CONTINGENT – Observer/Controller (Special Forces)

ICE Inc. is currently hiring both Full-time and Part-time support for the Observer/Controller (Special Forces) position.
SUMMARY: The Observer/Controller (Special Forces) will support Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF) with Training Support to provide exercise management, role player, subject matter expertise and training support for assessment, selection, and training conducted by 1st Special Warfare Training Group (SWTG) (Airborne).
This contract supports the United States Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School (USAJFKSWCS) with training support for Special Forces (SF), Civil Affairs (CA), Military Information Support Operations (MISO) Qualification Courses, and other ARSOF courses.
WORK LOCATION: Camp Mackall / Ft. Bragg, NC
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide support to the Special Forces Qualification Course.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience/Education
Must have Advanced Special Operations Techniques (ASOT) Level III Qualifications.
The applicant performing the functions in support of the Special Forces Qualification Course:
Must be ex-Special Forces Non-Commissioned Officer (NCOs) of Sergeant First Class or higher, Warrant or Commissioned Officers who are subject matter experts on all aspects of unconventional warfare (UW).
Must have successfully completed Advanced Special Operations Techniques Managers Course (ASOTMC)
At least four (4) years of experience as an ASOT Level III in the operational force and/or as an instructor USAJFKSWCS WOI, 18F, or ASOT course.
Must be U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
Able to perform in austere field environment during all weather conditions, day and night and during field duties.
Possess a valid driver’s license and able to navigate roads and cross-country (using military/civilian maps, road signs, landmarks and/or provided directions).
Must be able to pass a physical and be in good health to partake in training exercises as required.
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must possess and maintain an active Secret level clearance.
TRAVEL: Based on exercise requirements, travel to CONUS locations (may include, but not limited to surrounding areas in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia and Virginia) may be required.

More About the Role:

What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) Domestic C-UAS (counter-unmanned aerial system) Intelligence Analyst, you will provide direct support to JIDO Homeland C-UAS J2 efforts. Leveraging your analytic experience in the structure and composition of unmanned aerial systems (UAS) improvised threats, you will provide multi-intelligence analysis and fusion that integrates existing national-level products and emerging databases to perform UAS threat forecasting to inform future countermeasures development. You will leverage existing technology to formulate C-UAS capabilities which will provide advanced detection in defense of Homeland facilities and installation. More About the Role:
You will work in the DTRA/JIDO J2 and fuse operations and intelligence information to enhance situational understanding of the C-sUAS threat and develop solutions to enhance the effectiveness of the Community of Interest (CoI) against threat networks. You will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners.
Your duties will also include performing research in technological fields related to improvised threats as well as utilizing knowledge of the basic functionality of improvised devices to include explosives, radio transmission and reception, materials, components and electronics.
Continued education on the UAS mission involves reading and analyzing technical documents for relevance and feasibility to maintain familiarity with various sources of technology information and emerging UAS systems. You will synthesize this information into topics for presentation to decision makers, with the end goal of determining whether technology can be utilized by extremists to overcome conventional defense systems. This requires knowledge of how defense systems operate, their vulnerabilities, and how they are employed by coalition forces.
You will produce detailed presentations to inform senior executives and on the imminence of threats, the nature of the threat, and the likelihood the threat could be employed by targeted adversaries. This requires skill in translating highly technical concepts into terms capable of being absorbed by laymen, exercising superior oral and written communication, and the ability to answer complex questions on demand, without a need to reference background materials. You will also accurately translate the magnitude of the threats from emerging technology that may not be widely available in the commercial sector yet and framing it into scenarios which would cause harm to Homeland interests and assets.
Travel will include attendance at various community of interest seminars, conferences, technology expos, and working groups through the CONUS. Your attendance may also be requested at numerous demonstration and testing events to observe emerging UAS technology and provide context to the exhibited problem set. As the technical expert for the Homeland C-UAS team, you will collaborate across agencies within different departments, requiring an intimate knowledge of the subject material and the ability to convey that information to scientists and engineers.
You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of Homeland C-UAS systems, enemy tactics, techniques, and procedures, and conventional responses to potential threats; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the greater UAS enemy networks.

About the Role:
The Education Liaison (EL) is a field position responsible for the promotion and lead generation efforts of Meditec/360training and any affiliated partner schools. The EL builds awareness of the MYCAA scholarship and how Meditec/360training and its partner schools can help military spouses reach their future career goals by meeting their current education needs. The Education Liaison is responsible for building positive relationships within the military community by means of social media and other channels with the goal of generating interest and starting conversations to promote the brand, careers, and programs offered. Focus is not just on students looking to begin career training immediately, but also on students that are interested in future terms. The EL will maintain contact and nurture those relationships in coordination with the Admissions team for future terms.
This position reports to the Inside Sales Manager for the Career Training Program division. Each EL will be supported with training materials, extensive social media training, and regularly scheduled training calls with team leadership and other EL team members. The EL will be provided all Training Plans and marketing collateral for informational purposes, social media posts, and personal landing page content.

The Order Management Coordinator will be responsible for acting as the hub for coordinating the Roush Performance vehicle orders life-cycle. It will also include the payment of all warranty vouchers, some metric generation, and customer set-up in our ERP system. The Order Management Coordinator will work closely with our sales, customer support and warranty teams to make sure we are supporting our customers by delivering an experience that exceeds their expectations. This position is located at our Livonia, MI facility.
Responsibilities
• Confirm and process all vehicle orders from initial entry to customer delivery using internal ERP system
• Order management activities include but are not limited to:
o Order accuracy review
o Communication with regional sales managers regarding order status
o Revise orders as needed due to requirement, date, and/or inventory changes
o Request any special needs from internal departments on unique orders
o Develop and report metrics based around order accuracy and delivery
• Process warranty voucher payments to dealers
• Performs other related duties as assigned by manager

More About the Role:
While not deployed, you will also provide subject matter expertise on improvised threats to various CONUS offices and organizations associated with training and technology integration.
You will interact directly with units preparing to deploy to areas where they will face improvised threats, providing insight and recommendations that shape their pre-deployment planning and training.
Relocation to Northern Virginia is not required for the position.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
o CENTCOM-based ground combat experience with a combat arms unit within the past seven years.
o Minimum of two years of deployed combat experience from the post 9/11 era.
o Minimum 10 years of service within a combat arms or Special Operations unit.
o Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Self-monitor work progress against fast-paced area benchmarks and achieve on time delivery of all work.
• Working with design engineers to develop and document test procedures.
• Using a wide range of test equipment including establishing and maintaining specialized test setups.
• Performing tests and recording test results.
• Working with design engineers to troubleshoot failures.
• Conducting tests at external specialist test houses.
• Programming and operating environmental test chambers.
• Record work performed on shop floor management system (ERP).
• Perform verifications of flight hardware and documenting results in a clear, precise and complete manner.

• Assist with area efficiency and 5S improvement projects.
• Responsible for some preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systems.
• Use mechanical hand tools and torque wrenches to setup test fixtures.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Associate's degree or higher required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in test procedure development.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering technology degree.
• Experience with thermal vacuum testing.
• Experience with vibration and shock testing.
• Some experience in space, aviation, military or other high-reliability operating environments is highly desirable.
• Software skills- LabVIEW or Python desired.
• Capable of working with diverse electrical test equipment analog and digital and RF.
• Strong team working skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be willing to work all shifts.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
