Overview
Bluehawk, LLC is seeking an Irregular Warfare Analyst, role that is based in RESTON, VA.
As an Irregular Warfare Analyst, you will serve in both a deployed and reach back role, conducting irregular warfare analysis on threat networks that employ or facilitate the use of improvised threats such as Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).
You will support SOF and conventional units in comprehending how irregular warfare threats are organized, manned, equipped, and sustained and provide intelligence support to policy makers, planners, and operational forces engaging these threats.
Responsibilities
While deployed, you will embed with warfighters to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units and apply irregular warfare analysis to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. You will apply irregular warfare analytic expertise and make recommendations for future products, anticipate customer intelligence needs, and explore anomalies, new developments, and trends that could impact or threaten US operational capabilities or intelligence requirements. Most deployments are 180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other tactical units; and work closely with a wide variety of units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the Bluehawk Irregular Warfare Analysis Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
Among the topics you will analyze are insurgent political and military organization, military capabilities, and combat tactics, techniques, and procedures as well as recruitment, training, sustainment, population influence and control methodologies, material procurement, development, and proliferation, transregional logistics and financing.
Qualifications
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
Minimum one-year experience in forward deployed locations supporting tactical operations.
Minimum two years of experience conducting analysis of irregular warfare problem sets to highlight insurgent or threat network organization, key nodes, and vulnerabilities.
You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.
Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.
Willing to work rotating shifts if needed.
Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience, or associates degree and seven years of experience, or nine years of relevant work experience. We will also consider five years of directly relevant work experience.

Formal training or more than three years of practical experience utilizing the CALEB or Irregular Warfare Analysis methodology.

Responsibilities

General Purpose/Summary/Objective:
The Signature Reduction Technician will provide operational support subject matter expertise, interagency coordination, administrative support, and training management in support of sensitive activities. This position will be the focal point for all coordination traffic within the section. The Signature Reduction Technician will work with the military customer to modify and renew travel in support of sensitive activities, providing advisement on sensitive activities, best practices, and training management in support of sensitive activities operations. The Signature Reduction Technician will assist in the development of plans and strategies in support of the platform.
Essential Functions:
Identify, establish, and maintain liaison contacts and communications within Service and DoD Program channels for formal and informal coordination to effectively leverage and expedite support to the development, staffing, activation, execution, and termination of plans as well as other required actions and communications

Cipher Tech is seeking TOP SECRET cleared mid-level forward-deployable digital forensic examiners (MEDEXCELLEX examiners) to join a team of experts who play a critical role in protecting national security.
Examiners will be based out of Bethesda, MD and, on an as-needed basis, serve 4 to 6-month long deployments to hazardous environments outside the continental United States (OCONUS) in direct support of our military customers.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience conducting digital forensic examinations outside of the classroom. Candidates must also have an active DoD TS clearance.
Candidates are expected to perform full-scope forensic examinations which include:
Forensic imaging and extraction
Advanced registry and internet history analysis
Data obfuscation and steganography detection and analysis
Large dataset analysis and target text searches
Byte-level entity extraction
Metadata extraction and analysis
Technical report generation
Accordingly, candidates must thoroughly understand the fundamentals of digital forensics and be comfortable using either EnCase or FTK. Additionally, we require at least one industry certification such as EnCE, ACE, CCE, or GIAC.
Candidates should thrive in stressful environments.
Requirements
Must be a US Citizen with a TOP SECRET security clearance (no exceptions)
Must be willing to deploy to austere/hazardous environments for 4 to 6-month long periods.
Must have at least 3 years prior experience conducting digital forensic exams (outside of a classroom setting)
Must be fluent in either EnCase or FTK
Must have strong report writing skills
Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Computer Forensics + 6 months of related experience (during which you must have performed actual digital forensic examinations).

What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems CUAS Intelligence Analyst, you will provide embedded and reach back support to Improvised Threat and C-UAS efforts and operations executed by committed war fighting units and foreign partners. You will provide specialized multi-intelligence analysis, fusion and vulnerability assessments to understand and mitigate the threat posed by UAS to deployed US Forces, Partner nations, and critical infrastructure. You will provide multi-intelligence analysis and assessments that integrates existing national-level products and databases to define patterns of threat and UAS network activity and narrow the search space to conduct counter-threat and C-UAS operations. As required, you will interact directly with the supported Combatant Commands, deployed intelligence consumers, foreign partners, and the Community of Interest during the development of intelligence products to meet Command, unit and subordinate element intelligence requests for information and inform a variety of activities to protect critical infrastructure. As required, you will plan, develop, and deliver tailored intelligence capabilities and tools training to supported intelligence consumers and partners and participate in the development and fielding of tactics, tools and techniques that enhance the organization’s ability to effectively mitigate the UAS threat.
More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed with the supported CCMD, deployed warfighters, and partner nations to assist operational and tactical commanders, The AOC, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against UAS threats and associated threat networks. You will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners. Deployments are 90 days in length to Ramstein, GE with 9 months providing reach back support.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other CCMDs and tactical units; and work closely with a wide variety of units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI Joint Analytical Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
More than one year of deployed Intelligence analysis experience within the EUCOM or CENTCOM AOR.
You must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
You should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.
Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and three-to-four month deployments and TDY to OCONUS locations.
Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.

Weatherford Group anticipates a requirement for a Construction Program Manager (PM) and Alternate Program Manager (APM) for a contract in Afghanistan. Anticipated deployment is as early as 15 July 2019, but probably after. Accommodations could be made for the right candidate.

Job Description: The SOF Intelligence Analyst will serve on a unique, multi-discipline team assisting Special Operations Forces (SOF) operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and their subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information in an effective, seamless process to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks that facilitate or employ Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs). The Team will ensure SOF assets are kept abreast of all current and emerging customer processes, methodologies, and Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (TTP) for attacking networks that utilize IEDs.
Detailed Responsibilities:
The SOF Intelligence Analyst will assist in developing processes that focus on developing SOF Situational Understanding of threat networks and enabling DOD, IA, and IC communities of action focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks.
The Intelligence Analyst will prioritize and categorize requests for support, conduct near- and long-term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, fusing multiple intelligence disciplines to support the application of operational capabilities in order to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate IEDs.
The SOF Intelligence Analyst will focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration and the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source data) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
The SOF Intelligence Analyst will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations, identify trends, patterns and key nodes and highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.
The Intelligence Analyst must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise.
The Analyst must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.

Job Summary: Responsible for conducting evaluations and audits across Workforce Development grants, grant-funded programs and service delivery contracts to assess cost-effective strategies and development continuous improvement measures.
Becoming the Workforce Development Business Analyst would allow you to be involved in local government, ranging from grant management to program evaluations against policy and statutory direction to fostering relationships across partners and stakeholders.

GENERAL OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
The City is seeking an Equipment Operator for a full time, non-represented opening in the
Streets Division of the Public Works Department.
This recruitment is open to all qualified applicants and will establish an eligibility list which will
be used to fill the current vacancy and may be used to fill any other openings in this
classification which occur in the next 12 months or until the needs of the City are met.
Employees in this classification perform skilled construction and maintenance duties of a varied
nature and operate multi-purpose heavy equipment requiring a high degree of skill, especially in
working grades and operating equipment efficiently and safely. Standard procedures are
followed, and the work is inspected periodically for safety and economy of operation by field
supervisors. In addition, this position is required to work eighteen (18) hour shifts or
longer for snow and ice control and other emergencies multiple days in a row
including nights, weekends and holidays.
