Responsibilities:
The F-1 Program Coordinator and International Student Advisor oversees services for F-1 and J-1 nonimmigrant students at Northeastern Illinois University in the capacity of Designated School Official (DSO) and Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO). Under the Director of International Programs, the coordinator ensures that the institutional policies are in compliance with US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) guidelines governing lawful admission, enrollment, and employment of all incoming, current, and recently graduated (OPT) students. In the capacity of DSO/ARO, the coordinator maintains contact with federal agencies and provides ongoing institutional compliance training of administrators and faculty on federal regulations. Further, the DSO/ARO is responsible for maintaining international student records through the SEVIS system, reviewing, issuing, and signing immigration documents and advising students about maintaining their proper visa status. The coordinator also creates and provides pre-arrival orientation materials, and working with other staff, plans and delivers day-long comprehensive orientation sessions. Periodically the coordinator creates other information sessions. As an integral member of the Office of International Programs, the coordinator is also expected to contribute to recruitment for the university and its intensive English program; as such, the coordinator will have some responsibility to help maintain accurate data on the department’s website and Facebook pages, and assist with other social media and online recruiting platforms. Overview
In this role you are responsible for providing world-class, advanced Counterintelligence (CI) and security operations training to the Department of Defense (DoD) and other national security stakeholder agencies within the Federal Government. You will provide CI subject matter expert expertise for course development, instruction, and mentorship in current disciplines of CI. You may include employing blended learning techniques to include a combination of eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks.

Responsibilities
Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Operations Course (AFCIOC} and Advanced Operations Seminar Instructor:
This course meets USDI mandated training certification requirements to be an Offensive Counterintelligence Operations (OFCO) Case Officer, thereby being capable of planning, developing, and executing OFCOs in accordance with DoD Instruction S-5240.09, OFCO. This course consists of classroom and practical exercises that frequently exceed 8 hour days.
This course requires work after hours and weekends and requires travel.
This instructor is required to have expert knowledge of threat country foreign intelligence entities' (FIE) methodologies and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
This is an 11 week course.
Qualifications
Must be a graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school,
must be a graduate of the Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity (JCITA) Advanced Foreign CI Operations Course (AFCIOC)

Bluehawk, LLC is seeking an Senior Intelligence Analyst (JAST) based in RESTON, VA.
Responsibilities
The Senior Intelligence Analyst will provide intelligence and forensic expertise as a member of an OCONUS deployed team and CONUS reach-back support.
While deployed, you will embed with warfighters to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. You will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners.
Most deployments are 120-180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other tactical units; and work closely with a wide variety of units, institutions, and partners.
You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the Blueahwk Joint Analytical Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.

Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
More than one year of deployed Intelligence analysis experience within the CENTCOM AOR.

Overview

The Team will ensure SOF assets are kept abreast of all current and emerging customer processes, methodologies, and Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (TTP) for attacking networks that utilize IEDs.
Responsibilities
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will:
Assist in developing processes that focus on developing SOF Situational Understanding of threat networks and enabling DOD, IA, and IC communities of action focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks.
Prioritize and categorize requests for support, conduct near- and long-term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, fusing multiple intelligence disciplines to support the application of operational capabilities in order to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate IEDs.
Focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration and the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source data) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
Work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations, identify trends, patterns and key nodes and highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.
Must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise.
Able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.

Overview
Bluehawk, LLC is seeking HUMINT Analysts that will deploy to Afghanistan.
Prior to the 12-month deployment, there is a 10 day mandatory CONUS training period in McLean, VA.
All deployed personnel are authorized 21 days of R&R, after 120 days or more in theater.
Responsibilities
The HUMINT Analyst will function as a part of an Afghanistan-based intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts in support of the customer's analytical requirements. This position has an estimated deployment of 12 months.
HUMINT analysts are responsible for researching, developing, presenting, and publishing HUMINT products at the tactical and operational level. These products will relate to insurgent activities, and threats to local/regional stability as part of an overall analytical team. HUMINT analysts conduct analysis of raw and fused human intelligence and counterintelligence data of insurgents who are directly linked to the acquisition, production, transportation, emplacement and employment of IEDs.
This position provides input to multiple Government requirements and objectives, assists with the analysis and production of various intelligence products, and supplies analytical support for senior military leaders. HUMINT analysts attend meetings and conduct comprehensive research on complex topics independently or as a part of a larger analytical effort focusing on force protection and threat-related current events and long-term trends that could impact the supported unit’s mission. This position is responsible for HUMINT analysis related to threat awareness, force protection, indications and warnings, mission planning, target development, damage assessment, and counter-terrorism in the AOR and Afghanistan in general.
Qualifications

