Citi's Military Officer Leadership Program (MOLP) is a transitional leadership development program
supporting military veterans as they exit military service. The MOLP (Ops Senior Manager Program)

ITA International (ITA) is a provider of integrated support services to include analysis, planning, training, acquisition management, cyber/intelligence, engineering, logistics, and maritime support services to government, non-governmental organizations and commercial customers worldwide. ITA currently has an opportunity for an Intel Analyst at Fort Bragg.
Serve as an intelligence analyst performing threat analysis, preparing intelligence assessments of current and projected Integrated Air Defense Systems (IADS) performance capabilities, and collaborate with service intelligence centers, national intelligence agencies, and support elements. Conduct all-source intelligence analysis of foreign IADS and subsystems capabilities and advise on defeat pathways. Produce finished intelligence products in response to production requests to meet mission requirements. Must have the experience and knowledge to identify intelligence gaps, submit collection requirements, secure resources, and manage the production of IADS intelligence. The Contractor will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and analyst for performance capabilities of specific IADS, determine subsystems use (radars, C4I equipment, SAM, AAA, fighter aircraft), level of integration, tactics, doctrine, operation, strengths, weaknesses, and critical nodes. Requirements:
1. An IADS intelligence background.
2. Intelligence Analysis experience. Must possess comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of concepts, principles, and practices to include the intelligence community missions, functions, and capabilities as demonstrated through a minimum of 5 years of experience as an intelligence analyst, with no less than 3 years specializing in IADS.
3. Multi-discipline Intelligence experience. Must possess knowledge of, and experience with, various intelligence disciplines, including but not limited to, All-Source, HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, OSINT, MASINT, and special operations intelligence activities and programs.
4. Systems, Networks and Database expertise. Must possess knowledge of and be able to utilize various intelligence data systems to include, but not limited to, JWICS, and NSANET.

Qualifications

- Shall be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Combat experience required, 12 months experience in Afghanistan and Special Operations experience preferred.
- Experience at a Special Warfare School as an Instructor/Training Staff member such as JFKSWCS or Ranger School desired.
- Applicants must be able to pass CENTCOM medical, dental and other CRC-related deployment requirements at an approved CRC.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. 2 or 4 year degree in a technical field preferred. Oklahoma Boiler Operators License or experience working on steam or propulsion systems on ships. 3 years’ experience as a Co-generation Power Plant Operator.
Shift: Currently Day Shift M-F. Will change September 2019.
Compensation: $30/hr + OT (Will bump to $31.25/hr after training)
Job Description: Responsible for the operating conditions and the operations portion of the Co-Gen plant facility. Observes and operates process equipment in a safe and smooth manner. Implements and follows plant procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Oversees the safe, efficient, reliable and environmentally sound operation of plant equipment
• Properly operates scrubbers, steam turbines, generators, plant auxiliary equipment and systems during normal and emergency operations.
• Performs routine maintenance in order to keep the facility operational
• Generates and reviews Work Requests for execution of equipment repair.
• Takes direction from the Operator in the control room or the Unit Supervisor
• Operates various computer systems (DCS/PLC) to receive, analyze, comprehend and input data.
• Assists in on-the-job training of other Operators
• Responsible for maintaining boiler chemistry
• Properly fills out the required record keeping forms.
• Monitors and trouble shoots process equipment in the field.
• Assists in development, review, and revision of plant operating procedures.
• Performs housekeeping on a daily basis around the facility.
• Actively participate in established safety program
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Monitor off-loading Ammonia and other bulk chemicals at the site.
• Assist with improved quality and efficiencies in the Co-Gen Department.

Job Description: Seeking a US military veteran as a Major Gift Officer to expand the organization’s base of donors and prospects. This is a front-line fundraising role for someone with a strong interest in national security, military affairs and foreign policy and a deep commitment to the safety and success of America’s troops. The position entails building new, as well as maintaining existing, relationships with foundations and high net worth individuals. The Major Gift Officer will report to Director of Citizen-Military Partnerships.
Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and soliciting gifts of $10,000 and higher;
• Actively build a major gift prospect portfolio with the goal of carrying approximately 125 major gift prospects in active solicitation cycle;
• Cultivate 20-30 existing major donors to renew and increase their annual gifts;
• Re-engage and cultivate 20-30 lapsed or emerging prospects who are no longer or not yet giving consistently at the $10,000 level;
• Identify 20-30 new prospects who are not yet qualified and cultivate as eventual major gift prospects;
• Oversee all aspects of each major gift prospect’s relationship and timely movement through the solicitation cycle, in coordination with other team members as appropriate, with a focus on moving to a major gift proposal;
• Monitor all prospect contacts to ensure positive and purposeful prospect and donor relations;
• Lead and/or attend donor cultivation and/or solicitation meetings and plan/execute fundraising events;
• Work collaboratively and strategically with staff and Board members;
• Participate in and contribute substantively to organizational strategy and planning sessions.
