Responsibilities
Responsible for the management of logistics for multiple sites and contract medics in the field for subsidiary companies, including:
Recruiting of contractors, scheduling, arranging travel, usage and ordering of medicines, equipment and basic necessities; all operational oversight of services delivery
Ensuring that all medical equipment is operable and maintained appropriately and that all documentation is up-to-date and complete
Assisting with financial management of on-site operations (budgeting, tracking and reporting) for contractors and project expenses
Responsible for ensuring that contractors maintain accurate and timely electronic and/or written medical records and generating all necessary reports and updates for the Senior Project Manager, client, and Global Rescue home office and assure patient confidentiality
Ensuring that all medical inventory lists and controlled drug registers and reports are updated, maintained and documented at all times in line with the daily activity
Interfacing with subsidiary and client personnel and timely reporting to client
Daily mission reviews, case and operations tasking, including review and error checking of missions and after action reports
Travel to Eastern Europe every 4 months or as needed in support of the initiative
As a member of the Medical Operations team, provide support as needed for the following:
Staff emergency access telephone lines in our operations centers to respond to client health events and other emergencies
Manage and coordinate logistics for rescues and medical transfers from remote locations to hospitals within the U.S. and other locations (includes air, ground, sea, etc.)
Travel domestically and internationally via commercial and private aircraft to oversee and coordinate patient relocation, stabilization and monitoring
Travel domestically and internationally in support of operational development
Ideal Qualifications
Emergency Medical Technician – Paramedic
Previous experience in remote contract work required, leadership experience preferred
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Project management experience
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Highly energetic and motivated to succeed
ACLS/PALS/NRP/PHTLS or BTLS
College degree preferred

General Requirements:
· The contractor shall assist with coordination between MARFORSOUTH and the Military Groups, for all matters related to the coordination and monitoring of exercises within the AOR. OIG IT infrastructure is predominantly a Microsoft Windows environment (Windows 2012R2 servers with Hyper-V virtual machines, Window 7 client machines and Office 2010 (soon to be updated to Windows 10 and Office 2016, within a single domain. Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:
Systems Engineer core responsibilities will include, but not to be limited to:
*Vulnerability Mitigation: Addressing all critical vulnerabilities on the OIG network within thirty days of discovery by Tenable Security Center. Additionally, the Contractor shall address all vulnerabilities on the OIG network within sixty days of the start of a POA&M (Plan of Action and Milestones). There are at least four (4) POA&Ms for patching a year. The Contractor shall be responsible for applying patches, updating configurations, and any other required security changes on all servers, workstations, printers, and devices on the OIG network.
*Server Room Hardware Support: Monitoring and supporting all OIG equipment in the Consolidated Server Room (CSR), not to exceed five (5) standard size server racks worth of equipment. The Contractor shall report all equipment faults to the OIG Deputy CIO for Operations, contact the vendor for support, and perform all troubleshooting required to resolve all OIG equipment faults in the CSR.
*Big Data Support: Providing Tier 3 support for the production versions of SAS and ArcGIS. OIG currently has 1 SAS Server, 1 ArcGIS server, and less than 30 clients using either. As part of this support, the Contractor shall perform one server and client version upgrade every twelve (12) months to either SAS or ArcGIS at the Governments discretion. This upgrade is in addition to Task 4 (System Upgrades).
*System Upgrades: Performing a major version upgrade of at least one system every twelve (12) months. One system is limited to no more than one server farm of no more than nine (9) servers and one client on each workstation. This task can be applied to any one product (every year) currently in use.
*General Application Support: Installing server-level software, following and updating OIG Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). In the event the software is new to the OIG, the Contractor will write an SOP for the software installation.
*Server Decommissioning: Using the OIG SOP, decommission servers as selected by the OCIO OIG.
Minimum Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in related field and minimum 5 years of experiences. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

· Provide input to the integrated collection strategy, identifying pillars to focus collection against hard targets from Strategic Intelligence Plan, National Intelligence Priority Framework, National Collection HUMINT Directives, according to platform Placement & Access (P&A).
· Use collection strategy to propose Operation Directives (OD).
· Support OD development, coordination, tasking, review and reorientation.
· Provide input to determine unit collection posture and propose collection posture statements and ODs for assigned units.
