Job Summary: Under the general direction of the Director of Financial Aid & Scholarships, the Financial Aid (FA) Business Systems Analyst is responsible for providing overall support for the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Financial Aid Module. The FA Business Systems Analyst is a data expert who understands the business processes and functional needs of the financial aid module and configuration, regular use, and data structures of the assigned PeopleSoft module. The FA Business Systems Analyst is the primary campus Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Lead for the Financial Aid Module of the CSU’s Common Management System (CMS), the CSU version of PeopleSoft’s Campus Solutions product. The incumbent acts as the primary interface between Information Resources & Technology (IRT) and the functional area, providing module configuration, testing coordination and support, escalating technical issues and change requests; as necessary.
This position acts as a back-up for director level responsibilities related to CMS systems and functionality and in this capacity serves as the primary point of contact for the campus IRT department, the Chancellor’s office, and the campus Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management.
Required Qualifications:

Position Purpose: Reporting to the Senior Director for Risk Management/Safety Services, the Director of Environmental Health and Safety, is responsible for all aspects of the Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) programs for the University. This includes program development, performing technical investigations and evaluations, effecting compliance with laws and regulations, and educating the campus community for Sonoma State University and its auxiliaries. The Director of Environmental Health and Safety has oversight responsibility for the EH&S staff including performance reviews, professional development and administration. Facilitate compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • Design and communicate EH&S training and communications including, but not limited to, Confined Space Entry, Fall Protection, Forklift Safety, Lockout Tagout, Personal • Protective Equipment, Bloodborne Pathogen, Hazard Communications and task specific procedures. • Evaluate equipment and processes for use by campus departments as related to safety. • Liaison on all construction projects to ensure health and safety on construction sites. • Ensure accessibility for the campus community to share health and safety concerns.
Minimum Qualifications: • 10 years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety , including 5 years of progressively responsible and applicable management and/or supervisory experience. • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience to provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position; Master's Degree preferred. • Experience working in an educational environment preferred. • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the area of health and safety, with a proactive and innovative commitment to a high standard of safety and the ability to implement effective EH&S programs and design/conduct a broad range of EH&S related trainings. • Perform comprehensive compliance inspections. What You Will Do: The Program Manager for Dynamic Material Properties (Campaign 2, C2) will direct the program’s dynamic materials research portfolio in support of LANL’s nuclear weapons mission.Materials issues are at the forefront of many of the scientific challenges presented by the stockpile, as it evolves through aging and modernization and in response to changing threat environments. You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance, willingness to submit to a CI Poly.
More than three years of specialized experience in military or IC compartmented or sensitive activities (IJSTO, SAP, ACCM, etc.).
Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.
You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.

Physical Inventory Control Section (LGRMP) (LRS). The inventory section is responsible for centralized execution of inventory functions for the LRS/CC IAW inventory policy contained in DLM 4000.25-M, Defense Logistics Management System Manual, all in accordance with the contract SOW and relevant Air Force Instructions.
The Role and Responsibilities.
• Perform inventories/adjustment, submit schedule and proposed changes to the schedule to USAFCENT /A4R. Maintain a monthly inventory accuracy rate which is calculated and reflected on the Base Supply Management Report (M32).
• Perform causative research inventory discrepancies.
• Manage and control all rejects resulting from item records being frozen for inventory to include lifting the freeze code.
• Perform inventory count for cycle inventory, complete research, documentation, reverse-post and repost transaction to correct error conditions. All repost actions shall be processed within one (1) workday of reverse-post transaction.
• Utilize special inventory counts if deemed necessary. Special inventory counts are used to reconcile out- of-balance conditions discovered during other than complete or sample inventory counts.
• Consolidated Inventory Adjustment Document Register (M10/NGV836). Conduct a monthly/semi-annual inventory analysis.
• Provide a copy of the report, M10 and supporting adjustment documents/ research adjustment documents via electronic method, within 10 calendar days of production of the M10 to
USAFCENT/A4, which includes but is not limited to the status of inventory adjustments, the status of over 180/365 days inventory and reverse-post transactions.
• Document Control. May assist with establishing a Document Control function; work with IRP to identify delinquent documents.
• Work/clear delinquent documents within twenty four (24) hours of occurrence, Work/clear delinquent shipments within 24 hours of receiving the listings.
• May assist as a reject monitor and that the monitor will work/clear rejects within twenty four (24) hours of occurrence.
