Overview
Provides intelligence support for contingency operations, battle staff and operational-level planning, joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy throughout the Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR) and Areas of Interest (AOI).
Responsibilities
Provide specialized intelligence and threat analysis and production support.
Accesses and performs research on designated automated intelligence databases for identifying information of interest to the customer, downloading the identified information to an appropriate medium, and editing the information into format(s) to be specified by the customer.
Provide intelligence and threat analysis of the information that is tailored to the customer's requirement(s.)
Develop documents, summaries, reports, presentations.
Present briefings to key personnel.
A major portion of this work involves reports writing, intelligence and law enforcement research for a DHS component.

PAY: $17.00 TO $20.00 an hour, DOE/DOQ

LOCATION: Community Activities Division, Morale, Welfare and Recreation Department, Naval Station, Mayport, Florida.
AREA OF CONSIDERATION: CURRENT CNRSE EMPLOYEES ONLY
MAJOR DUTIES: Responsible for the administration, safe operation, custody and maintenance of the Auto Skills Center, Retail Store and associated equipment. Responsible for four (4) major repair buildings encompassing 30 inside bays, 20 outside maintenance slots, 15 lifts, high tech analytical diagnostic and repair equipment. Responsible for cash flow in the following amounts: annual income from fees levied for utilization of the work stalls and equipment approximate $80,000.00 and annual retail sales from the retail store approximate $20,000.00 with a combined total annual income of approximately $120,000.00. Typical merchandise carried in the retail store may include antifreeze, engine and transmission oil, hydraulic fluids, spark plugs, wiring, oil filters, air filters, hardware, and tires, etc. Incumbent must be a highly trained as an instructor or teacher with knowledge in AC and R, Engine Overhaul and Repair and Brake Repairs and equivalent schools/training. Incumbent must have superior knowledge of various types of specialized equipment; chain, cable or pneumatic operated equipment, portable equipment, pump units, construction engine equipment, portable generating systems, vehicle or equipment using gasoline, diesel or electric drive which includes but not limited to domestic/ foreign personal vehicles, trucks, recreational vehicles, buses, tractors, boats and small engine machines. Incumbent will be responsible for four (4) Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) community programs located at the Auto Skills Center.

(4) 60-day Hazardous Waste Material Site.
Incumbent is responsible for ensuring that an adequate inventory of automotive tools and equipment is available for checkout to patrons. Incumbent maintains inventory of all shop-owned tools, supplies and equipment. Responsible for the determining requirements for timely replacement of worn out or broken tools and equipment. Ascertains safety of all hand and power tools before checkout to patrons.
Directly supervises a staff consisting of: three (3) Tools and Parts Attendants (NA-6904-04), two (2) Automotive Workers, NA-5823-05, and one (1) Automotive Mechanic, NA-5823-10. Provides technical and administrative advice to subordinates.
Responsible for evaluating patron's desires (i.e. setting up and operating classes of instruction for groups in basic automotive repairs, as demanded and depending upon continuing patron interest and approval of supervisor). Handles all patron suggestions and complaints, furnishing the patron with answers concerning specific questions, or refers the patron to Supervisor. Responsible for advertisement of specials, availability of equipment, etc. to patrons through weekly newspaper articles, flyers as needed, signs monthly and quarterly publications.
a. QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of two years’ experience within the automotive repair and maintenance industry. Preferably a certified mechanic by State or National accredited program or equivalent. Knowledge of the rules, regulations, procedures and program requirements of the Naval Recreation and Supply System.
b. Knowledge of inventory control, storage and distribution practices and procedures for automotive tools and parts.
c. Knowledge of Purchasing practices, with proven ability to negotiate with vendors and to determine and convey product specifications to eligible vendor sources.
d. Ability to maintain financial records and budget for equipment replacement and repair requirements, consumable supplies requirements and maintenance costs projections.
e. Knowledge of automotive mechanics, automotive troubleshooting and safety procedures to provide technical assistance to patrons.
f. Knowledge of teaching or instructing with ability to write new curriculums and modify existing programs to meet patrons and staff needs.
g. Knowledge of technical computerized engine analyzers, four-wheel alignment equipment, air conditioning and engine coolant/recovery and recycling equipment, metal lathes, basic welding and computerized hand tools.
h. Knowledge of FEDP, EPA OSHA and local regulations for the handling, recovery or recycling of used lube oil, anti-freeze, transmission fluid, brake fluid, grease, solvents and other items listed as possible hazardous to the environment.

