Accelerate MVP is a 12-month paid residency - A work-and-learn program for recently transitioned or transitioning SOF. The residency is designed for special operations members who are seeking to Accelerate their career, receive career development through challenging, in-depth work assignments, and professional mentorships in the marketing services industry.
The skills that make a professional successful in marketing and advertising at first glance seem far removed from what the military teaches, but an understanding of how to prepare and win assignments, analyze data, predict and influence patterns of behavior, excel at project and account management, and the ability to successfully work in teams and have the confidence and intelligence to provide an alternative point of view are all attributes that are necessary to be successful.
The disciplines of marketing and advertising have become more data centric and require a keen understanding of the environment, competition and regulations. The resident is provided an opportunity to gain invaluable experience working with agency leaders and some of the biggest brands in the industry. He can use the skills and experience from the military and apply them in a career in marketing and advertising.

Enterprise IT contract joining a team of 60+ engineers responsible for the architecture, engineering, integration, operations, maintenance and sustainment of a world-wide multi-level / multiple classification Enterprise IT environment enabling collaboration between the US and Foreign parties. Optimize end-to-end system performance and dataflow management.

Conduct data captures to obtain network performance information.

Strategic Solution Unlimited, Inc. (SSU) is currently accepting resumes for the position of Exploitation Analysis Center Technician/Instructor to provide training support for the JETC, C Company, 6th Battalion, 1st Special Warfare Training Group (Airborne) in Fort Bragg, NC. JETC is responsible for providing education and training in Special Operations Forces Site Exploitation (SOFSE) for Joint-Special Operation Forces (SOF) units and for the preparation of those units for world-wide deployments in support of on-going and future operations plans.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in all facets of course development to ensure that all training is conducted safely and all required personnel and materials are available.
Develop related courses and curriculum as well as the development of supporting Programs of Instruction and Lesson Plans.
Conduct research and development into current and valid TTP’s related to subject matter taught.
Prepare lesson plans, training objectives and testing in a classroom setting.
Use classroom media and devices, including PowerPoint, digital projectors, etc.
Provide one-on-one guidance to students, as needed.
Provide experience and insight to emerging TTP’s to military operations personnel.
Develop training materials and conduct training classes in support of tailored client requirements.
Instructors’ workday is up to 10 hours per day to include some weekends and Federal holidays. This may vary depending on Government or course requirements, with sufficient notice prior to execution. Typical workweek will not exceed 40 hours.
Instructors shall support the transport, inventory, and set up of equipment for all training events and practical exercises. This will also include re-setting the training scenarios, and assisting in the recovery and clean-up after training.
Instructors shall work outside in all types of weather (e.g., heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.). Contractor employees shall be self-sustaining while on site (i.e., wearing appropriate clothing for cold, hot, and/or inclement weather, items for personal comfort and any food needed for the training period.)
Classroom instructors shall be dressed in business casual clothing consisting of khaki pants and collared black polo shirts with the JETC insignia and Company Name. JETC insignia will be provided to the successful candidate.
Travel as required by the company and/or the customer, sometimes on short notice.
Other duties as directed or assigned.
Instructors may be required to complete ongoing and additional training, as needed.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Ten (10) years’ experience with the Department of Justice standards for forensic collection and processing.
Ten (10) years’ experience with chemical and biological material identification, collection and processing.
Ten (10) years’ experience with drug, explosive trace, and bulk collection and analysis, operation and maintenance of Exploitation Analysis Center equipment; to include, but not limited to, Griffin 460, First Defender RMX, TruDefender FT, SABRE 5000, Fuming Hoods, Superglue Fuming Chambers, Digital Cameras, and UVIR Stimulators.

Five (5) years’ experience recovering and handling controlled substances and explosive materials in accordance with U.S. Federal and State laws

Must be able to speak to large or small audiences, speak clearly to instruct, and evaluate and counsel students in the subtle and difficult concepts of the subject matter.

