EXAMPLE OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare for daily business, lock, unlock and check security; act as security guard.
Clean buildings including washrooms, stairs, exhibit halls, sales desk and outside as
needed; dust furniture and shelves; clean walks and stairs; wash windows; refinish floors
as needed - wax, polish, mop.
Empty waste materials.
Set up chairs, tables and equipment.
Keep time records.
Assist with grounds maintenance

Assist in snow and ice removal.

Training and Experience:
Previous successful experience in janitorial /maintenance.

Responsibilities:
• Implement, operate and support various devices and systems requiring evaluation,

Part-time position - 28 hours per week
Under the supervision of the External Relations Manager, this position recruits, trains, schedules

What will I be doing?
· Examine evidence in consultation with firearms and latent print analysts (as needed) to ensure proposed collection approach will not negatively impact collection of other forensic data from the evidence.
· Analyze and interpret data from analysis which typically consists of complex mixtures and low level samples.
· Collect potential DNA samples from evidence using approved procedures designed to minimize the possibility of sample contamination.
· Act as the forensic authority and ensure all samples are properly packaged, marked and stored in preparation for extraction.
· Generate STR DNA profiles from evidence and reference samples that could be used to identify, confirm terrorist and/ or criminal identities.
Other duties include the use of photographic equipment to capture still images of each evidence item and relevant key portions of the evidence item, or other exhibits, to support further analysis, conclusions, and documentation. Annotate the case file documentation, detailing the processing techniques and the examination results. Perform administrative and/or technical reviews of reports and worksheets. Ensure proper chain of custody is maintained at all times. Perform routine instrument maintenance.
What level Clearance do I need?
You must have an active Secret clearance.
What experience, training, and education do I need?
You must hold the following requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Forensic Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a closely related scientific field.
· Experience working in a forensic laboratory performing DNA analysis on evidence.
· Experience must include the following:
o Identification of blood and bloodstains, body fluids, and stains of body fluids, hair and other items requiring DNA or related analysis.
o Performance of visual and microscopic examination of hairs.
o Generation of STR DNA profiles.
o Comparison of evidence from victims, scenes, or instruments of incidents to evidence from suspects.
· Must be able to successfully pass a skills assessment.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in business or healthcare administration.
Additionally, 5-7 years’ progressive administrative/management experience.

The design and Intent of the Power Generator Instructor training course are to develop Instructors that can teach a diversely educated student pool starting at the Students level of understanding to a level of a 1st-year trade school graduate.
The 14-week advanced class will teach them how to perform advanced troubleshooting, repairs and power optimization. The course will develop instructors who can teach and train the student while the students learn how to perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs at the same time. The course will provide mostly hands-on practical experience for both Instructors and Students with approximately 80% of their time spent on practical lessons.
· Possess a strong knowledge of AC theory, motors, starters, transformers, residual current devices, and overcurrent protective devices.
· Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, instructions, and other technical documentation
· Plan training activities.
· Coordinate movement and storage of materials and equipment to training locations and set up practical exercises.
· Maintain, repair, replace or install a broad range of generator material and systems in support of school training environment.
· Maintain tools and equipment and maintain both to safety standards.
· Responsible for identifying proper materials, suitable for the use, listed, and as required for specific installations, submitting material requisitions and following up with materials and logistics personnel until received.

Scope
Under the supervisor of the Director – Information Technology, the Information Technology Specialist provides network support and assists with analyzing requirements to plan systems that will provide the capabilities required for projected workloads. Information Technology Specialist serves as technical expert for the development, implementation, management, and support of MSSI systems and networks.
An Information Technology Specialist may assist with the planning of various layouts and installations of new systems or equipment at all health service delivery locations in Iraq and ensure connectivity with DOS and other systems. In support of the MSSI mission the Information Technology Specialist may perform in any or all of the following roles as assigned by Director of IT:
Network Administrator - A network administrator is responsible for maintaining MSSI local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), Internet, intranet and network security applications. A network administrator may also be called up to design, install, sustain network hardware/software and supports the CHS and MSSI computer network system.
Computer Support Specialist - A computer support specialist supports CHS and MSSI and DOS/COM information technology policies and practices by providing technical services to end users. A computer support specialist may be responsible for help desk support and/or technical support. A help desk computer support specialist assists end users via phone or radio by troubleshooting, diagnosing technical issues and providing solutions to computer problems. A technical computer support specialist is responsible for solving technical computer problems by installing and repairing hardware/software applications.
Database Administrator - A database administrator maintains, supervises and tests CHS MSSI database management system, as required. A database administrator also schedules and oversees the installation, modifications and changes to database management system. Based on requirements, database administrators may manage a team of database specialists for special transition projects and implementations. A database administrator must have extensive knowledge in database management systems and be able to train end users on policies and procedures.
All services shall be provided in accordance with established standards, principles and ethics of the profession, applicable professional specialty organizations, and the high-quality standard for which CHS is recognized.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Performs IT help desk functions.
•Confers with managers to obtain information on limitations and capabilities of existing systems and capabilities required projected workload.
•Assists with the planning, implementation, and supporting of the network platform and with the installation and maintenance of various Local area networks’ hardware and software infrastructures.
•Assists with analyzing requirements for the computer and network systems technology and reviews available vendor offerings to recommend computer and network architecture solutions to the Director - IT.
•Assists with the planning of future enhancements to the infrastructure including networking needs, such as hardware software and storage solutions.
•Assists with evaluating factors such as number of departments serviced by data processing equipment, required reporting formats, time requirements and cost constraints, and need for security and access restrictions to determine hardware configurations.
•As assigned, develops policy, procedures and controls to ensure only authorized access and use of DoS OpenNet (unclassified, secure system). Assists the Director – IT and the Health Systems Administrator/Logistician account for and control DoS computers and other related IT property.
•Responsible for the day-to-day backup of the network and ensuring the smooth running of the networking process. May be responsible for training users to use new or modified equipment.
•Monitors equipment functions to ensure system operates in conformance with specifications.
•May perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by the Director – IT.
Other Duties
•IT service providers will document trouble- and other reports, service calls/work performed, system or configurations changes.
•Attends and participates in a variety of meetings and task force groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, new task efforts, and new policy requirements.