The SOF Intelligence Integrator will:

Prioritize and categorize requests for support, conduct near- and long-term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, fusing multiple intelligence disciplines to support the application of operational capabilities in order to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate IEDs.
Focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration and the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source data) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
Work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations, identify trends, patterns and key nodes and highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.
Must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise.
Able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.

Responsibilities
The Electronic Maintenance Officer (EMO) shall assistance with the command’s tactical communications systems to include their maintenance, repair, configuration, upgrade, receiving, inventory, and disposal. Due to large quantities and a wide variety of tactical communication gear, the use of this equipment in harsh environments around the globe, and the routine need to provide upgrades to hardware and software; NSWG-1 requires an Electronic Maintenance Officer (EMO) in order to sustain this equipment for high-tempo operations. The elements of these duties are based upon responsibility for local planning and management of over 4,000 voice/data radios, and over twelve major communication systems that encompass voice/video/data capabilities totaling more than $100M.
Specific duties include:
Tracks and maintains the operational status of all tactical communications equipment under their purview.
Provides non-depot level repairs of tactical communications equipment to include hardware replacement and software upgrades. Coordinates warranty repairs with vendors and depot level repairs with the In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA).
Assists with requirements documentation in support of Basis of Issue (BOI). Gathers data points from After Action Reports (AAR), Lessons Learned, and interviews with communications and operational personnel to support changes to BOI.
Assists with coordinating and implementing telecommunications equipment (antennas, repeaters, handsets, etc.) to support specialized training evolutions.
Recommends to the Communications Program Manager alternate fielding plans when insufficient telecommunications equipment is readily available
Maintains oversight of inventory records and enters new equipment into appropriate ASPRs. Maintains documentation on issues of equipment and ancillaries.
Assists in conducting extensive research on emerging telecommunications equipment to determine if equipment can satisfy required capabilities to support tactical direct action efforts, meteorological, intelligence gathering and analysis, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) surveillance and reconnaissance, and other emerging war fighting techniques used by Naval Special Warfare. Determines compliance with applicable frequency directives. Meets with operational personnel to gather program data and discuss significant problems. Identifies program strengths and weaknesses in terms of basic program goals and objectives. Prepares reports of finds and makes recommendations on solutions.
Forecasts requirements and submits strategic requirements to the chain of command based upon the war plan.
Pursues methods and new technology that can be used to maintain inventories and tracking of accountable equipment.
Develops load plans for transportation of systems.
Reviews and provides input to technical documents such as Capabilities Production Documents (CPD) to ensure NSW specific requirements are document prior to acquisition.
Works in conjunction with the Communication Program Manager and Communications Planner to coordinate the movement of equipment to support deployments.
Works with deployed forces to develop strategic network architectures. Makes recommendations on alternate communication paths, frequency spectrum, antennas or equipment that enhance the communications architecture and improves interoperability.
Develops Concept of Operations (CONOPS) on strategies, tactics, policies, maintenance and constraints related to fielding and usage of equipment.
Validates and prioritizes material requisitions. Determines shortfalls based on available inventory and initiates actions to obtain cost estimates to alleviate those shortfalls.
Acquires dedicated services, equipment, and/or facilities to support telecommunications requirements used in a global environment.
Develops concept of operations on use of telecommunications equipment in a joint and coalition environment. Develops SOPs on use of particular waveforms and networks to ensure compatibility when using different types of communications equipment.
Qualifications
Current DoD Active TOP SECRET clearance
U.S. Citizen who possesses a current and valid U.S. passport, and maintain a valid U.S. passport for the entire period of performance of the contract.
Possess a background with a minimum of two years of experience in the maintenance of tactical communication systems to include electrical repair, hardware replacement, and software upgrades.
Possess a background with a minimum of two years of experience in Radio Frequency (RF) propagation theory and operations of tactical communications equipment.
Possess and maintain a valid U.S. issued driver’s license.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Physical Requirements: Work is sedentary in nature but requires walking, climbing of stairs, standing, stooping, and bending will be required. Position requires adequate eyesight for reading, adequate hearing for verbal communication and phone calls, and no debilitating medical conditions shall exist that would preclude operating in an austere environment or prevent regular work attendance.