Job Requirements: The position of All-Source/Targeting Analyst at the Senior Level shall possess the following qualifications:
-Minimum of 8+ years experience (Senior) or 10+ years experience (Expert) with DoD or equivalent Government agencies required with support to SOF operations.
-Shall be proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
-Shall possess strong briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
-Acute knowledge of SOF and/or counterterrorism intelligence experience.
-Excellent written and oral communications skills and be highly proficient in all source analytical support tools.
-Recent experience in Afghanistan, Iraq or other hostile fire zone supporting SOF operations.
-Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
-Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligible.

• Assist with the review of EW/IW-related instructions and doctrine, such as concepts of operations (CONOP), required operational capability/projected operational environment (ROC/POE), and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP), and provide recommendations to improve the documents and incorporate associated Fleet training.

Qualifications
REQUIRED BACKGROUND/EDUCATION/SKILLS:

SUMMARY:
This announcement is for a Senior Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) Intelligence Analyst position at the San Diego Law Enforcement Coordination Center (SD-LECC) in San Diego, CA. The SD-LECC serves as the region’s Fusion Center, providing tactical and strategic intelligence services, products, and support to local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies in their operational and investigative efforts against all crimes associated with gangs, drug trafficking, and terrorism along California’s border with Mexico. Within the SD-LECC, the CIP unit provides community outreach and security assessment services focused on the protection of regional critical infrastructure in collaboration with our federal, state, local, and tribal partners with critical infrastructure protection responsibilities.
The Senior CIP Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for researching and analyzing information on a variety of topics related to critical infrastructure protection from multiple sources, including open source, law enforcement, and classified systems. The Senior CIP Intelligence Analyst will use available information to conduct site surveys, generate assessments, and partner with our communities to help inform organizations on ways to prevent, protect, and mitigate vulnerabilities, develop and provide information briefings, and perform other related tasks to identify new critical infrastructure and vulnerability trends and increase situational awareness for regional personnel and organizations.

A Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in a similar field of study is desirable but relevant work experience would be an acceptable substitute, especially if the verified body of work is appropriate to the SD-LECC Critical Infrastructure Protection mission. Job Description:
Our Operations Research and Cyber Analysis (ORCA) Division is currently seeking a mid-level Military Analyst. Metron supports government program development, management, and analysis. Metron emphasizes systems involved in information-based systems from tasking, collection through processing and final use in decision aids and weapon systems.
Successful candidates will assist the Navy with the planning and execution of Naval Surface platform and weapons systems. Candidate shall provide Senior Naval decision makers with advice on programmatic support and financial decisions. Interface regularly with the client and senior naval stakeholders to garner key information and to verify data provided by naval programs. The candidate will be required to help synchronize and integrate Navy’s diverse surface and weapon programs, systems, functions and initiatives to maintain air and maritime superiority and meet future combat objectives in high-threat environments.
Responsibilities:
• BS in Math, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research or related technical discipline preferred
• 6+ years of military service or comparable experience providing direct support to the military is required
• Active DoD Clearance is required, Secret level and TS level positions are available
Successful candidates will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in the following systems: Operations and Integration of Shipboard Combat Systems (AEGIS C&D, ACDS, BMD), Ship Communications / Networks (Tactical Data Links, Link 16, Ship Satellite Systems, HF/UHF/VHF, CANES), Shipboard Radar / Sensors (SPS 48, 49, SPY-1, etc.), and Ship Weapons and Self -Defense Systems.
• Experience as Tactical Action Officer (TAO), Ship Self Defense Systems (SSDS), and Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW))
• Experience in C4I and Command & Control (C2) tactics / systems such as Global Command Control System (GCSS) and Global Command Support System (GCSS)