General Job Responsibilities

This course provides a national capability for CI Agents and Cyber SupportSpecialists to independently conduct cyber support to Counterespionage (CE)investigations in accordance with applicable laws, strategies, and policies.
The training emphasizes emerging and evolving technologies and their impact on CIinvestigative activities and the application of cyber tools and techniques used in conjunction with CI/CE investigative methodologies.
This course consists of web based training, classroom, and practical exercises that frequently exceed 8 hour days.
This course requires work after hours and weekends.
This is a four week course.
Qualifications
Senior Level:
Must be a graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school and
must have a minimum of five (5) years' experience conducting or supporting CI Investigations as a Special Agent in support of CI investigations in cyberspace.

INTRODUCTION: The purpose of this position is to serve as the primary initial point of contact for victims of sexual assault and works closely with the installation SARC at NSA Bahrain to ensure comprehensive care for victims throughout their care process. Serves as an advocate for the expressed interests of victims with all intervening agencies to include law enforcement, chaplains, medical, and legal. Will be required to complete in-person DoD Sexual Assault Advocate Credentialing Program SAPR Victim Advocate training.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The SAPR VA Support Specialist works under the program oversight of the installation Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC) for sexual assault cases and is supervised by Installation SARC. Briefs the SARC to apprise them of SAPR service provision. Serves on the SAPR watch bill as a primary, initial point of contact for victims of sexual assault and as an advocate for the expressed interests of victims. Assists the SARC in coordinating the services that victims receive from various agencies including medical, legal, mental health and investigative services. Facilitates care and provide referrals and non-clinical support to the adult victims of a sexual assault. Provides information and facilitates referrals for services tailored to the client’s needs and safety. Attends Sexual Assault Case Management Group meetings on behalf of victims to ensure the victim’s needs are met. Provides SAPR training on prevention and response processes as directed. Supports data collection efforts as required.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Completion of a four year degree in behavioral health, social science, or criminal justice and two years of experience that demonstrates acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral health or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field;