Rigid Tactical's SOF Intelligence Integrators will continue to serve their fellow SOF Operators by developing processes that focus on SOF Situational Understanding of threat networks and enabling DOD, IA, and IC communities of action focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating threat networks. The Intelligence Integrator will prioritize and categorize requests for support, conduct near- and long-term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, fusing multiple intelligence disciplines to support the application of operational capabilities in order to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate IEDs.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration and the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source data) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations, identify trends, patterns and key nodes and highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. The Integrator must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. The Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing. The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have a strong operational background and experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or strategic goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to create actionable target support packages. The Intelligence Integrator should also possess an understanding of IEDs as well as the local, regional, and global networks that facilitate IED construction, design, and usage.
Successful applicants will have documented experience working with multidiscipline operations/intelligence teams and familiarity with other elements of the DoD, the interagency and coalition partners.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to participate in and lead meetings, conferences, and engagements to exchange information, assist in making decisions, and/or provide updates. The Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to identify and analyze problems and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DoD, interagency and international elements.
Experience and Education:
Applicants must be fully deployable to the required theater of operations, wear uniforms as prescribed by the supported unit commander, and bear arms as prescribed by the supported unit commander.

The TAFT will provide training to Lebanese Bradley crews on BFV fire commands, crew drills, battle drills, offensive tasks, defensive tasks, integration with dismounts, Gunnery Skills Test / Unit Conduct of Fire Trainer (GST/UCOFT), integrate indirect fires & close air support, LOGPAC, STX lanes, PMCS, platoon services, tactical recovery, recovery maintenance, recovery technical inspection, and range operations including squad, section, platoon, and company level maneuver for the Lebanon Armed Forces and support long term Security Assistance (SA) engagement.
Additionally, the TAFT will provide Instruction and mentorship on general BFV maintenance practices which include; tool accountability, quality control/production control, technical inspection procedures, and maintenance records management. Crew training will specifically include training on the PLATFORM MOUNTED SYSTEM, NVD, AN/VVS-2(V) 1A Night Driver Viewer / NSN: 5855-01-105-7793 and the crew AN/PVS-7 night division devices.
Contractor personnel shall all be able to pass and maintain the physical standards of the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) for their age categories due to strenuous training conditions and expectation to serve as mentors and model the discipline expected of a professional Infantry soldier.
Contractor personnel shall have at least three (3) years? experience in their subject matter expertise and possess expert knowledge in the subjects that they will be teaching. Contractors shall have previous recent CENTCOM theater experience (within 5-8 years).
Contractor personnel shall have experience as an NCO (Staff Sergeant or higher) as a member of a Mechanized Infantry Unit.
Preferred skills and experience are:
Platoon Sergeant or above US Army Infantry (Senior NCO?s are preferred) with Combat experience and deployments as a leader in a US Army Mechanized Infantry Units are highly preferred.
Trainers will also have experience within the last five (5) years conducting training in theater with US partner force units.

Duties and Responsibilities
