance of right of way duties as they obtain permissions,
easements and permits to support our service and project crews in the extension of
new facilities or replacement or rebuilding of existing facilities on private property or in
road right of way as well as settle damages after construction. Review and approve
the clarification, release or partial release of easement rights on property being
redeveloped or upgraded where our facilities are in question or need to be modified to
accommodate such improvements.
• Review workload so that all ROW associated service and project work is performed
properly and on time
• Balance workload among agents in the various districts and in the project group
• Review work, especially easements and exhibits, so that a high level of quality is
assured in all districts and train new agents or contract agents
• Provide leadership in safety, quality and customer satisfaction as we deal with our
customers
• Work with legal when issues are elevated to ensure that we follow state statutes as
well as PSC requirements
• Work with other work groups to assure that we comply with PSC standards and
guidelines
• Work with WisDOT, joint use partners, other utilities and the IRW to maintain a
positive relationship with our peers and those utilities and agencies with which we
interact on a regular basis
• Work with agents during escalated or difficult customer issues
• Assist with easement enforcement regarding facility relocations and forestry issues
• Work with agents to assure we are compensated on highway projects where
reimbursements are appropriate
• Assure that we comply with environmental requirements on construction jobs

Duties: perform NVH, durability, fatigue, and acoustic CAE analyses on aerospace, automotive, heavy vehicle, amusement rides, and industrial structures; perform structural and NVH-related studies, correlate CAE models to physical test data, utilize results to predict system performance, and drive engineering design changes in associated mechanical structures; perform optimization analysis for weight savings and performance improvement; utilize CAE software, including MSC-Nastran, Abaqus, and HyperWorks for NVH and durability analyses; perform fatigue-related analyses using different Stress (S-N) and Strain (E-N) methods, and crack propagation to calculate damage, fatigue life, and safety factors; interpret Finite Element Analysis (FEA) structural simulation data and couple it with computational fluid dynamics to perform multidisciplinary CAE analysis of systems; improve accuracy of FEA by developing, evaluating, and customizing new simulation tools and procedures for detailed component-level modeling, and by researching new methods of material characterization; design, develop, and optimize lightweight composite structures; perform static, dynamic, and fatigue analyses for chassis, frames, body, interior, and powertrain structures; perform root cause failure analysis for thermal, vibration, and fatigue factors. Requirements: Master degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Alternative to Master degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering will accept a Bachelor degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering + 2 years’ experience in a CAE position. Education must include one semester of study in each of the following: theory and application of vibrations; Finite Element Analysis, to include use of Abaqus software to perform NVH, durability, and CAE analyses, and boundary and loading conditions for FEA modeling and analysis; structural mechanics; autobody structures; composite materials. More About the Role:

You will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners. Most deployments are 120-180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other tactical units; and work closely with a wide variety of units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI Joint Analytical Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
More than one year of deployed Intelligence analysis experience within the CENTCOM AOR.
You must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
You should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.
Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.

What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) Operational Advisor, you will provide advisory assistance to Army and Joint Force Commanders and units operating through the range of military operations primarily at the tactical and operational levels. More About the Role:
You will provide operational advisory support to the US Army as a member of a mixed active duty and consultant team. You will work independently and in small groups observing, developing and disseminating information on capability gaps and asymmetric threats to enhance effectiveness and sustain US force readiness. You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
CENTCOM-based ground combat experience with a combat arms unit within the past three years.
Minimum of two years of deployed combat experience from the post 9/11 era.
Minimum five years of service within a Special Operations unit.
Former military rank of E-7 or higher, CW2 or higher, O-3 or higher.
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

Job Summary:
Cubic| NEK is seeking a SERE Specialist Instructor to conduct course lessons and exercises to support SERE training at our Lackland AFB, Texas location. Training includes instruction in Survival and Evasion Academics, Field Training, Resistance Training Academics, Resistance Training Laboratory, Evasion and Escape Training, and administrative support services. The primary courses currently taught under this contract are S-V80-A, S-V81-A and S-V88-AL. The S-V88-AL, ECAC portion is taught at LAFB, and requires instructors to teach conduct after capture instruction in academic, academic role play laboratory (ARL) and resistance training laboratory (RTL) environments; escape and evasion operational training; and administrative support services.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for executing SERE instruction in classroom, field and simulated environments.
Evaluate students’ duty performance and certify their competence.
Evaluate SERE and Code of Conduct curricula, programs, and training by using evaluation methods and performing analysis of training effectiveness to ensure it is current and incorporates latest Distributive Learning Technology Project (DTTP) principles.
Attend conferences or working groups, meetings, operate simulations/trainers, gather lessons learned and conduct field research in support of training.

· The nature of SERE training requires high standards of mental and physical fitness. SERE instructors will participate in SERE training events in rough terrain that will require the ability to lift/carry 45 pounds, walk up multiple flights of stairs, walk up to six (6) miles per day with a rucksack, and provide up to eight (8) consecutive hours of instruction.
· Each SERE instructor must be able to perform in a variety of environmental conditions including: indoor; outdoor; cold; heat; rain; snow; and, if necessary, extreme inclement weather.

You will provide the subject matter expertise on data mining, statistical analysis, causal analysis, and geospatial analysis. You will analyze unit operations through Operations Research techniques; produce trends assessments and analysis; C-IED analytical products; and provide information to the government client regarding the effectiveness of client initiatives.

Report any such incidents to client immediately. * Respond to emergency conditions within assigned area of responsibility as annotated in main SOP. * Must be physically able to walk, stand and climb stairs both interior and exterior for up to 10 hours shifts. * Must be able to accurately and clearly write daily logs and incident reports both hand written and through computer. * Must be DCJS certified or have a background in the military, law enforcement, or security. This course meets USD (I) mandated training certification requirements to be an Offensive Counterintelligence Operations (OFCO) Case Officer, thereby being capable of planning, developing, and executing OFCOs in accordance with DoD Instruction S-5240.09, OFCO. This course provides a national capability for CI Agents to independently plan and conduct CI collection (IAW EO 12333, DoDI 5240.04 and DoDI S-5240.17) to identify and detect FIE activities against DoD. The CI Collector can respond to validated CI requirements and support the identification, exploitation, disruption, manipulation, and/or neutralization of FIE intelligence operations aimed at DoD and U.S. interests. This course provides a national capability for CI Agents to independently conduct counterintelligence investigations to determine whether a particular person is acting for or on behalf of, or an event is related to, a Foreign Intelligence Entity, as well as determine actions to identify the appropriate resolution. The CI Agent can devise plans that leverage all CI functions, missions (JAW the DoD 5240 series), and CI investigative tools and defend their utilization of DoD Manual 5240.01, Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, affidavits and evidence. This course provides a national capability for CI analysts to independently apply analytical tradecraft principles, concepts, tools and techniques in direct support of complex Cl activities in accordance with DoDI 5240.18, "Counterintelligence (Cl) Analysis and Production." CI Analysts can produce analytical products to address threats posed by espionage, international terrorism, assassination, and covert activities.