Job Requirements
Required Certifications, Qualifications and Experience
•A MCSE is preferred.
•Five (5) years of experience in a full-time IT Specialist or is required.
•A BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Technology is highly desirable
•Requires the ability to read and interpret written information and effectively communicate verbally and in writing where information includes scientific terminology.
•Requires knowledge of network planning and basic skills required by a Network Administrator, Computer Support Specialist and/or Database Administrator.
•All Medical Support Staff must have current experience and have worked a minimum of 6 of the last 12 months in desired career field.
Other Requirements
•Must have a current U.S. Passport.
•Must sign a CHS Foreign Service Agreement (FSA) and is bound to the terms and conditions of the FSA.
•Shall be proficient in the ability to speak, write and communicate in English.
•Work hours are based on a 72 hr. work week; typically six 12 hour days but other variations may apply.
•Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance per contract requirements.
•Shall attend a Pre-deployment Counter Terrorism training course prior to deployment to Iraq.

Physical Requirements
•Must be confirmed by a medical examination to be “medically and dentally fit” in accordance CHS Medical Readiness Guidelines and Policies and/or as dictated by the Client.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience/Education
Previous experience as a Special Operations Forces (SOF) Instructor and/or Intelligence entity
Previous experience supporting training exercises and scenarios
Highly preferred Naval Special Warfare Command experience.
Must have a Valid Driver’s License
Have extensive proficiency with Microsoft Products (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must possess and maintain an active Secret level clearance, Top Secret (TS)/SCI is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide web-based services to include: Dissemination Support, Web Master Management, Portal Design and Management as well as Data Base Management.

Select candidate will also be expected to provide web-based analysis product development, best practices and "long dwell" focused CONOPS/TTP development and analyst support.
Provide engagement support. GCCS Integrated Imagery and Intelligence (I3) Systems, and USCENTCOM Command Intelligence Picture (CIP).
Provide input to include Process Improvement Plans, USCENTCOM TTP/SOP for Maintaining the CIP, TTP for Maintaining the Command Intelligence Picture using GCCS-4.0 and USCENTCOM Global Command and Control System (GCCS) System Administration Requirements Manual.
Shall interact with analysts, functional users, program offices, national agencies and system integrators to maintain tailored information knowledge architecture and information flow with Government oversight.
Shall also display the necessary proficiency to provide expertise to enable interoperable intelligence systems and information flow between services, national agencies, Combatant Commands, coalition partners, and USCENTCOM.
Responsibilities also include supporting mobile training teams (MTT) in theater as well as attending conferences, identifying and documenting solutions to technical and functional information management requirements.
Prepare, review for proper classification and format, maintain, and post intelligence products to separate networks.
Determine, design, develop, and implement web site scripts and configurations to automate--as much as possible dissemination processes for intelligence products.
Provide dedicated support necessary to collect, identify, document, disseminate and maintain data necessary to produce accurate digital imagery for intelligence analytical products. Such digital information includes: electronic display of enemy and friendly data for electronic intelligence products, Digital Rules of Engagement support, GCCS Integrated Imagery and Intelligence (I3) Systems and USCENTCOM Command Intelligence Picture (TIP).
Duties shall also include configuring web products and acting as a liaison for in-theater organizations using WebTAS and CIDNE in order to install and evaluate new software releases and patches and providing SME support in the usage of CCJ2 tools and sources available for intelligence analysis and production of digital information.

REQUIREMENTS
U.S. Citizen
Bachelor’s Degree with 10 - 15 Years of experience in Knowledge Management, Intelligence Analysis or Systems related career field. Must also be experienced with Intelligence Information Sharing Tools and Applications with demonstrated expert written and oral communication skills.
Select candidate will need a strong working knowledge of and specific scripting skill sets that include:
