Primary Responsibilities:
• Work as a "generalist" on a team responsible for development and integration of current and future DCGS-N system builds.

Role Summary:

Essential Responsibilities:
As the Coordinator, you will:
· Maintain and use of computerized asset management and maintenance systems such as, but not limited to, MAXIMO and LiftNet as well as highly automated operational tracking equipment
· Track vertical transportation equipment (VTE), other conveying devices and the supporting electrical/mechanical equipment until repairs are completed
· Aid personnel in the effective use of systems in the course of maintenance duties

You will provide multi-intelligence analysis and fusion that integrates existing national-level products and databases to define patterns of threat and IED network activity and narrow the search space to conduct counter-threat and C-IED operations. As required, you will interact directly with the deployed intelligence consumer during the development of intelligence products to meet unit and subordinate element intelligence requests for information. More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed with warfighters to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. You will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners. Most deployments are 120-180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other tactical units; and work closely with a wide variety of units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI Joint Analytical Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
•Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
•More than one year of deployed Intelligence analysis experience within the CENTCOM AOR.
•You must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
•You should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.

Principal Accountabilities

Engineering
Oversee department administrative activities necessary for the effective management of organization goals and objectives, configuration and document controls, project scheduling, standards metrics within the department, and product quality. Devise solutions to complex engineering problems based on experience and sound engineering judgment.
Review any unique or unusual requirements requested by customers to determine the effect on the existing equipment designs and determine if the requirement can be met in a reasonable manner. Coordinate with the Business Development and Project Managers on these efforts.
Participate in the preparation of Technical proposals and provide support to Project Managers, Business Development and Sales/Marketing.
Travel as required; in support Sales/Marketing, in support of testing efforts, or as necessary to support other efforts of the company.
Participate in the preparation and review of design specifications for all new products, product development, and product improvement efforts.
Participate in the design efforts and the design reviews to insure that the highest quality products are engineered by the company.
Work with the Systems Engineer in the development of specifications, use cases, activity diagrams, functional flow, timing, and interface integration.
Planning and Organizing
Coordinate with the Senior Director of Engineering and Project Managers on the organization, delegation of responsibilities, and planning of projects for engineering project teams.
Apply Project Management methodology and enforce project standards.
With the Project Managers, develop and manage project scope and scope change.
Identify and manage project technical risks.
Coordinate between all concerned parties to resolve conflicting technical or priority requirements as required to insure timely completion of projects.
Support the Senior Director and the Project Managers in the evaluation of on-going project status, including schedules, costs, and technical value.
Provide input in the development of Strategic and Business Plans.
Support the Senior Director, when required, in the evaluation of potential new standard procedures and new technologies for use in the Engineering department.
Coordinate with the Senior Director and Human Resources in the evaluation of personnel including individual performance, annual goal selection, level of expertise, promotion potential, required training, and areas requiring improvement.
Directing and Controlling
Support personal development; provide technical guidance, teach project responsibility, encourage innovative thinking and creative problem-solving skills, among the assigned engineers.
Supervise Product Development and Product Improvement efforts by reviewing and recommending solutions requiring conceptual design.
Foster teamwork and cooperation among project teams and interdepartmental participants.
Provide oversight and guidance to the engineers to resolve issues that arise with customers.
Review and direct the efforts of the Engineers in product development/product improvement from concept through to acceptance testing.
Work closely with the Configuration Management to insure that engineers are promptly and correctly processing ECRs and ECNs, insuring that changes necessary for current production efforts or in support of fielded systems are expedited.

Knowledge & Skills
Candidates should have academic and/or work experience in multiple engineering disciplines; mechanical, electrical, RF, control systems, data systems. Working knowledge of design and requirements development tools is helpful.
Knowledge and experience in intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) mission system integration and testing.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications, FAA FAR’s, and military standards/specifications.
Working knowledge of CAD programs (Solidworks, Pro-Engineer, Creo, AutoCAD etc.).
Candidates should also have strong verbal and written communication skills, and strong team building skills,maintaining an excellent working relationship with all departments within the organization and insuring that the direct reports act in a similar manner. Initiates and maintains contacts with engineers and representatives of other organizations and companies both within the USA and overseas.
High degree of engineering judgment, planning and initiative required. Critical decisions are required that could affect company profitability and reputation. All programs must be covered thoroughly in scope, requirements, objectives and potential problems. A high level of technical knowledge along with excellent communication and people skills are required.

In-depth understanding of engineering document control and review processes, configuration and data management/product lifecycle management processes (CDM/PLM) processes, and QMS.
Able to obtain security clearance

Overview
BLUEHAWK is seeking a Software Engineer, Mid-level for our open position in Herndon, VA
Responsibilities
Develops, maintains, and enhances complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing–intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real-time systems, business management information systems) based upon documented requirements
Servant leader who facilitates teams toward their delivery objectives and helps build high performing, self-managing teams
Provides visibility into progress and impediments
Supports flexible software and development, requirements analysis, process execution and evaluation, selection and evaluation of COTS/GOTS tools, and integration (both new and legacy systems)
Interacts continuously with customers and development team members to gather and refine requirements, ensure effective communication and implementation
Analyzes and studies customer requirements to determine the most effective software and other technologies to satisfy their needs
Designs, creates, tests, and maintains software, applications, and content solutions to satisfy customer requirements
Builds quality into the product using test-early, build-small, automated testing and balanced scope to stay on schedule
Follows a formal design process using formal user input, diagrams, and other accepted design techniques
Adheres to standards, laws, and established guidelines for development and delivery software, applications and content solutions (e.g., software reuse, modifiable, efficient, reliable, understandable, fault tolerant)
Coordinates creation and collection of necessary technology components and integrate them into a coherent design
Designs and develops visually-pleasing, content-rich, user-friendly interfaces with intuitive navigation
Develops and maintains software, application and content solution documentation to assist with software and application maintenance, enhancement, training and releases
Provide software process management and configuration management throughout the software development life cycle

Overview
In this role the Senior level Forensic Accountant/ Advisor will work in to Afghanistan - rotation 120 days.
Responsibilities
The Senior Forensic Accountant/ Advisor performs forensic audits and reviews accounting transactions for fraud, waste, and abuse of funds. At the direction of the Targeting Operations Branch Chief they will participates in the process to extract, normalize, analyze, review, and report with respect to data efforts related to proactive fraud identification procedures.
Qualifications
Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Education
Minimum of three years of relevant forensic accounting experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Required Security, Certification, Licenses and/or Registration
Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI
Must be a U.S. Citizen or possess documented immigrant status
Must be able to successfully pass a government security background check
M9 proficiency required.
Training is required at US CENTCOM HQs in Tampa, FL or in Reston VA before deploying to become a train-the-trainer for the rest of the Counter Corruption Targeting Organization.
Personal weapons qualifications training is required prior to deployment.
Preferred
The following is preferred but not required for consideration:
Forensic Auditors Certification Board (FACB) or equivalent certified; Forensic Auditor certification is acceptable.
Experience with Task Force 2010, the Combined Joint Interagency Task Force-Afghanistan (CJIATF-A), Shafafiyat, or CJIATF-Nexus; Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR); or other counter corruption organization