INTRODUCTION: This position is that of installation Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC). The SARC serves as the designated program manager of sexual assault victim support services, oversees local implementation and execution of the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Program, and ensures comprehensive victim services are provided through a coordinated community response. The SARC provides overall management of sexual assault awareness, prevention, training, and victim advocacy.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The incumbent is notified of all reports of sexual assault within the installations in their Area of Responsibility (AOR) and provides case management of all reported cases of sexual assault from initial report through final disposition. The incumbent ensures all unrestricted reports of sexual assault are presented monthly to the Sexual Assault Case Management Group (SACMG) until transfer/closure. Ensures cases to be transferred are completed expeditiously and victim confidentiality is maintained. The incumbent conducts ongoing assessment of consistency and effectiveness of the SAPR Program and service care system within the installations in their AOR and supports the development and implementation of the installation SAPR Program and all tenant Naval commands. The incumbent tracks the status of the SAPR Program within their AOR: issues, trends, areas needing improvement, effectiveness of local case management, and installation climate. Ensures collection of data to include, but not limited to, number of cases received, trainings provided, and personnel trained at installation, in compliance with CNIC HQ SAP policies and guidance. The incumbent coordinates and monitors services provided for sexual assault victims throughout regional installations. The incumbent maintains victim and incident case information, subject demographics and disposition, and training records for case management and monthly reporting through DSAID in accordance with regulatory and policy guidance and as established by DOD and Navy policy. When the technician is asked to act on dispensing instructions from a prescription, they can act and prioritize the requests.
The technician has sufficient experience with the type of requests and their critical nature to be able to know when to proceed and when to immediately alert a pharmacist for follow-up.
Sets up medications needed for new orders and arranges for a pharmacist to check all preceding steps.
Receives supplies and checks receipts against requisitions.
Checks for shortages, breakage, deterioration and expiration dates. Discrepancies found are reported to the pharmacist.
Performs computer entry of vouchers or invoices into various program applications for monitoring pharmacy expenditures and generating reports. Determines appropriate stock levels as well as the critical nature of different drugs and the consequences of being short on these supplies.
Consults with a pharmacist to prevent inventory problems and prepares requisitions accordingly.
Withdraws outdated drugs, determines proper disposition (destruction or credit returns) and prepares necessary paper work to initiate proper action.
Places supply orders through mandatory government and non-government sources, which include data entry into computer applications for figuring the total dollar value and generating a quarterly report, and determine the kind of packaging and shipping required for such items.
Makes necessary changes to quantities requested depending on stock levels to avoid total depletion and notifies a pharmacist of any discrepancies found in the requisition.
Packages bulk drugs, which include liquids, tablets, capsules, ointments and creams, etc. into specific quantities and various size containers.
Operates various types of equipment such as tablet and capsule counting machines and labeling machines.
Records all prepackage information including lot number, expiration date, manufacturer, current date, initials (incumbent), and sets them aside for final check by a registered pharmacist.
On a daily basis checks the medicine cabinet and all areas of the clinic where night pharmacy service is available. Responsible for refilling any missing pharmacy drugs or supply items used during the night.
Inspects and logs the temperature of all refrigerators that contain any type of pharmaceutical reports problems.
As directed, or in conjunction with a pharmacist, conducts orientations, for new staff, to pharmacy policy and practice within the clinic.
Keeps staff appraised of changes in protocols, drug recalls, etc. that may affect patient safety.
Utilizes a personal computer to enter and tabulate data for the monthly workload record.
Manipulates data spreadsheet software in order to provide statistical analysis of the workload. Prepares quarterly reports, which identify trends in usage, peculiarities, and discrepancies.
Collects daily as required or works with a pharmacist to provide workload data, tabulates onto workload sheets, prepares figures for entry into a statistical program, and enters data into that program.
Is familiar with the statistical program that has been designed specifically for this location as well as others for basic spreadsheet capabilities and uses standard techniques.
Is fully familiar with all aspects of the program to include adding new patients, doctors, and drugs to the databases as well as editing prescriptions and querying the program for data related to drug usage and workload statistics.
Adds new patients to the pill line and updates current patients when orders are renewed. Prepares computer generated medication administration record (MAR) for patients on the pill line.
Adds new patients to the Isoniazid tuberculosis prophylaxis directly observed therapy (DOT) list (if separate from the regular pill line).
Clean equipment and work areas in the pharmacy.
Performs record keeping functions in accordance with program policies and position.
Maintains functional proficiency and ease of use utilizing electronic health records as required by, and appropriate to, position.
Completes and passes all discipline specific competencies testing, initially and annually.
Completes all initial, annual and ad hoc training as required/assigned.
Maintains patient confidentiality, and confidentiality of medical records, in compliance with the Privacy Act and HIPAA regulations in all work activities.
Adheres to, and maintains awareness of, the client’s Policies, Procedures, Directives, Operational Memoranda and accreditation standards as prescribed by the client.
Adheres to, and participates in, the client’s Safety, Prevention, Infection and Control, Quality Improvement, Patient Education and other programs and collateral duties as appropriate to position.
Attends and participates in general/medical staff meetings.
Other duties as assigned.

May lead or participate in interdepartmental project groups or task forces to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, new task efforts, contract awards, and new policy requirements.
Supports marketing and sales objectives and efforts as requested.
May be asked to travel for client meetings, presentations, etc. Travel less than 25%.
Performs duties in a safe manner. Follows the corporate safety policy. Participates and supports safety meetings, training and goals. Ensures safe operating conditions within area of responsibility. Encourages co-workers to work safely. Identifies “close calls” and/or safety concerns to supervisory personnel. Maintains a clean and orderly work area.
Assists in active implementation of company initiatives to ensure compliance with OSHA VPP, ISO, JCAHO, AAAHC, and other mandated regulations/standards.
May serve on the OSHA VPP, Safety, and Wellness Committees.
Physical Requirements:
Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time.
May require bending, stooping and lifting up to 15 lbs.
